In the heart of the Plaza District...Roxy's is the jam!!! My family & I like to do dinner & dessert (D&D) & tonight we went to Roxy's for dessert. Some of the best homemade ice cream & sherbet you'll ever have. I got the Cookie Monster w/ their cookies 'n' cream ice cream. You mos def get your coins worth...it was SO tasty & creamy...loved it. I even tried my sisters lime sherbet...I've never had anything like...top notch! Can't wait to go back!

I’ve been coming to Roxy’s for a number of years. I absolutely love their sundaes and the s’mores is one of my favorite. The hot fudge on it is so delicious! The ice cream sandwiches are also good and their seasonal flavors always knock it out of the park. This time around I also got the pineapple sorbet. It was so refreshing! Parking can be kind of atrocious and it’s really a hit or miss if you can find a spot close to the shop. I guess they no longer punch their loyalty card either. I tried during my most recent visit and they said they could only punch it if I had a “Keep It Local” card. I didn’t think that was the case unless they changed it recently, as the Keep It Local website states a loyalty card would get two punches (instead of one?).

Incredible ice cream! Can’t wait to sit at their cute bar that they have inside. I had the German chocolate that had nuts in it, which I typically don’t like, but loved this flavor. It was vegan! Which is AMAZING because I’m lactose intolerant. My wife got the milk & cookies and coffee in a double scoop cup. She also said hers was really really good. Will have to come back soon to try one of their soda flavors. Love this cute little shop in the Plaza district!

Yummy and tastes good. Love this place and the nice selection of ice cream they have. The interior is so popping and the service is impeccable. You also get the chance to sample the flavors before buying. My favorites are the Roxy road and caramel cappuccino.

Flavorful ice cream inside a fun, decorated place that is reminiscent of an old time ice cream shop in modern times. Outdoor seating gives you a chance to watch the crowds go by. Staff is friendly and place was super clean.

Always enjoy a trip to Roxy’s. The prices are a little high, but somewhat to be expected for a homemade ice cream shop in the city. The specials are always delicious, and the service is usually pretty fast even if the store is really busy. My only real complaint is that $10-12 for two people to eat ice cream is just a tad bit too high for it to be a more often trip.

I always enjoy Roxy’s. They have multiple vegan options and are constantly changing flavors! Tonight I had the cherry chip and it was AMAZING. Staff is always great, and it’s always so clean! Perfect after dinner desert in the plaza!

I really like McDonalds soft serve ice cream. Throw eggs at me I don’t care but I think it’s some of the best ice cream made in America. That was before I went to Roxys. I’m pretty sure the McDonald’s employees think I’ve passed because I only get me ice cream from Roxys now. Their vanilla bean and chocolate are amazing. Prices are very reasonable as well. Love this place.

I love this place! Always super good after visiting next door at Empire! The flavors are always so unique and changing to fit the different seasons. I also love that they have such a large selection of vegan options. I got some ice cream the other day because the flavor sounded good and didn't even realize it was vegan until I finished! I'm not a ice cream connoisseur, but I do have to say that I love the texture of their ice cream, it's so much thicker and smoother! The staff is also very helpful and polite and the line moves very quickly. It's worth is stop in!

Great ice cream, sorbet, and floats!! This location is perfect for a family outing or just to hang out with your friends. I have been several times and have never been disappointed! The only con I have for this establishment is that it busy almost all the time but have only ONE or TWO employees working!! When you are serving great products and great customer service in an awesome atmosphere be prepared for customer traffic!!

Love it, delicious ice cream with equally as delicious vegan options. Being lactose intolerant, the vegan options are incredible for me. That being said and the reason I can't give them a perfect score, is just because the vegan options are pretty inconsistent. One week they might have four or five options and the next they might have two. At the end of the day though, I always recommend Roxy's.

Ordering ice cream for 2 toddlers the young woman checking me out messed up my order then they made me pay the difference in order to get what I originally asked for. Never in all my years in the service industry have I charged some one for me messing up their order. Edit to add, since I can't respond. I tried to put it as simply as possible that they wanted a scoop of chocolate and a scoop of vanilla for both of them (toddlers are the pickiest creatures alive) as two separate orders it was confirmed 2 or 3 times. They may have said sorry but they were not apologetic and still this is the first time in my 30 years earthside I have been a party to or witnessed some one being asked to pay for a mistake wether it was blatant or confusion. If they were going to charge more they could have just split what they already made they were enormous scoops. But you're right 1 star is a bit rude. I'll change that, as some one who has been in the service industry 7 years I know quality of service is more important than the quantity of the $4 (plus tax) difference they needed to give us the ice cream we asked for. I checked out some of the other low end reviews weird you never called them out so specifically! Nice!

Being a plaza local, this shop obviously has an amazing location. A great addition to the already exploding district and right in time for summer! The service is surprisingly quick for how packed then place gets. The ice cream is wonderful. I hope they get a bit more variety, but what they have is fantastic. I think I'll go get a root beer float now!

Really friendly & helpful staff despite the heavy foot traffic. There are plenty of options for vegans or lactose intolerant folks. I really enjoyed the pineapple sorbet, which was much more subtle than I anticipated. The berry sorbet is good if you want a bolder flavor. Supposedly their ice cream is good too.

The ice cream is very delicious. We arrived here on, July 21, 2019, as they were opening. A young lady was working by herself. The place got relatively busy for one person. She did a very nice job. My family really enjoyed our experience.

The overall atmosphere is amazing. The inside is currently closed off but there are spots outside to sit. The ice cream itself was alright. The flavor was really good but it sort of tasted as though it had a bit of freezer burn and had a bit of an icy crunch.

Roxy's has a fun whimsical atmosphere and equally fun and whimsical ice cream! The shop can get pretty crowded, but I think it is worth the wait!. My favorite is the Bananas Foster (when they have it). Their sparkling lemonade is also the perfect summer treat! The employees are also very nice and helpful. I do not recall ever having a bad experience here.

Great items! My only issue was with the young ladies running the shop on this particular Sunday. They offer refills but unless you are inside the ice cream freezer, they don’t pay much attention. We tried getting their attention for refills while sitting at the counter but had to walk up to register instead because the girls were more occupied with getting samples of ice cream. We counted 20 samples during our time there. On a positive note, they did use a fresh spoon ever time. It just seemed rather unprofessional to us to continually be in the bins.

Despite a long line, the ice cream is great. Tried two vegan flavors (horchata and mocha) and was very impressed! However, one of the people I was with had their order forgotten and by the time he got through the line again, the flavor he ordered was out.

staff is very friendly and quick with orders. i got their mocha cappuccino sundae and my boyfriend got their dreamsicle float. the sundae came with a cappuccino whip cream, hot fudge, coffee ice cream and topped with a cherry and biscotti. it was very tasty. the dreamsicle float was really strong. there was a lot of that orangey taste in their but it was still pretty refreshing.

Roxy's is a hopping joint! Quick, friendly service and tasty ice cream. They have about 10 standard favors plus about 8 specials including vegan options. Have a cone, sundae, float or a homemade ice cream sandwich. There's a fair amount of seating inside and a couple benches outside. I had their limited edition triple chocolate sundae which even had chocolate whipped cream.

This is my favorite ice cream place, potentially of all time. They don't rely on cheap tricks to make their ice cream and ice cream products good. Instead they focus on using quality products. Even their basic vanilla tastes special and unique. I highly recommend this place

I just swung by at 9 on a Wednesday and there was a line out of the door. The staff never missed a beat, kept a smile on their faces the whole time, and had the orders out almost immediately. I love this place! The vegan options are so great too!

Love the ice cream and atmosphere! My boyfriend and I go on dates here regularly and always look forward to it! Lately though, there has been a lot of homeless people loitering outside and it makes it very uncomfortable to walk up to the door or even when leaving. No fault of the establishment, but I feel that the issue is getting a little out of control. Excited for the location to open on 122nd and MacArthur this summer ❤️

What a cute place!! It's kinda small, decorated with bright colors and the counter looks like an old fashioned soda fountain. On a Wednesday night around 6p in December, we were lucky to find a parking spot. But we had the Social to ourselves! Only one other group of people came in while we were there. Now, if you're looking for a million complicated flavors to choose from, this is not the place for you. I have to say, that I really do prefer having a million complicated flavors to choose from. However, I truly enjoyed the ice cream I had! They have a list of about 7 or 8 basic flavors - cherry, vanilla, chocolate, cookies and cream, mint, strawberry, etc - and 3 additional special flavors. Graham Cracker, German Chocolate (which was vegan) and Peppermint Hot Chocolate. My husband opted for one scoop of Cookies and Cream and one of Peppermint Hot Chocolate. I got one scoop of Cherry and one of Graham Cracker with hot fudge on top. My husband thought their Cookies and Cream was unusually good, I think because of having extra large cookie chunks. Before choosing the Peppermint Hot Chocolate he sampled their Mint, which he was not a fan of. He said it had a spearmint flavor that he just didn't like. But he loved the Peppermint Hot Chocolate and the marshmallows in it! I went with one scoop of Cherry and one of Graham Cracker with hot fudge on top. It was a little light on the hot fudge for my tastes, but that awesome Graham Cracker ice cream sure made up for it!!

Amazing ice cream and unique flavors even if someone else has it, trust me it is not the same. Cookie dough should be doughs, not just one, different types. The other special flavors are unique and such a treat for your tastebuds. You have not experienced ice cream until you have tried their ice cream. So thankful I do not have to follow, I know where they are year round.

I remember when they were just a food truck. I still pretty much only patronize the first brick and mortar location in the plaza. Always great service and friendly staff, cookies and cream is probably the best examplar of the flavour anywhere. Constantly rotating limited flavours, of which the lemon sorbet is a personal favourite as it's nice and tart.

They have vegan ice cream flavors available every time I go and they are fantastic! Lots of vegan ice cream isn't as rich as creamy as the diary based product, but this establishment's product is very creamy and tastes just like regular ice cream. Amazing.

BEST ICE CREAM IN OKLAHOMA CITY! We love going to Roxy’s any chance we get. My favorite flavor is the Salted Caramel, it’s the perfect balance of sweet, salty, and creamy. There is always a line, but don’t let the scare you away...it’s becuase everyone knows how good it is. The staff is quick and friendly so bring your best friend and enjoy a sweet treat!

AUH-MAZING!! My husband and I are from Texas visiting Reagan was super amazing! She was all by herself during a night on Spring Break and it was very busy, but she still had a smile on her face (behind her mask) high energy, and very friendly. Two of my most favorite flavors are the Oatmeal Cream and the Cake Batter. Bear in mind that the Cake Batter one is nothing like the one you would find at Braums. It is tan in color and tastes a lot more authentic. Roxys always has super friendly staff and they rotate their special flavors out so you can try a new combo each time you visit. I haven't been disappointed yet. They do get very busy on Friday and Saturday evenings when everyone is out on the Plaza so you might have to stand in a long line, but definitely worth the wait. Cute limited edition pins and you can take a pint home! Root beers and Cream Sodas, even coffee.

Had the root beer float, which was okay. It could have used another scoop of ice cream as it was almost melted by the time I received it. However it was fairly good. The root beer was more tangy than sweet, similar to IBC. The ice cream, vanilla bean tasted really good, just wished there was more.

Was visiting from out of town and came here on a friend's recommendation. We had just eaten so I got an icecream container to go. They're a bit steep at 9$ a carton. But I know they make the icecream in house so I got the cookie and cream. The girl that worked there was really nice and said they made the chocolate chip cookies there fresh daily. So I got one of those too. I have to say the cookie was good though it did taste a bit old. I wish they had of put their own house made cookies in the icecream instead of oreos. The icecream was OK. It didn't taste like special 9$ icecream to me. Maybe the charm in that place is creations that you can make in the store. If I end up going back I'd try something in house not a to go carton. And parking in this part of town is kind of nightmarish(saw a lot of people parking in residential neighborhoods and walking over) but not a reason for my rating.

My 21 y.o. daughter and myself, ordered a root beer float, a cup of mint chocolate and Horchata. The mint chocolate is was okay and the Horchata was outstanding. Had they offered me sizes, would have asked for a large (the small is more like a tiny) I took one star off for the lack of bathroom space. The bathrooms were nice but only two stalls which meant I couldnt use it when I needed for it was being used by mothers with diaper changes and no changing table. I would recommend the Horchata!
