Employees were so rude. My friend and I always come to this place for some awesome flavoring ice cream and we always enjoyed our time with the service. I was incomplete shock when one of the ladies had a rude tone in response to my friend when she simply asked for a milk shake instead of a cup. The employee rolled her eyes then turns around to make my friend her drink. We always tip the employees here but this is the first time we ended up not tipping a single dollar. Even the shake came out chunky and she couldn’t get anything out of her straw! I came back in to ask a different girl for a spoon for the shake. This other girl even rolled her eyes at me when handing the spoon then said have a nice day. I’m sad to be writing this review because I love Cold Stone and for the first time ever was given bad service.

Store 20513. The ice cream is wonderful! Price & one of the employees is not. I payed alm. the same price for a very small dish (that wasn't even full) as I did for a huge one that was overfull. Plus the server was very rude! At 1st I had a nice little girl helping me & then this girl just took over. Acouple of weeks ago I went & a gentleman waited on me & he was super nice!

I love the coffee ice cream. However, I took a star off for the tossing of the ice cream scoops into a bucket. Just an unnecessary loud noise when you’re trying to have a conversation. I took another star off for poor staff attitudes towards the customer. Otherwise a clean place.

If you like ice cream it's tasty! If not (I'm not a fan personally) it's still a good place to share a dessert. The sizes are HUGE even their smallest size is giant! Pretty good value considering the ice cream is high quality. Staff can be a hit or miss most of the time they look like they hate their life. They get the orders right though and listen to requests.

Gotta love Coldstone! It was so hot today & Coldstone was a refreshing treat! I got chocolate ice cream with almonds, mini marshmallows, & bananas mixed in! Mmmm, sooo delish! However, there is no indoor seating at this time.

It's been years since I had been to a cold stone. When did they stop singing and greeting? I can understand moving away from singing, but to stop greeting the customers when they enter is a big move backwards. I think just greeting would help fill the void of smiles, which there was a lack of. Ice cream was delicious and great quality. Just miss the warmth and fun of what it used to be.

I regularly drink my sweets instead of eating them, but the staff on hand was fast, efficient, and most importantly friendly. Walked in and was upset about the length of the line but was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I had seated myself with my ice cream.

It was THE BEST ice cream I ever had. I would go there every day if I could. Super nice workers that make it very quick. I rate it 5 stars because there is no 100 stars. :)

This cold stone is wonderful. The ice cream is fantastic and always satisfying. HOWEVER. There's this new kid that is not meeting the cold stone standard of excellence. That is to say, he's screwed up our order every time since he started. The standard medium is not even a small. It's like an extra-mini-size. This is irritating, and normally wouldn't warrant a whole review, but considering we pay $10 or more just for my boyfriend and myself to get ice cream here, I damn well expect that bucket to be filled! :) FILL 'ER UP, NOOB!!!!

They have many ice cream flavors and toppings to choose from and their service is fast and friendly. What I didn't like is that they only have one sherbert flavor to choose from. Also, their cookie dough topping doesn't taste as good as Culver's or Dairy Queen. Another thing, if you pick oreo as a topping, it's just one cookie crushed up.

Always a great place to go when we are craving icecream. One of our favorite combinations is The Cheesecake Fantasy. Our personal favorite is Chocolate icecream with chocolate shavings and pecans loaded into a chocolate dipped waffle cone.

Very rich ice cream with a great texture. Friendly employees. Great flavors. The cake batter and oatmeal cookie dough flavor can't be beat. Best ice cream I've ever had.. on par with and even beating my all time favorite ... 'concrete turtle malt' from culvers. Nothing like the taste of raw cake batter in a shake/malt form.

To answer some the common question and concern since I am a worker here. We stoped singing because we got only a few more bucks for tips and it took awhile for employees to learn it. If it is dirty it might be because we are so busy serving ice cream. We actually do wash down the tables if we have time.

Thick high quality ice cream makes this place amazing. Their milk shakes really taste more like ice cream than most other places. The recently opened stensland creamery is better in my opinion but is more expensive and has fewer options. If your looking for a local business I would recommend stensland but either cold stone or stensland are both very good.

I swear, I come here once a week! The icecream is perfect and creamy, they have so many option but I tend to stick to my signature of mint chocolate chip in a waffle cone.. So good!

I enjoy the product but I'm not impressed with the service. I'm told i shouldn't expect great service from a teenage majority staff but I recall what I worked like in my teenage years and it was still satisfactory to my standards of today. Nothing worth not going back for but worth a heads up to anyone trying them out
