Super friendly staff! I got the Apple Pie flavor rolled ice cream and loved how light it was compared to regular ice cream. The boba was pretty standard but still good.

I visited this place multiple times on my vacation. I love the rolled ice cream! All the workers are nice too. My only complaint would be that one time I went and the lady making my ice cream did not wear gloves as she picked up the toppings to put on my ice cream. All my other experiences here have been great.

It is a good place to go to. I liked the ordering system and how they give a number when ordering so that one can recognize what the order was. It is fun to watch people make the rolling ice cream. Along with the rolling ice cream, they also have a wide variety of other food options available which also good and it is decently priced.

Simply delicious. And the experience seing how they prepare your treat is amazing. The place is super clean and very funny. The staff is super kind and helpful. Maybe you will find it a little expensive but I believe it is a fair price for such a good treat.

I love the lady who works there! She made me feel very at home while I ate my ice cream. The matcha queen is the absolute best. It's the most pure matcha flavor I've had in omaha in fact and I'll be back to eat there any time I'm in the area. The matcha is the perfect amount of sweet. I normally don't leave reviews but I loved my experience so much I didn't want to go home.

We went today for a first day of school treat and had a great experience. I had seen rolled ice cream on social media and was excited to try it. We had the Oreo, Monkey Business and the Peanut butter cup and all were awesome. The boys who were so hesitant are now huge fans! The wait was a bit long and price high so will be a special treat going forward.

Lost of fun and pretty tasty. You can tell the ice cream isn't high quality. It was pricey, but a fun treat. Not sure it's on the top of our list to go back though. Did love the avocado option though!

This may be the best ice cream I've had in Omaha. Easy walking distance from the parking garage in Aksarben. The deserts are beautiful and taste as good as it looks. There are some nice benches outside to enjoy your treat. They have excellent pandemic controls in place.

It is really fun to watch the ice cream being spread out on the anti-griddle and then rolled up. The rolls weren't as thin as I had expected, but the flavor of the ice cream was good and very creamy. The wait wasn't terrible, but others in line said that it can get quite crowded at peak times.

Loved this place. Have been seeing the videos of rolled ice cream in social media and then we accidentally found this place. Had Avacado and it's really good. My friends have tried Graham Monkey and strawberry and they are also very good. This place is very very clean but it's extremely expensive. I would go here more often. I also wish there are more flavors available. I must mention the colorful spoons used as silverware.

Service was much quicker than the other place I tried. Everyone loved the flavors they got. Service is brief but they had a huge line when we were there. Place looked exceptionally clean. There are a number of seats that line the wall.

I felt like I was in the traveling channel. The process was done right in front of us, they have many flavors from cookies and cream to avocado, or matcha tea. The incusion of fresh fruit as topping not only makes it beautiful but also tasty. The icecream is soft, creamy and the add ons are almost pulverized for a smooth texture. Price is reasonable, around $7 and the bowl is big enough to satisfy your ice cream craving.

Eating there the ice cream is great, but ordering online wasn't so great. There were 2 orders that were supposed to have toppings - 1 of those orders didn't have any, and the other order's toppings were non-existant. Also, 2 of the orders were pretty melted, so I'm not sure what was going on. Please ensure that your online orders are the same as if you were to go in and eat it there. The experience should be the same regardless.

Ice cream was extremely good and it was fun to watch them make it. The wait was somewhat long - 45 minutes - but I went on a Friday night so it was expected. If you're looking for something quick, try going earlier in the day.

Place is pretty good. The ice cream tastes great, it’s shockingly affordable, and it’s fun to watch the rolls get made. But the few times I’ve gone there the workers were pretty impolite. They just didn’t seem like they wanted to be there at all and just seemed kinda grouchy. Even when it was quiet in there.

Freezing has amazing food and great service! Try their hibachi or fried rice and you won’t regret it!! Also they’re gyoza is the best around, cooked perfectly! And of course get the rolled ice cream for dessert, it’s not like any regular ice cream. It’s so much better!!

It was my first time and they were very friendly and patient with my questions. I had a make your own poke bowl and the black sugar latte boba. The BEST ice cream I have ever had. I get the coffee flavor but have tasted most of the menu from taste testing my childrens choices when we go. The strawberry drink is also amazing, boba tea GREAT too. We drive 45 minutes to go and my girls get so excited, me too! The best part of the city for us. Service is great, ice cream is made to order so you have to wait but it's worth it.

Being an asian myself, this is the pinacle of rolled ice cream. I honestly believe that this place has some of the best rolled ice cream I tasted. I've been all around Asia visiting all types of rolled ice cream and this place competes with some of the top tier ice cream they have over there. The staff are all so very kind and work hard even when they're busy. I personally like cashier boy who is very sweet I think his name is Ryan. I'm telling y'all he is a reaallll sweatheart. This place is literally busy all of the time, but they do keep the line moving pretty fast though. The ice cream is pretty good and the price is justified because of the amount of labor that goes into each ice cream. First and foremost, Freezing has a wonderful location that is easy to access and puts you conveniently next to many amazing stores. The ice cream itself was flavorful, however it seemed to be a little more on the expensive side for the quantity. The staff was fast and super friendly. Definitely a place to consider when strolling through Aksarben!

This was the 2nd stop for our birthday party.... I took 5 girls here after playing in the sun and they all loved their treat! My only complaint is that if my daughter passes on the sprinkles and passes on the whipped cream WHY do we still pay extra for chocolate chips? I mean shouldn't they cancel each other out? No... they don't. This was a great treat on a hot day... wasn't a line when we arrived but shortly after we ordered there was a line to the door that remained as long as we were there. The kids all loved watching as their ice cream was made just for them! Prices are great for what you get, even with the extra $.50 for chocolate chips :)

Hands down probably the best ice cream I’ve had in Omaha. The price is 100% worth it for how much you get. Quality of service was consistent. They try really hard to keep the lines moving for how busy they always are. I would 10/10 recommend the “Morning Latte” if you are as much of a coffee lover like me. They’re a new establishment and it takes a while to work the kinks out so don’t judge too harshly.

First time here. The ice cream was outstanding. They added some new flavors so there are around 30 different to choose from. So basically there's something for everyone. Place your order and then you can walk around the counter to watch these kids make it. They really earn their money, it's not just a scoop in a cone or dish. Watching them make it is half the fun. I will absolutely be back again. The spoons are even rainbow colored so you can choose your favorite 😊

The ice cream is probably a solid 7/10, but the wait is a solid 0/10. I get that this place is fairly new, but waiting 1.5 hours for ice cream is ridiculous. I heard so many others talking about how they will not return because of the wait and service. So many others just didn’t order because they heard and saw the wait. If you are looking for a quick in and out ice cream joint, I would not recommend visiting here.

The ice cream was really good, plenty of flavors to choose from. It does take a bit to "make" your ice cream, so if there's a long line or you're in a hurry, this isn't the place. I also thought the interior lacked atmosphere, it's pretty bare, but that's me being picky. Each bowl comes with a lot of ice cream, you can easily share with another person.

In my opinion the best rolled ice cream in Omaha, others seem like Instagram picture stations. These actually taste good. The Morning Latte tastes bitter like coffee, the Avocado retains it's bland texture and they add pink Himalayan sea salt for taste. The mint Oreo isn't overly minty. It's decent ice cream

My ice cream was delicious. The little boy behind the counter made it clear he hated his job in his demeanor. However he was far more superior at making the ice cream over the little girl. My husbands ice cream was freezer burned. The little girl left it on the anti griddle and walked away. The ice cream was then clumpy and the ingredients didnt mix with some of the icy chunks. I loved how the product was prepared to look exactly like the photo. I would come back but my husband will not. It is a little overpriced so this will have to be special occasions only.

Unique frozen desert place in Omaha. The wait was a bit long as we went on a Sunday evening. Had to wait about 15 minutes in line to order and another 20 minutes to get the order. We had the green tea and the mango, both of which were really good. We will definitely be back!

Good idea, but the execution was lacking. I tried the key lime flavor that was only slightly acidic and only then in the after taste. The rolling process requires that the ice cream be so cold that the flavors are lost. There is some entertainment value watching it be made, just don't expect any significant flavors.

Ate here for the first time today. We had the latte and the s'mores versions, and both were delicious. The ice cream is poured onto super cold metal sheets and then cut and massaged into thin sheets. The sheets are then cut and rolled into ice cream rolls, then topped with toppings and whipped cream. Highly recommend.

How can you go wrong with such a simple concept? Good times. If I had to say anything I’d say I wish I had been given a napkin. Once I realized I didn’t have one, ALL the servers were clear on the other side of the counter and couldn’t hear me yell for help. If the napkins had been in reach I could have just grabbed one. I really wanted to love this:( there is so much hype around rolled ice cream, so naturally I expected it to be amazing. My first time we went we were really let down. The ice cream itself is very bland, almost no flavor. I went a second time to give it another chance and got a different flavor. Something with strawberries because I figured you can't mess that up! Again, very bland. The only thing I liked about it was the actual slice of strawberry. We wont be going back.

Ice cream is very good but the wait time was absolutely unacceptable. Took over 50 minutes after ordering to get 4 ice creams into our hands. Just let people know how long the wait is going to be upon ordering. Understand that not everyone has an hour + just for ice cream. Had we known this upfront, we could have planned accordingly or even went and walked around for a bit while waiting for order. You need better communication with customers.
