This cheesecake ice cream cake was a huge hit. Every piece got eaten! I was so Happy with it and the service from cold stone. The girl who took my order was friendly and knowledgeable. She made it very smooth for me to just come pick up this cake because I explained I would be in a hurry. I walked right up and grabbed the cake! Super pleased!

I used to come to this location years ago in a weekly basis. Still good, but they are not letting anyone else inside. There are signs at door with menu items, and a young person at door taking orders. My suggestion do as I did do your order online, free of charge, self explanatory menu and easy to navigate. My oder was ready when I got there I spent a little extra time at line because the client in front of me did not know how or what to order. In reality it was my child's first time there and I wanted for her to have the full cold stone experience, but it wasn't possible for now. At least she enjoyed what she order. Her ice cream 🍦 cone was well packed. I was expecting a little mess but that didn't happen. PLS REMEMBER TO ORDER AHEAD OF TIME. BETTER FOR YOU AND THE PEOPLE STANDING IN LINE BEHIND YOU. 😉

~This was a spot that I knew couldn't disappoint after taking my mammadukes out to dinner across town to the utterly repugnant "Eatalia Byob." Upon entrance you immediately get a whiff of that glorious cake batter aroma; its almost as if one can eat the air & be sufficed. The staff was hilarious & friendly as they would sing a jingle every time someone tipped. I chose to go all out, & get the "Gotta Have It" size with the jimmie-choco-dipped waffle bowl filled with that crack cake batter & mix-in of oreo crumbs. The creamy goodness of cold stone has always won me over & this location was no different. The Don approves of this establishment & will be back~

I would frequently visit this store location during the summer months. This is a very popular neighborhood store. The lines would be long but the wait time for the line was surprisingly fast. The customer service is good, too!

Great place for ice cream but they are currently not allowing customers inside. Its best to order & pay online & then go to pick it up. That's what we will do next time. The wait in line without doing so could be time consuming.

Friend and I went on a hot Sunday afternoon. Place was very busy. The servers were very pleasant and polite; they were working very fast without a wasted motion. I felt they were glad to see me. The store was clean for having so many customers. The Shortcake Surprise was astounding! I'll be back.

Cold Stone Creamery is the best ice cream ever!!!! They are quick to serve and even though there was about 15-20 -/+ people in front of me, it only took 5-7 mins to serve everyone and get to me. And I was happy with my order of Cake batter ice cream with yellow cake and pie crust mixed in! Soooo good!!!

Due to pandemic need to order and pick up online/phone in orders from curbside. The problem is they dont have a good system as far as a line arrangement goes. Pretty unorganized. Ice cream still amazing though. It satisfies my fat man cravings

Can you say anything wrong about Cold Stone?! Tried new flavor Berry me in Batter mix with strawberry waffer pieces and nearly brought a 1/2 gallon of it! Service is always nice, efficient and quick. It's warm so the lines although not out the door they are long but move fast. Favorite place to go for ice cream.

We go to Cold Stone on everybody's birthday...is it expensive? Not if you do it my way...between coupons in the Sunday paper and reward points/coupons most of the time it's less expensive then other forms of "special occasion" indulgences...and everyone feels they got the special treatment because they have....everything is made to order...i would suggest looking at their website to see if they're running any specials,see if they've changed any of their reward factors...so you can make the most of their discounts...see if you should sign up for rewards before you go...or wait until you go and sign up in the store...you'll understand why once you read "membership"(at no cost) perks...and remember those cups,that look so little,hold a meals worth of ice cream....so you'll save on your dinner bill also...at our house we always do the desert first on birthdays..😜
