This is the cutest little place! The decor goes with the theme. There are SO many options from baked goods, ice creams, vegan options, unique flavors, fun/creative/delicious mixtures. Sweet, amazing friendly staff! Great owners. You don't know what you're missing if you don't check it out.

Oodles of flavors and toppings. And the atmosphere is so fun you’ll want to hang out there all day. An absolute must do if in Tampa!

This is both me and my daughter’s favorite ice cream spot. Not only do they have vegan ice cream options but they also have churros! Our favorites are mint chocolate chip and pelican poop 😊 we love their customer service and their mermaid decor and art from local artists. The hours are limited but we are always glad to pop in for a treat when we can. 10/10 recommend.

We had such a lovely experience! The staff was friendly and accommodating! I didn't see what I wanted out but I explained what I was craving and they found something in the back that suited me perfectly! We will definitely be back again! Loved the atmosphere! I found this gem of an Ice Cream Shop while I was passing through Tampa. I loved everything about the theme and setup of the place. It very much met my aesthetic. The ice cream itself was amazing! Who doesn't love cotton candy?! I added a mermaid tail as a topping and although it was beautiful, it didnt have much flavor to it. The staff was also very lovely and extremely kind to us. Would love to go back if I ever get the chance! I also really liked the Spongebob references 💟

Took my mom for Mother’s Day. The place is colorful and welcoming and the staff are very friendly. We had the vegan ice cream, specifically the flavors dark chocolate, vanilla, and peanut butter which were all delicious. We spent $16 for two cones, with one being a single scoop and the other being a double. Both had one topping each. The price felt fair for the quality of ice cream. Would definitely recommend for anyone, even dogs since they also sell pup cups.

Great selection of non traditional flavors (which I prefer) super cute names and ways to customize your treat. I loveeeeee the mermaid tails never seen that before and also love that magic shell is an option! The cones are super unique and very Instagrammable. My nephew chose the sponge Bob with chocolate magic shell, I got the sea salt kisses ice cream. The branding/logo is adorable and the tv screen plays sea animals which is a super cute detail. They also serve sundaes with a Pride flag which is amazing 🤩

Sweet tooth's delight! The ice cream is under the sea themed that aptly matches the nautical, sea maiden decor. The two workers there were masters at their craft and very polite. I will be back again when my sweet tooth attack happens again!

Although I can’t have much of what’s on the menu for ice places. I’m always on the lookout for the most creative one. And this one is hands down my favorite one so far. The variety is astounding. And it seems they can milkshake anything on the menu 🤩. They ask have vegan options, aka non dairy. Excellent place. Parking is limited to 15 min though. So keep that I’m mind. They also are only open 3 days a week I believe for now. Because they are family owned and operated. So come show your support. So they can be open more often.

Such a cute spot hidden in The Heights for ice cream! The unique names are creative as the spot itself. The flavors are soooo delicious. If you’re a coffee lover like me I highly suggest the Abuelita’s Cafe con Leche. They have a wide variety of ice cream flavors. They also offer Vegan options, which is great! They have floats, milkshakes, Sundays, splits, coffee/hot chocolate bar, and let’s leave the best for last, the cookies and brownies are delicious!! They have cute spots to do a photo shoot for social media and an outdoor area to sit and enjoy a warm breeze or a cool night. They are also pet friendly and is very kid friendly as well! MUST COME TO!

This is a MUST stop shop! One of Tampa Bays little treasures! Super cool vibe, the customer service was so good I want to move in the neighborhood!! Come get your Ice cream on in this little foodie paradise. I’m a solid foodie and working chef and this is by far the best milk shake I have ever had-In the history of milk or shakes! Sima is the greatest milk shake artist on the planet! She deserves a raise! Someone with lots of money come in and tip them 100k cause these milk shakes are 🤩🤩🤩

I love Sea Maid’s Creamery! There’s often a line so enjoy the short wait checking out their offerings! One thing I noticed is that I feel happy in there with all the bright colors, good smells, and positive atmosphere. I had a banana split and it was excellent! You pick three scoops of whatever you like. I stayed traditional. Give them a try! It’s walking or biking distance for a lot of us, even better now that the summer heat is passing. If street parking is tight, there’s a large parking lot in back. They have a Malta float! I have to try that next time!

Cute little ice cream spot. Good selection of ice cream and shakes. Didn’t really see the “a little more” at the time we went though. I’m personally not an ice cream person and the only person in our group of 6 that’s not an ice cream person so I ended up with a Jarritos drink. The “a little more” in the name is definitely what made us choose this place though haha. Everyone else really enjoyed the ice cream and shakes they got so definitely worth checking out. Service was a little slow though especially for 3 people working. Overall good place, plenty of parking in the back side of the building.

The staff at this amazing shop are out of this world!! Mom and daughter owned, kind, creative and friendly people. The ice cream flavors are incredibly cool, some with glitter, new flavors I’ve never heard of before, and then you’re classics like birthday cake and mint chip!! If you want to be very adventurous (in the best way) try the Lucky Charms or Fruity Pebble cone 😍 yum! The cereal cone are fresh, crunchy, and what dreams are made of. Dog friendly place too!! Highly recommend!

Tried Sea Maids for the first time time. The shop is so cute! The workers were amazing! The ice cream is crazy good! We got 2 cereal killer milkshakes and OMG! They were huge and worth every penny! The owner was the sweetest so friendly! We will be back for sure!

Seamaids is hands down the best icecream I've ever had. All of their flavors are super unique and the icecream is soooo creamy. My favorite is the spongebob😊 They also offer pints on Uber eats and doordash which is super convenient. The staff at Seamaids are all incredibly nice it feels like family every time my husband and I stop by.

A new favorite! This place is truly one of a kind. From the moment you pull up you are in for a treat, there are numerous flavors and even a list of non dairy/ vegan flavors. Literally the best milkshake I’ve had since becoming vegan. I ordered a vegan vanilla milkshake with Oreos and malt including vegan whipped cream! There are soo many options that anyone will find something that they love!

Delicious ice cream and the coolest vibe. Such a cute little spot. I had a scoop of the nutty cup of Joe, it was a perfect after dinner treat. The staff was very polite and had good personalities. They obviously got along with each other and seemed to be having a good time, smiles weren't forced. They were also patient when the person I was with changed their order three times- they laughed about it rather than being frustrated. For people that like taking pictures of their food or posting to social, this spot is very Instagrammable, (if that is a word.)

What a gem of a place. They serve delicious items that are made with care and top notch ingredients. The texture and taste of their offerings underscore the fact that high quality items are made and sold here. My husband & I visited for the first time last night and had an amazing experience! The ambiance is so adorable with so much to look at. The people were so cool. The ice cream was delicious and I finished a cone for the first time since I was kid bc it was so good! The best thing we had were the chocolate chip cookies. What a treat! I love exploring ice cream shops, and I love the originality of Sea Maids Creamery. Their unique cones and flavors really set them apart! I adore Halloween and loved the creation they made. I had a Halloween cone with Ghouls & Goblins ice cream, super yummy. Customer service is fantastic as well. I highly recommend stopping in to enjoy some delicious goodies!

This place is great!!! The shop is cute, the menu is awesome, and the vibes are so fun. They have a large selection of ice cream flavors, and each tastes amazing! They are constantly bringing new fun items into the menu such as waffle bubbles, churros, macaroons, and their to-die-for milkshakes. They even sell doggy ice cream and my pup absolutely loves them! Great for all ages. 11/10 would highly recommend!

Cute space with wonderful staff! We came in for hot chocolate since this spot popped-up when looking for somewhere to go. Unfortunately the hot chocolate wasn’t hot and was a little off. Next time we will need to come for the ice cream instead since it looked good, but don’t recommend getting the Hot Chocolate.

Good lord in heaven this place is AMAZING 🤩. My only regret is running out of space in my stomach for more. Let me start by saying the decor is stupid fun and the colors are a mix of dreamy old time Florida meets modern mayhem. I had the fruity pebbles ice cream with matching specialty cone. Yes, I said a matching fruity pebbles cone. My 10 year old self was doing cartwheels🤸‍♀️ while my eyes were transfixed on the master piece of rainbow 🌈 delight. The only thing I would change is skipping lunch and instead having one of their show stopping milkshakes followed by fruity pebbles ice cream cone. Too much!? Try it and you’ll see what I mean. The staff were also SUPER excited about all their offerings, very friendly and happy we stopped in! What more could you ask for!? There is parking on the side of the building as well as around back. Super easy to find off the highway if you’re coming over from the Burg like we were. I highly recommend this gem of a place!!!! Can’t wait to visit again.

LOVE IT SO MUCH!!!! The icecream flavors are unique and delicious, especially the vegan flavors! Every single milkshake is done up like it's insta ready, plus they have cookies and brownies that are great on their own OR they can be made into ice cream sandwiches, sundaes, or put into the milkshakes!! The creativity with the food is really great, but honestly, the aesthetic and the service make it all the better. Even when it's busy, employees are kind and helpful, and something about the color of the walls, the breath taking art for sale, and the smell of fresh baked goods always makes it feel warm and inviting inside! This is a true Seminole Heights gem, and I cant wait to see them continue to thrive!!

We started this new tradition where we try a different dessert every weekend. This past weekend we tried Sea Maids, it was everything we expected and more! The ladies at the cute shop, are true artist the way they designed some of the floats and Sundays I saw some people get. I tried two scoops of the Cotton Flavor, it was delicious! Cannot recommend this place enough. Everyone is so kind and helpful, and the aesthetic is to die for. There’s a selection for everyone. I see soooo many cool things posted on Instagram, but have no idea what's available when I go. I'd love to order something fun, I just need to see my options. The ice cream is so good. Had just had the most wonderful experience. Emily helped me pick out a wide array of fantastic cupcakes for my son’s birthday party. She was very patient and helpful. The ice cream was fantastic, so sweet and creamy. And don’t let me get started on the cupcakes...so fluffy you would think you were eating air. Sweet but not overpowering. All in all this unique shop deserves and outstanding 5/5 for the Quality of food, customer service and overall atmosphere.

Great little ice cream shop with cool décor and creative offerings like an ice cream sandwich using a donut. Decent selection of flavors and vegan options. My two favorite non-vegan flavors so far are Rum Raisin and Cocotella (Coconut/Nutella). Good scoop sizes with great prices. Indoor/outdoor seating available. The owners and other workers are very friendly.

This place is amazing! The mermaid milkshake (cotton candy flavored) is super good. Yet, the mermaid tail thats placed on the milkshake is kinda sweet. The cookie monster (just a bunch of cookies) is also very good as well. Thankfully, the cookie monster milkshake wasn’t that sweet! It was very smooth and nice. 10/10 recommended!

Awesome ice cream and even more awesome staff. When we stopped by it was a Sunday afternoon and it was not too busy. The staff was super helpful and was more than happy to let us sample as many flavors as we want. We also got cookies- they were not the most amazing cookies, but they were much better than most ice cream shops.

Came to the area to visit family. I am an ice cream enthusiast. I don’t like frozen yogurt, soft serve, or non-dairy subs (normally). THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST ICE CREAM I HAVE EVER TASTED. I wandered in once and tried the Jimi Hendrix Flavor & a triple peanut butter one. At that point, I realized- all of it was excellent. So, I chose Beach Bum. My single scoop didn’t make it to the car folks. I literally dragged my boyfriend back the very next night. This will be my third night in a row, ordering the exact same flavor. It’s not a fluke at all. This small business is doing the MF thing!!!!! I will visit everytime I’m around. Please support them. The quality is unmatched

This place is so adorable. I bought my daughter mermaid cupcakes from Seamaids and they were extravagant. Almost too beautiful to eat. They were huge and garnished with pearls and sprinkles and edible mermaid tails. Blue and Teal. Fluffy and tasty. The girls are super sweet there too. I really recommend this place if you have a sweet tooth!

Emily and her Mom have the cutest and honestly the most tasty ice cream shop in town. It’s nice to have a place to go for a treat you know off the bat is going to be delicious and a little exotic every time. The sweet desires bakery which is attached inside may just have the best cupcakes in Florida... yes better than Publix! If you don’t believe me try them yourselves. ;)

My husband got a milkshake and I got two scoops of the absolutely best ice cream I have ever ever ever had....was unbelievable .... So creamy and so flavorful. and extremely satisfying. I'm not going to even tell you the flavor because I don't want them to run out.

This is the second time I've visited. I ordered ice cream and unicorn cupcakes. The ice cream was excellent and I enjoyed it very much. The cupcakes, and I could only make myself eat one was not even average. I microwaved it for a few seconds to try and soften the cake portion. It didn't help. The frosting seems to be a fondant style which is not a favorite of mine. Overall, the cupcake was not fresh, nor was it flavorful. I would not buy them again. Very disappointing because they're so cute but that's as far as it goes. I'm a big cupcake connoisseur but I'd give these a C- or a D.

I love this local spot! They make their own ice cream and waffle cones and everything is so yummy! For my last dessert of my 40th year, I had a waffle cone dipped in pink shell and rainbow sprinkles, with "Spongebob" ice cream (yellow with cookie dough), topped with rainbow sprinkles. It was a fitting dessert for my birthday eve. If you don't have a big appetite for sweets, they have a reasonable sized actual single dip (I think it's called mini or kids). There's a lot going on decor-wise, but it's pretty cute. If you have little kids, keep a close eye on them. A toddler was wreaking havoc when we were there, spilled a thing of decorative sprinkles then nearly knocked over the giant M&M.

so happy to have found this cute little shop while driving around. Sea Maids Creamery has some of the best ice cream i have had in a long while! in addition to ice cream there is brownies and cookies. everything is in theme and its too cute! cant wait to come back!

SeaMaids has delicious ice cream with so many different choices (and samples)! I've yet to taste an ice cream that wasn't perfect from them! On top of that they offer fresh baked goods which don't disappoint either! Snag a Caribbean wet cupcake if you get the chance! And if that wasn't enough to get you in, the customer service is out of this world! The ladies are so sweet and willing to answer a million questions!

Update: very disappointing to know the whipped cream isn’t vegan but was advertised as such. 😒 I feel a bit betrayed… Vegan milkshakes with many flavors available and customizable options for even more possibilities.

This is a really cute shop. I really loved the aesthetics and pastel sea/mermaid theme. The ice cream was also yummy and also visually pretty. The employees were very nice. My only real complaint is that the music was playing way too loud. It was to the point that I couldn’t hear my partner when she gave me her order even though she repeated it once and I ended not getting her exactly what she wanted. I didn’t even know until we got in the car. I, along with the employees were all misunderstanding each other or not hearing each other well. I don’t mind loud music but it was too much in that small space. I wanted to rate 4 stars but decided not to so because I don’t want to be petty and I want to see local shops thrive. Besides that, everything else was great.
