Love Andy’s! I always get their vanilla cone or the strawana sundae, but I tried strawberry shortcake sundae this time. Shortcake added some sweetness to it and went well with frozen custard and strawberries. My husband enjoyed his all star jackhammer concrete. We also get pint of vanilla for our dogs, and they love it.

The custard is tasty. We ordered the concrete. All of us got a size small, which is a good portion With the mix-ins, it is a very sweet dessert. Also ordered a pint of custard to go. Overall, a good place. Each Small Sized concrete we ordered was about $5-$6.

Oh man the malts here are a so delicious. We always get a malt when we are out of town on a family trip. This was such a neat place. The workers all wore cool hats, it had a vintage vibe to the place. They have a great variety of flavors and toppings sure to find something to please everyone. The service was lightening fast! Awesome when you have five excited kids waiting for dessert.

This is a great ice cream place. Or should I say “custard place.” I recently ventured here with my family and they kept correcting me that it’s custard and NOT ice cream, haha. But they’re right their is a big difference. Their product is super thick and they have tons of great options like concretes and orange soda floats. You should definitely try out Andy’s!

I love their frozen custard and their concrete selection. Hefty price tag and the custard melts fast, so plan on eating it in the car or at the location. I wish they would consider cups or containers to help keep the product cold, until then I'll stick to Braums

This place is amazing. My only complaint is they advertise frozen fruit at "fresh." Their best thing imo is their vanilla frozen custard, no bells or whistles. Just wish they'd offer it with fresh berries it'd be perfect.

I went here tonight for the first time. Their custard is amazingly good. I had the vanilla with strawberry in it. The small size is pretty filling 12oz. The reason they got 12 stars is because they move extremely slow and their customer service is horrible. I was waiting in their drive through for so long that I saw their advertisement for their app. I got to the window and asked the girl how to use it and she had no idea. She asked her coworker and her coworker replied rudely and exasperatedly " you have to put in that SUPER LONG code into the computer" the girl looked like she wasn't going to do it and then I told her it was advertised on the wall and on the window in front of her. Finally she put it in and gave me my custard. If yall had better customer service you would have 5 stars. Dont advertise things your employees are so opposed to doing or maybe tell your employees to not be so openly upset about a customer's request for something that is openly advertised. Not a good experience.

I arguably over indulge in Andy's Frozen custard. I remember my first time coming here and saying some vulgar things about what I would let people do to me for this custard. Food: It's incredibly high quality custard with a decent amount of toppings. I have tried a decent amount of the menu and haven't been disappointed. The special cherries they use are top-tier Staff: I've had no issues with any staff I've interacted with at the register or drive thru. Good place for the teenagers and young adults to work during high school and college. Atmosphere: It's a custard shop and it gets full marks for being that. I don't really know what else to say.

Yum! The custard is so rich and creamy! You can tell from the color of the custard that I think the amount of strawberries in the Snow Monster has decreased and sometimes it's not mixed all the way to the bottom but it's still yummy!

As always their concretes are delicious! I had my usual chocolate with almonds and it had plenty of almonds in it. Some places you only get a few pieces but at Andy's they never disappoint. Their prices are really good as well. We had gone to Rita's earlier in the week (an Italian ice and custard place) and the servings were so tiny it was almost laughable. The price they charged as well was almost the same as we paid at Andy's. Plus Andy's has quality products. The only issue I had was with the loudness inside the store. The cashier could barely hear us. But since it was a beautiful day we just went outside to eat. I'd recommend Andy's if you want a yummy dessert or treat. You can't go wrong.

Went here last week for the first time. Prices are rather steep for what you get. Custard? Tastes just like ice cream to me, nothing more. I wasn't that impressed. I love ice cream but for that price, I want to be blown away and I wasn't.

Ice cream has always been unbelievably excellent. The staff is always super friendly and seems to be hardworking, something I respect a lot. Tends to get very festive with the holiday season as well. Made a lot of good memories with friends here, along with a special someone. This place was one of the main reasons I didn't want to leave haha highly recommend!

No tables, why would you have no tables? , kids have to try and hold their cup and use spoon in mid-air. RESULTS: One on the floor, the other all over their shirt. We won't be back unless their some place to sit other than narrow benches lined up against the walls. Leave the benches for the Covid wary, don't punish everyone else.

They have great flavors and concrete creations of the month that keep me coming back, but even their basic root beer floats and vanilla custard are good. The only thing I don't like is the wait in the drive through line at peak hours, but its still not too bad if you do a carry-out order, even in the summertime!

They have delicious ice-cream! We did have a little confrontation about one because I said that I want a vanilla shake with hot fudge and they argued for a sec they said " why don't you just get a chocolate shake" but don't you agree they taste different?

Always nice going into the store but the Drive thru is a different story…this location a a young manager/crew chief Aiden that puts out negative vibes and treating his crew like trash🤦‍♂️. While waiting for my other item to be readied I requested to have the family Andy’s account number be associated with this sale but get promptly rejected with a “too late” excuse coz he will have to cancel the sale and then ring it up again😱. This unbecoming behavior is giving the brand a bad name. I’ll wait till a regional person resolve this incident to update the star review. Yes, i finally get a “Please contact us at this number reply” but playing phone tag is no fun🤷‍♂️. We definitely frequent Andy’s drive thru less often after this incident with unresolved follow up but I’m bumping the star level back up coz they do have a nice offering when it’s pleasant.

i love this place so much and recently i’ve been coming back for the seasonal treats. however the past few times i’ve come to this location my order gets messed up. first time my concrete was poorly blended, i asked for it to be remade and it was blended poorly once again. the second time i had went there they ran out of custard :( not entirely the employees fault because they were about to close in 20 mins but it was disappointing to receive my concrete with all the toppings on top and not blended throughout the rest of the custard that they gave me. i should have gotten a refund but i didn’t want to waste any time. what’s more disappointing is i paid 8.36 for half a concrete when i could’ve just gotten mcdonald’s r.i.p.

Although the concrete sundaes we purchased were very good (hot fudge and butterscotch/pecan), I thought the almost $11.00 cost was rather high. The service was great and fast. It was the first time we ever went to an Andy's but I probably won't go again. There are so many other ice cream shoppes that are not as expensive.

Cost is higher than you’d expect BUT it’s a professionally run place that does one thing and they do it really well. Custard is made in front of you in a nice classic way. Service was super fast. My favorite part though is that there is nowhere to sit inside if you want to sit, go outside. If you want to be in you can gather around tall bar style tables. Love it.

Andy's has really good frozen Custard. We've been here a few times and if you get a plain custard or simple mix it has been a good experience. I definitely don't recommend their "fresh" fruit as it isn't really fresh, it's frozen, and they soak it in sugar water giving it a really off flavor. Stick to the tried and true flavors, not the specialty mixes, and you won't be disappointed. Also noteworthy is the price. Seems a bit steep to pay $5-6 for a small custard. Honestly, if you're close to a Freddy's, their custard is just as good and not as pricey. Lastly, on a high note, the employees are always friendly and helpful.

We absolutely love this place and visit every time we visit this town. We always seem to meet new and interesting people here from all walks of life. Don’t let long lines discourage you as the staff here is ultra fast, super friendly and gets your order out quickly even on the most busy of days. If you have never tried custard you should try an Andy’s nearest to you. Attention Andy’s: we would love to see some additional lower calorie options so we could visit more frequently!

I always love Andy's, but I do have a question: my wife wanted a hot fudge Sunday. She asked if they could put some of the fudge on the bottom before the ice cream and the rest in top. I would have been happy to pay extra. However, the manager said they couldn't do that. So, I was just wanted to find out why you couldn't put hot fudge on the bottom?

The custard is really good, but I'm not sure if they just pay less attention when they're busy. The last couple of times I've been the mix I got only had the extra stuff like brownie pieces in about the top 3/4ths of my custard. A bit disappointing, but not enough to stop me from going.

I was anticipating a long line and wait on Saturday night, but I was pleasantly surprised with no line and ultra fast service. I love the custard, especially the seasonal flavors for variety (was hoping pumpkin was available, but got their key lime instead, which I was a bit disappointed with the quantity of key lime, it was mostly just vanilla custard) I had been several times earlier in the year and experienced long lines and waits, however it seems some of those inefficiencies may have finally been resolved.

Ok, the staff here is amazing, yes the "custard" I hear is great, but I cant eat dairy so I get it for my kids. The manager was willing to pulverize frozen strawberries just for me to have a treat. Love this place!

This was our first visit to Andy's. Staff was friendly and the custard was delicious. I highly recommend their roasted pecans. :-) They were so good with the banana in my concrete.

Me and my boyfriend came 15 min before they closed and the manager was working the window. He was amazing and so sweet. Usually workers are grouchy right before close but he had exceptional customer service and really tried to help us decide what we wanted! Shout out the Shawn the manager!

We just moved to Edmond from Houston. We found this place our third day here and it was so good! It really set the tone for okc. Everything is better here! I love that this place isn't just like another Dairy Queen chain. It's so good! And the small size is huge! We have been here twice already and we will definitely be back! Andy's is my favorite ice cream (well, custerd)place ever! It's not too heavy, not too light, it sits well on your stomach. My wife, who's mildly lactose intolerant, says this place doesn't even bother her. We've literally ate here almost every weekend for the past year or so, it's that good!

Great service the only reason I gave 3 stars is because they are super busy so it would take forever to get back in line to have them fix a mistake accuracy is key. We ordered 3 concretes 1 crunch 1 mint choc chip 1 marshmallow. They made the mint one first and used the same machine to make the other 2. All of our ice cream tasted like mint. Unfortunately one of us hates mint so they threw out. EDIT: Changed to 5 stars due to management going above and beyond to address our issue. We came back in they remade our concretes and they were PERFECT! Everyone was super nice!!

I walked in for the first time today and was nervous. The crew was working so fast and so hard to get the custard out and I didn't really understand what I was watching. When i walked up to the register i met Sean, he's the manager, and I asked him what a snow monster was because I was interested in trying it. He explained how they lacerated the strawberries in house and what "melted chocolate chip" is. After getting that snow monster in a medium size (which is a pound of custard!) I couldn't have been happier or more impressed with this place. I'll be back all the time so I can try everything here! Next time I'm bringing my family too!

Can't stop eating concrete's ...staff here is always on point and having a good time, I just wish they had the blueberry concrete all year long. It's a cluster in there. Organization needs to be improved for a better experience. There is no rhyme or reason to how they let people know their orders are done and just yell out the product. People in g toups don't always get their order at the same time. The custard, however, is amazing!

This is a great place to get old school style fashion ice cream. Or if you are kind of anti crowd you can go through the drive-thru. Be mindful that most of the staff are high school students that would literally rather be doing anything else but be working on a Friday night. Dang kids trying to have social lives.

Delicious, but wish they had some better seating. My grandchildren would have done better with a table and chairs. The only choice was to sit on a bench with no table or stand at a tavern height table. Neither really worked well for a two-year-old, a four-year-old, and a five-year-old.

The concretes are mainly vanilla with a little bit of toppings mixed in. I ordered a medium butter pecan and it didn't taste like butter pecan at all, just vanilla with pecans. FYI.
