What an adorable spot Milk & Cream Cereal Bar is! The decor is cozy and relaxing with colorful patterns and limited seating. We stopped by after our dinner in Chinatown and enjoyed their vanilla ice cream with peanut butter cereal so much. It’s rich, creamy and layered with crispy and crunchy cereals. However, the wait for the order was kind of bad even though there was no line.

If Love ice cream and cereal this place is no brainer. The soft serve ice cream is delicious obits own but mixes with your favorite cereal is absolutely delicious. I got myself toasted cinnamon crunch and it was amazing.

We saw everywhere that cereal and ice cream were a big dessert out in NY, so while visiting we thought we'd give it a try. It was good, but I wouldn't say great. It was more entertaining watching them make the ice cream shakes to be honest. There are lots of options, and for my cereal lovers, this is probably your heaven. It was a cute little place.

I’m a huge cereal fan and a huge ice cream fan so when I heard we finally have a shop that infuses cereal into ice cream, I knew it’d be a hit. First of all every time I come to the shop, the staff are ALWAYS super friendly and super helpful so that’s always a plus. You get to choose your cereal, your toppings and your drizzle so your creation is completely your own which is always a fun experience. Just sharing me and my friends’ creations: Cinnamon Toast Crunch with coconut flakes and caramel drizzle Fruity Pebbles with M&Ms and Strawberry drizzle And Oreo O’s with Apple Jacks topped with chocolate sprinkles.

I literally come from Buffalo at times just with this place in mind!!! It’s the best ice cream I’ve had. Love that cereal. Try trix with fruity pebbles dust sprinkled on top. It will make you happy, just like this amazing place!!!

Okay, i didn’t know what i was expecting but they exceeded those expectations. This was so delicious. We shared one bc we both max out on sweets really fast but honestly i could have down one alone. My only this is i wish they had lactose free or vegan options but its okay. Super delicious and i cant wait to go back. We went with the cinnamon toast crunch/ s’mores mix topped with m&ms and chocolate drizzle. Omg amazing 🤤

This place was an accident to find, but we were so glad to find it. Such a great concept of ice cream and cereal. The inside doesn’t have a lot of seating but it was a neat concept. Delicious dessert.

I came here for a BTS event (see video) and ordered off the event specials menu: vanilla ice cream with chocolate teddy bear graham crackers, chocolate chips and chocolate drizzle. It was soooooo good with just the right combination of crunchy/creamy texture. Not too sweet either, which was a pleasant surprise. Cute and clean establishment. Service was just okay but they were super busy so it was understandable. All in all, I recommend this place as an occasional treat-yourself experience or when you are hosting an out-of-towner.

One of the best ice cream I've ever tasted 😍 However, the woman who took my order looked like she didn't want to be here. She was rude, spoke very quietly and seemed annoyed when I asked to repeat, was looking away and just couldn't stop sighing. Having employees matching the food quality would be a great plus 😉

Happiness is Milk & Cream Cereal 🥣 Bar! Amazing ice cream 🍦 with lots of flavors and varieties. Very high quality ice cream for almost $7! Good deal, right? You can personalize your ice cream with cereal, toppings, and more. It’s so easy to order and take out. Also you can eat outside too! There’s no toilets, and it can be accessible by wheelchairs.

At first, I thought it would just be good for social media but the ice cream is actually really smooth and creamy! I went with a vanilla, honey nut cereal, chocolate Graham cracker and caramel drizzle. The cereal really blends in nicely with the ice cream

This place is quite nice and cute! And better yet, it smells amazing! The milkshake I bought was curiously really sweet but not insanely sweet at the same time. Unlike other milkshakes, this one is quite refreshing and it does not leave you parched from all the sugar. I hope that they could put more syrup in the drink next time though!

Good shakes and ice cream. Ordered a shake with fruity pebbles with cookie dough ice cream and chocolate sprinkles which ended up being too sweet, so stay clear of the FP if overly sweet isn’t your thing.

Good flavor and awesome cookie dough. The reason for the 3 starts is because there were only 7 pieces of it, and my two friend's orders were missing an item. Cool concept but it feels overpriced. I recommend trying Surreal creamery if you looking for something similar

Went with my bestie and we loved it. A bit on the pricier side being that it’s a $10 ice cream but I think it’s worth it because it’s very pretty and tasty - couldn’t resist taking pics, great for your Instagram feed! I would suggest asking for a cup additional to your cone (if you decide to get one) because the ice cream does start dripping quite quickly and you gotta be quick if you’re taking pics.

Very quick and friendly service. Ice cream is not too sweet which is perfect for my taste as the sprinkles balance it out to have a delicious taste. It was cold outside but there were small outdoor stations with a heater which in my opinion didn’t really help. We opted on leaving. Didn’t really matter as the shake and ice cream are amazing.

There was a line to order but waiting on line is worth it over here. I ordered the cookie crisp carnival in a cup and it was amazing. It tasted like no other ice cream i had before , it was topped off perfectly and looked picture perfect. They made the ice cream quite quick as well, i would definitely recommend this ice cream joint.

This place is super cool! This unique ice cream 🍦 shop allows you to choose an ice cream flavor and mix it with your choice of cereal. 🍨 You can also just get a bowl of cereal 🥣 The have a variety of colorful waffle cones, ice cream flavors, and (obviously) an endless number of cereal blends. Staff if friendly and the store design is really nice! I wish they had more drizzle options!

This place is sooo good. I got a bowl of the Cookie Crisp carnival even in 50 degrees but I’d get it again if I could! The food was awesome and the line was pretty small (went around 6pm on Saturday). They could an area outdoors for you to wait and eat at and they play some awesome music too. My only comment is that I’d get double the cookie dough the next time since that was soo good and the order I got is only topped with cookie dough so as you get deeper into the bowl you’ll find it missing. All in all great experience tho.

Instagram worthy sugar spot in the heart of China town. Plenty of cereal choice (Oreo and s’mores are recommended). Toppings like m&m, cookie dough, gummy bears and or banana make the sugar rush complete. I didn’t see any choices for non dairy milk which would be a minus. Nice place for sweet snack.

This was such a cute ice cream shop. Two great things put together, ice cream and cereal. I love the concept, the different cartoons playing on different small screens on the wall was entertaining. I got the cookie crisp carnival! The staff was super friendly and helpful. I thought my cone came with cookie crisp cereal on top and once they saw I wasn’t 100% happy with my order they asked if everything was okay , and then added the cereal on top for me. Thank you guys! I had a great time here :) can’t wait to come back

Great dessert place! Love the idea of mixing cereal into ice cream and allows ppl to customize their orders. No tables for outdoor dining but they do have this area w benches for u to eat and chill for a bit. Will def come back and try different items next time!

Friendly and fast service! For $7, the serving is very generous — I think they put in about 3-4 scoops of ice cream per cup. I ordered fruit loops and reeces cereal with cookie dough ice cream and it definitely satisfied my craving. The cereal flavours are quite subtle but definitely there. Surprisingly, the cookie dough ice cream did not overpower the cereal flavors! The staff were very professional and served our ordered within a minute! I would definitely go back, but instead of ordering one each, I will be sharing.

This place was amazing ! Sooo many choices. The staff was so friendly and the building was super clean. The milkshake I got was delicious. Prices were fair and the entire experience was absolutely amazing. I asked the employee if I could take some photos and he said "absolutely" considering it is in the middle of NYC it was nice to find some people who were so friendly. Again the prices were more than fair especially for being in the middle of NYC. I will be back !

Awesome experience. The staff was extremely friendly. Loved the atmosphere. Whenever I think of cereal I remember my childhood and watching cartoons. Guess what? They have cartoons playing (Power Puff Girls, Johnny Bravo, etc.). My cone was delicious. I will definitely be going back.

The lines are absolutely insane every time I go there. The product they are putting out is pretty freaking good though. All in all I really enjoyed my ice cream. The concept is solid and the venue is pretty nice with plenty of picture opportunities. I would go back if I had more friends to distract me from the long wait times. Last time I went it was a bit warm for an ice cream spot

Great experience overall. We got the front berry bliss and a waffle bowl with Cap’n Crunch and Krave pieces topped with coconut and caramel drizzle. It was our first time there and we were walked through the menu and ordering process by Alice. Very friendly and attentive service. Quick turnaround, great ice cream. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing!! The idea is so original and the ice cream is so delicious. The serving is HUGE. My friends and I had planned to go to another restaurant after stopping here, but we were too full after the ice cream to even get more food. The price is extremely cheap for the amount of ice cream and toppings we got. I would definitely split one with a friend if I were to go again. The hype was well deserved!!

I love this place! Such a cool concept. They have two ice cream flavors, vanilla and cookies and cream and you are allowed to mix in any cereal into the ice cream. They have a new teenage mutant ninja turtles pizza shaped ice cream which is for a limited time only, so the line was was super long (maybe 20 people), but totally worth it. The limited addition ice cream was delicious and I can't wait to go back and get it again before its gone. The people that work there are super nice and friendly and very helpful. IG-@traveleen_gurl

Milk & Cream Cereal Bar is super cute! It's not hard to find when you're coming from the train station too. The workers move at a great pace and they're super nice. It's a little small so there are chances that you won't get a seat. A great place to treat yourself after a long day of shopping or hanging out with friends. I hope to see more M&CCB's opening around New York. There's also a bathroom there, major bonus points.

I definitely will be come back to Milk & Cream Bar for some more. They way they let you customize your dessert from choosing a different types of cone options ,cereal to blend in the ice cream and delicious toppings is so out the box. I had my little sister in town and overlooking the reviewing i know it will be so fun and yummy to take her. the venues is really cute for photo taking and good lighting to snap the delicious dessert. The price point is worth with what you get i estimated from customizing through the stage is about $ 7+. Each topping and blend is and extra $.50. If you have any children i would share they portion is a good amount to share. If your undeceive they have there own ice cream options to try from with a base price of $8.50. I really enjoyed the open space and being able to view the back kitchen right from the side bar. You can view the quality , cleanliness of how the dessert is made to your liking. It is a small area with little seating, which really benefits couple or any small parties. There's no restroom , they do offer all types of payments except Apple Pay. Overall a must visit !

I enjoyed Milk and Cream. The atmosphere is really chill no pun intended. You can hangout for some time because of how nice this place is. I really like the ice cream, and the number of combinations means this place won't get stale any time soon. I am definitely coming back soon with my friends for dessert. Do it! You know you want to! Featured in the photo is the tasty dish my wife snagged, “Cookie Madness”. I had a cup of ice cream and would recommend not getting the cookie dough ice cream. It was too sweet to taste the Cap’n Crunch that was blended in. My daughter had vanilla and it was perfect. Enjoy!

My new favorite ice cream place! Whoever came up with this ice cream & cereal bar idea is brilliant. It’s a little pricy but for the big portions you get, it’s definitely worth it. The cereal was mixed so finely into the ice cream it was so perfect and so tasty. The decor is really cute with lots of seating and space to take insta worthy pics. Staff members were very friendly and fast. Can’t wait to come back and try more different combos!

SERVICE: good, it's a busy good lively music. Youthful atmosphere, colorful. PRODUCT: Regular icecream, nothing special, if u have a sweet tooth, this is your place. I had the rice crispy with coconut toppings, I asked the cashier to make it with strawberries and blueberries. But i guess he did not understood, but it's ok, no biggie, it taste too sweet for me, but my friend got the FRUIT BERRY BLISS, it looked and tasted fruity! That's howbu wanted mine.

My oh my! We travelled by subway and walked to this place from the other side of New York just for dessert here and boy was it worth every step! The milky ice cream and choice of toppings made this whole experience worth it all! It was in the middle of Chinatown and hidden away but we would come back and have another if we had the chance! I can see this place be bigger and in a chain next time we visit America, if not we might have to do it for them. 10/10

Really fun simple idea. Ice cream and cereal toppings. Very basic. The line i waited in was very long. It stretched out to the street. And it didnt move very fast. The price of the pictured ice cream was $8.50 each. I feel like this is expensive for just ice cream and some cool toppings. The ice cream itself was standard. Nothing remarkable. It’s food for the eyes. I was treating my sister, who was visiting from out of state. It was a nice little idea. The wait and the price were worth the memory. This is food made for instagram.

So good!!! It was my first time in NYC and this place was on our list. We couldn't enjoy it inside because of covid, but they do have seating outside. I tried the Capn Crunch and it was yum!! When I make a return visit, hopefully after covid, I'll definitely come back here!

I had the Cookie Crisp carnival which was seriously incredible. So rich and indulgent without being too heavy. Portions are hearty and prices are fair. 5 stars without a doubt. This place is a dream come true for soft served ice cream lovers and is next level goodness! They add the toppings and blend it together - flavor game changer. I kept it simple without cereal and added cookie dough with sprinkles in the pink French vanilla cone ... I regret not taking a picture of this masterpiece before diving in! This place is great! The guy who was cashiering had a funny and great personality. I had a cup of ice cream blended with cinnamon toast crunch and a waffle cone, topped with chocolate drizzle, peanuts, and brownie bites. It was soooo yummy. The ice cream tasted like cereal milk, yum. My buddy got cereal. He had one of the original specialities that was Fruit Loops based. The milk bottle and spoon that come with it are cute. The spoon is also a straw so you can drink the cereal milk up that way! Also the milk bottle is cute and has the milk and cream logo on it. The guy who made my ice cream was definitely great at his job because he made my dessert look beautiful. The lady who made my buddy's cereal was also great, the presentation is wonderful.

Fairly decent prices for the amount of ice cream you get. You're mostly paying for the experience of having cereal infused ice cream and flavored/colored waffle cones with it. All-in-all a very cute and well put together ice cream bar with a plethora of selections to choose from at slightly high prices.

We got a cookie dough soft serve base with fruity pebbles cereal mixed in, brownie bites for toppings, and caramel drizzle on top. At first I was worried it might be overly sweet but it was actually the perfect amount of sweetness and incredibly delicious. Overall an amazing experience. Staff was also careful about my food allergy when I told them about it. Will definitely be returning!

Wow! This place was so much better than I expected it to be! We had Cinnamon Toast Crunch blended into the ice cream with Teddy Graham's and caramel on top. It was incredible and just $7! A steal for such a thing in Manhattan. Go get it before the masses descend upon this place! Milk & Cream is headed for greatness.

I visited NY for the 3rd time, with the purpose of going to all the places on my food list, and this was the first spot I hit. Exceeded my expectations. The best creation in terms of desserts in a long time (that and edible cookie dought but you'll find my review on that somewhere else). So back to the cereal bar: THEY HAVE GOLDEN TEDDY GRAHAM CEREAL!!!! (childhood favorite) they have almost all and any sugary cereal you could want, and you can choose to have an actual cereal bowl, or have it in an ice cream. The ice cream version is amazing! Although very sweet.. definitely go with someone, otherwise you might have a sweet coma haha but, I managed, and I don't regret it! Also, the staff is super super friendly.

Nice treat, especially on a warm day. They have lots of cereal options to mix into either vanilla or cake batter ice cream, additional toppings, and then delicious drizzle to top it off. It’s all available in a cup, as a shake, or in a variety of waffle cones. And good service from friendly people.

This is such a cute place. There’s so many instaworthy photo opportunities here. And the ice cream is tasty too. It’s very overpriced for ice cream, but getting froyo or just a few scoops of ice cream at baskin robins is almost the same price, so I can’t really complain. Plus it’s cuter and I get to choose the add ins. Kids will love it here as well as adults. And there’s bar seating area if you wanted to eat inside and watch them make ice creams too.

Cereal ice cream is so bomb. It's basically like drinking the milk at the end of your cereal bowl only better! Right now they have an awesome Collab with Nickelodeon and TMNT! Ice cream pizza and turtle ice cream and drinks until mid-September. Totally worth the wait in line! TMNT themed outdoor seating also available!

This place makes me happy. Cinnamon Toast Crunch blended in ice cream opened my eyes to a better world. The waffle cone is actually good and it’s new spiritual successor, the waffle bowl, brings us the best of both worlds. I caution against getting too creative but my favorite ice cream is actually Cinnamon Toast Crunch + fruity pebbles in vanilla. Trust.

Friendly staff with a great variety of options! You first pick a cereal that gets mixed into your ice cream then you get to pick what goes on top of your dessert which was fun to do. The line is long depending on the day and there aren’t that many seating options since basically every spot is taken.

I thought the ice cream would be flavored as the cereal. Instead it is just blended in. I really like the ice cream bar set up. It's a very clean, laid back place and I would definitely return to try more flavors

Great ice cream with lots of fun options! Fruit Loops were not as good as we thought. Captain Crunch in the ice cream was good, but Cookie Crisp Carnival was by far the best! We had to go back a second time to get another Cookie Crisp Carnival before we left NYC.

Amazing place! I went with my 2 kids (7 and 17 months) my sister and nephew (11 months) and let me say as small as this place is there was plenty of room for our strollers! The line gets pretty long but the service is fast and the staff is very attentive. Great ice cream! Many of flavors to choose from! We live in the Bronx so the trip downtown was very much worth it. Most definitely would go again!!!

Cereal + ice cream is pure genius. They go exceptionally well together. Crumbled cereal is mixed with vanilla or cookie dough ice cream base to make delicious crunchy ice cream. Toppings of your choice and drizzle give it that extra push to make it one of the best ice creams one can have. Also, you cannot go wrong with the waffle cone. They make sure to fill the bottom of the cone so you won’t be left with an empty shell halfway through. We tried the Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Would definitely come here again to try the other flavors.

Truly delicious. I’m always afraid to go to very popular “Instagramable” places, especially in big cities like New York, but this place is straight up delicious and super cute. Priced well, too. Would love to come back and try another flavour!

Would be 5 stars but the area it's in is super sketchy.. There was a bunch a homeless people and crack heads and it's next to this building that has graffiti all over it. But when you actually look at the place it's a cute pastel blue color and it's so cute. And when you walk inside it's everything. So much photos to take for insta. Though it's kind of small. But they also had a mirror to take mirror selfies lol. And the icecream was amazing. Definitely worth going regardless of the area. The worker was really nice. Great experience expect for the travel there.

First time hear and it was so good! I had the vanilla soft serve with corn flakes, toasted coconut, and chocolate drizzle. The location looks super sleek and modern and whoever though of combining cerreals with soft serve is a genuis. They have so many different cerreals and toppings to choose from will def be back!

I actually liked this place a lot! I ordered cookie dough ice cream with fruity pebbles and brownie bites. I enjoyed it, but I think I would have the vanilla ice cream as a base next time because the cookie dough wasn’t even a prominent flavor in my dish. At first I was a little annoyed about paying $7 for soft serve ice cream, but I was pleasantly surprised with this place. I think $5 is a more reasonable price, but it’s definitely worth heading back here sometime soon.

Great place! I had no idea they BLEND the cereal INTO the ice cream. AMAZING selection of options and not a terrible price either. The ice cream in my photo was less than 8 dollars which isn’t bad compared to some other ice cream shops in nyc. (*cough* Dylan’s candy shop *cough*) I wish they had more seats, because they definitely have the room. Lucky for my group of eight, we found an unoccupied area. Very beautiful interior too.

Really good ice cream and options to pick from. You pick either vanilla ice cream or cookie dough and then a cereal of choice which they blend in with the ice cream. You can then add a topping and drizzle. Staff is nice too and the place is big and spacious.

Went with my friend and we both fell in love with their cereal soft serves. Taste Much more flavorful than milk bar. A lost of people came in after us - there was a little one in a stroller who got a huge soft serve and had to hold it with both hands, so adorable. Love the lively vibe. Will come back soon.

Holy COW. As if New York City had a scarcity of dessert shops, Milk & Cream Cereal Bar takes the scene a notch up. With a Chipotle style of ordering (serving type, cereal choice, topping choice, and specialty cone choices including French Vanilla and Froot Loops), Milk & Cream is absolutely delicious. My cookie crisp crunch cone in the Froot Loops cone was perfect. It was a cookies and creme cone on steroids with the actual cone tasting like one of those milk straws. And the service - wow. The cashier could not have been friendlier! Expensive cone I'll say ($9 for the specialty cones), but worth it for a genuine treat!

The ice cream at Milk & Cream Cereal Bar is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. Yes, it’s so good that I had to capitalize and punctuate ever letter of the word amazing. A lot of the times I wind up disappointed by these trendy dessert spots; the food LOOKS Instagram worthy, but doesn’t always TASTE that great. At Milk & Cream, you get both! I had one of the Signature Blends called “Coco Dough”, which has a blend of brownie bites, cookie dough, and Coco Puffs (though I had them substitute the Coco Puffs for Reese’s Puffs). It is topped with cookie dough bites (and was also supposed to be topped with brownie bites, but apparently they forgot those, which I apparently did not notice until I just reread the menu, which is sort of disappointing, but not so disappointing that I feel the need to take away a star). Anyways, aside from the forgotten brownie bites, this was delectable. The atmosphere is also adorable. I HIGHLY recommend Milk and Cream Cereal Bar to anyone who likes ice cream!

Why didn't anyone think of this earlier! It's so simple but it tastes so great! You get a perfect blend of crunch in each bite of smooth ice cream. I'm not usually a topping kind of guy but brownies on top of anything is amazing. I tried the cocoa dough and I was thoroughly impressed at how much I loved it. There have been a lot of ice cream trends in NYC and each are short lived but I think this one is here to stay, at least I'll be coming back soon.

The ice cream was unique and the decorations were lovely to look at. The eating area was a bit dirty/sticky, and I came in around 1 pm on a Tuesday. I hope it isn’t stickier on more packed days. Nonetheless, good ice cream! Just be cautious of the eating areas so that you don’t get yourself dirty with someone else’s mess. Edit: during my last visit, the tables were a lot cleaner! glad I gave it another shot!

A bit of a wait but, that should be expected for a Saturday night. The line came in handy though as it gave me time to create my perfect cup of cream from the vast options. The person who took my order was gem! Totally friendly and energetic and patient. The vibe was set for Halloween with cob webs on all around the nostalgia inducing screens showing oldie cartoons. Not a place for kids- there are more kid friendly ice cream shops. Tip: Get a flavored cone! I had the Fruity Pebbles one(shown in picture) and it was an added bonus to the already tasty creamy creation. 😋 One ☝️ Teeny Weeny Complaint: when the cereal is blended it doesn't reach the bottom of the container and the first bit of ice cream that entered the come was pure white vanilla (can be seen in picture). Would be great if they could dump the first few swirls and give just the part that was blended.

Very much enjoyed this little spot. Loved the aesthetics. It was completely Rugrats from top to bottom including episodes on small tvs like pictures in a frame along the wall. The slushie with the orange popping bubbles were ok. I really wished they would have gotten better cups so would could keep them for longer because they are so cute. My friend got a milkshake and said it was good. They have a decent area outside because the inside it very small however there was no seating. It does have rugrats all over so it makes for a great picture. Ill be back soon regardless rugrats alone was worth it for me 😁

When I first came here I immediately notice the wait line outside. I waited damn near 30mins just to place my order. They have to be quicker, especially for a Prince. But it was worth it when I sunk my teeth into the Froot berry bliss--delicious! There's a lot of customization too. Your imagination can go wild. But the price $8 or more is ridiculous. Especially when there are better places for cheaper prices. Still, it was worth it. And I do recommend to check the place out at least once.

New take on cereal and ice cream, good place for a quick visit in Chinatown. I saw a lot of teenagers at this place, very hip and trendy ambience. Because of covid they have the option of outdoor “seating” on wood slabs, inside partitions made by a plastic hanging so as to keep up physical distance. The taste is good, not too sweet which I loved. The price is good too. Friendly staff.

The machines aren't loud, and the atmosphere is very welcoming, with a bit of music. I ordered a vanilla ice cream with frosted flakes and reaches pieces. When they say "A crunch in every bite" They do not lie. I would completely recommend this place. If you're picky, have an open mind. This is a very good place.

This is a great dessert place to come with friends, partner, or family. It can definitely get busy and the seating is limited so prepared to take your treat to go if need be. They have one sherbet option, but otherwise everything is ice cream. The toppings are blending into the shakes instead of just thrown on top, this makes for an even better shake! Actually really good ice cream! However the Ice Cream was melting before they could even hand it to us and then it started dripping all over the place including everyone’s clothing. When we asked for something to clean up like a cup of water or wipes, they have none and proceeded to charge us $1.50 for water. It’s soft ice cream, you never expected it to melt? We came for the TMNT ice cream pizza. The pizza was delicious, and much larger than I thought it would be so it was worth the price. We also got a cereal milkshake and that was also amazing. Their outdoor area is well set up for social distancing - covered benches with plastic curtains between each section so everyone gets a personal, enclosed space so you can feel comfortable taking your mask off to eat.

I’ll admit that when I first heard of cereal infused ice cream, I thought it was a brilliant idea but upon coming here and trying the ice cream I felt it was a little overrated IMO. I got the ice cream infused with fruit loops and topped it off with some teddy grahams and although it was delicious, I didn’t think it was anything special since it is regular soft serve ice cream that they use. Despite this, the ice cream is definitely Instagram worthy if that is all you are looking for. Price-wise the ice cream is fairly pricy but you do get quite a bit for the price you pay so definitely worth sharing with someone since I personally found it impossible to eat the ice cream on my own. Overall, this place was decent and good to try for the first time but there was nothing special or amazing about it for me to want to revisit this place.

My daughter had been so excited to visit Milk and Cream Cereal Bar for months! When asked if the ice cream lived up to her expectations, she stated that it was even better than she hoped!! I tasted the cereal in every single bite! The kids loved the different color cones and so many options ... I would recommend to any family looking to enjoy some sweet treats any day of the year.

The whole idea of ice cream with cereal seemed really interesting so my wife and me drove 45 min to give it a try. We got 2 ice creams in cones, mine came first and it was perfect but my wife's came in a cup and we wanted it in a cone. So we asked again for a cone and that's when the whole experience got screwed. The guys behind the counter blended the icecream 4 times with the toppings in it, by the time my wife got hers mine was melted that I have to eat it without her, her icecream was more a shake than anything else, with barely any toppings, everything was destroyed we couldn't even taste them. My icecream was delicious, but like I said, the whole experience was terrible, by the time we got the icecream we really didn't want it anymore. So for future references, is not worth to save the icecream, at least you don't lose the customer.

Experimental ice cream at its best! - I went here with a few friends and had one of their signature combinations, I'd suggest you do the same. One of my friends tried to build her own and it didn't come out good. The restaurant knows what it's doing so pick one of their specials that aligns with what you like and enjoy. The idea of ice cream mixed with cereal is different. Each ice cream cone or cup is individually made. I had vanilla ice cream with Special K, not quite the taste I would choose again. Only ice cream flavours is vanilla or cookie dough. You also get a topping which can be fruits or something like sprinkles. You can also have a drizzle on top if the ice cream, which I opt out if.

I saw a video on BuzzFeed about this location and i had to try it! The ice cream with fruity pebbles made me the happiest man alive. The milk shakes are pretty good too. If you are having a bad day and don’t want to drink wine, this is the place to go. The staff was very friendly, and very attentive to their customers. You need this place in your life if you like ice cream. My personal favorite in all of NYC. It's like soft serve, but not. Your ice cream starts life as regular hard ice cream, then gets mixed up with your toppings and put into the cup with their weird machine. Great combination of sweet and savory and you can mix in all kinds of things. When its warm and nice out, expect long lines and 30+ minute waits. Service isn't fast, but that's because each ice cream gets it's own attention and decoration. They staff there move quickly, each one is just a bunch of work.

Ive been here a few times and each time i was not let down by the taste and cleanliness. They have multiple flavors and toppings you can mix and match with a variety of bases. Service here is also terrific, because we wanted to wash our cup from when we got the collab with butter milkshake but they offered us a new clean cup instead of taking home our used one. This is a go to place for all you instagram hip people and sweets lovers!

Atmosphere was very cool. I was shocked when I found out that the cereal is actually blended into the ice cream instead of just being on top. I blended vanilla ice cream with apple jacks and I could definitely taste the flavor of the apple jacks. The staff were nice and quick when it came to making my ice cream cone. There are so many different choices on how you can have your cone or cup. The cones even come in your choice of regular, pink, teal, or red. Although its a bit pricey ($7), it is definitely worth it.

Milk & Cream is a cereal and ice cream lover's dream! It's essentially like a McFlurry, but even better. There is a big list of classic cereals to choose from that they mix in with either a vanilla or cookie dough soft serve base of your choice. You also get to choose the toppings you want, and whether you want it in a bowl or cone (they have those cool teal or maroon colored cones to offer). They also offer a handful of signature creations that are just over a dollar pricier but they looked pretty magnificent! Their presentation is absolutely beautiful as well - definitely instagrammable. My advice: SHARE it! They are VERY generous with their portions. I got the Honey Bunches of Oats mixed in with a vanilla soft serve base and topped it with fruity pebbles in a BOWL and shared it with both my dad and brother. It was a little too sweet but since I shared it, it was just enough sugar for me.

On a hot summer day, I stopped by this place after all the pictures I saw on my friends' gram and all over newsfeed on Facebook. The line was really long and it did take a while to order the icecream, but it was worth it. I wouldn't have imagined that cereal ice-cream would be really good! I had the cocoa dough and I enjoyed it very much. The cereal ice-cream which they blend the cereal in the ice-cream base was very good, It wasn't blended to the part that you don't feel the crunch from the cereal but it was blended to the right amount where you can taste the cereal in the ice-cream and feel the crunch of it. The staff are all pleasant and they even have a public restroom!

It's a cool novel concept to have cereal mixed in to ice cream and the owners did a great job channeling a 90's childhood with cartoons playing on screens. It is pricey but they don't skimp on portions - in fact I could not finish mine. Everyone should definitely try it once, but I don't know if I'll come back.

The thought of America's favorite "anymeal" being a bar is attractive enough and certainly warrants a visit. And the nostalgic feel of cartoons playing in the background while eating cereal is heartwarming, it still is $5... for a bowl of cereal. You could get a couple of boxes for that. And it's not like they made their own version of the cereal. So i feel it's a bit of a waste to get a traditional bowl of of overpriced cereal. HOWEVER, this is not where milk and cream cereal bar shine. It's their ICECREAM! Honestly this is what they should have focused on though it isn't as attention grabbing, their ice-cream is fantastic, it's thick, creamy and they mix in ground up cereal of your choice plus toppings that make endless flavor options. In conclusion, to be fair, if this review was for a bowl of cereal it would be 2 to 3 stars. Since I'll focus on the ice-cream ideas they had I'll drop the big 5. Since that is what it deserves.

Good ice cream. Real simple menu which make ordering in and out. I hate ice cream shops with 1,000 choices. All it does is give indecisive people a reason to hold the line up even more. They only have 2 ice cream flavors. Vanilla and cookie dough. You Pick a cereal, a topping (like cookie crumble) and a syrup to drizzle over top (i.e. caramel, chocolate) I liked it. I would definitely visit again. Due to Covid its a walk up window so nobody can go in but they did build a little shelter with benches for you to sit in and eat your ice cream or wait out of the elements for it. It rained terribly when I went and I noticed the shelter is not the best when it rain. Water flushed all inside. And the makeshift flap roof leaked in some "booths" otherwise I can see this being a nice place to sit out of sun. If you get a chance please check it out. I highly recommend.

UPDATE: I am upping the stars to 3 instead of one as they responded they were having a company Christmas party. A company who closes to treat their employees for the holiday is ok in my book. They still could have updated holiday hours to reflect this so we could have went a different day we were there and not wasted all of that money. They did apologize and I appreciate that. I don’t post reviews but felt I had to with this. We travel to NYC to do two things. Look at Christmas things and come to this shop. We have been talking about it for MONTHS. We checked the times you were open on both google and your website. Arrived a little before 9 and you were closed. Spent 40 dollars on Ubers. This was literally the only thing my boyfriend asked to do this whole trip. We are so let down. Please update your hours so this doesn’t happen to other out of state travelers..... or anyone for that matter.

It's ok line gets extremely long usually out the front door long...but rather you think it's worth it or not is up to you. The location is horrible and the blocks leading to it stinks of garbage juice and fish. The place is not really noticable unless the line is out the door. What else can you ask for! Dope music, chill vibes, tv's streaming nostaglic 90s cartoons and movies (from my childhood:) and the staff and servers were so cool. Whatever combination I wanted they made, which a I had a very hard time with. There was so much to choose from I couldnt believe it! I love the cereal and icecream combos and the toppings galore!. The owner had us cracking up and he kept asking us what music we would like to hear. He played it right from his phone and even sung along to the songs with us! Did i mention there is an amazing graffiti tagged door way right next door for an amazing impromptu photoshoot. I recommend this spot to all If your an icecream connoisseur or just want to try something new and you like a chill vibe this is the place to go.

They say everyday is a winding road, and that my friends, is what Megan Armstrong likes to think brought her here, to Milk & Cream Cereal Bar. Upon entering this “bar” (be warned there is NO alcohol served!!), Megan was immediately overtaken by the selfie rituals taking place in every direction. Although Megan likes to think of herself as a nonconformist, on this particular day she thought “what the hay,” and decided to join her peers. After combing her violet hair with her fingers, Megan slowly pulled her android out of her handmade purse. 10 minutes and 200 selfies-with-ice cream later, Megan realized her ice cream had melted onto her vintage doc martens. She let out a sad sigh. She was reminded of her childhood, how she would always eat her ice cream quickly, never thinking of how she looked while doing so. She then firmly decided to revert to her nonconformist attitude and enjoy life’s sweetness when she can. Nothing last forever, not even selfies.
