My son and I LOVE this place! Open until 11PM, great selection of flavors and toppings. Unlike most yogurt places, the froyo is SO SMOOTH, you'd think it was ice cream.

I've been to this place for years. One of the reasons I love it is the friendliness of the staff and how everything is well stocked and clean. The past few times I've been recently it's a completely different story. I'm not sure if they changed management or ownership. Or the staff just suddenly doesn't care. I didn't realize how much I appreciated the way it used to be until it was gone. It was filthy, none of the yogurt machines were pumping correctly, and some of the toppings were completely out. Recently deserves only 1 star. The past deserves 5 stars. So I settled on 3 stats to be fair.

Customer Service is on point. when you walk-in and give them the eye they automatically pull out the sample cups. Company policy says they can't tell you to stop. THAT'S pretty cool. The yogurt tastes amazing and they have the best toppings. I get the salted pecan caramel yogurt with coconut flakes, Hershey's white chocolate chips, granola, cinnamon toast crunch, and chopped nuts. BOOM.

One of the best tasting Frozen Yogurt chains anywhere! They always have new flavors coming out and the flavors are grouped together that naturally compliment one another. Free sample cups are always available for the asking at the register.

This is the best Yogurt place in the city, and it's very upsetting that there's only one in the whole city! The topping are great, and so are some of the staff members. Although it's nice that you can serve your own toppings, it's definitely a health hazard that everyone touches the same utensils.

The cashier was patient despite me and my younger brother taking forever to pick out toppings. The decor is nice. The music is only mildly irritating. The froyo is good. Not crazy good, but good. Can't speak much to the price, as I've never been on my own dime. Pro tip: be sure to either stir the toppings into the froyo before eating OR, if you're an innovator like me, make rings of froyo hugging the edge, leaving a shaft in the middle where the toppings go. That way, you don't run out of toppings three bites in. STREET SMARTS!

Went in recently, the employees were attentive and nice. The rest of the place looked a little rough. One of the machines was down. The lubricant used for the machines was caked up and gross. Most of the drip trays were full, the yogurt coming out of more than two of the machines was more of a runny liquid than yogurt. When asked why the machines were not functioning, the employee replied that one of the machines went down at least twice a day and that she hadn't seen the owner in a little over a week. The last time we visited, the employees were slightly rude, but we let that slide, this time was almost hard to walk in on. Hope Yogurtland Nola isn't falling under. Used to be one of the best in New Orleans.

Accidental NOLA discovery. I now visit whenever in the area. I love this place. Friendly staff at the ready to welcome you upon arrival. Yogurt selections vary and seems to change often. Soon as you have found a favorite (Vanilla Bean -NO sugar added), the menu then changes. Yet, you always manage to find another fav😉. Toppings galore! Nice spot to visit after a movie at the Prytannia Theater --down the road.

Way to indulge in summer with great dessert in very affordable price! I have tried more than 5 places of fro-yo in New Orleans and this place is the best one. Cookie and cream is a touch of heaven! You have to try it!

It's frozen yogurt, so it's as basic as it gets. But I'm a weirdboi who wants reviewer points on Google, so I'm writing more to get those points. If you've ever been to a Frozen Yogurt self-serve place, then you'll understand why this model works so well. You dont have to interact with anybody. I literally walked in there once, didn't say a single word and walked out. 10/10 experience for my social anxiety of telling people what to do.

Lots of different flavors. Way better deal than pink berry. Although it can get expensive if you fill the cup up to the top. But do expect around $4-6 for a large cup

Absolutely LOVE Yogurtland! Completely obsessed. This place has the power of turning a terrible day into a good one. Come here with friends and family to bond over the damn near magical powers of frozen yogurt and the bajillion toppings you can adorn it with.
