I’ve patronized this location many times and while their ice cream, smoothies, shakes, etc. are excellent, they are inconsistent. It seems that the quality of the item is very dependent upon the employee preparing the ice cream. Also… Maybe it’s because I’m used to eating inexpensive and incredible Blue Bell ice cream, and have since I was a child, this place is ridiculously overpriced. The waffle cones that they make in-house are worth the trip, alone! No other ice cream cone I’ve had even compares!

So So good. A little pricey. You wont pay less than $5 per person. All ice cream is made in the store. You can get any extras you want mixed into your ice cream. Strawberries, candy, etc... She likes vanilla ice cream with peanut butter cups. I get cookie dough ice cream inside of a chocolate chip cookie sandwich! They have waffle cone cups too.

Great ice cream and tons of flavors. They manually mix the ingredients in front of you to get your desired flavor. I liked that you can request more or less of a certain flavor in that mix. No sampling due to Covid which I don’t get because they don’t reuse the cups or spoons from previous customers. Enjoyed the process and will be back but only for flavors that I’ve already tasted.

I visited this location on a late Friday night. As expected the line was long, but service was fast and efficient. Although the line was long, the wait time was under five minutes! I tried the signature flavor called “Apple pie a la mode” and it was fantastic. One of my friends also tried a signature flavor called “Birthday Cake Remix”, which was delicious. Another friend ordered a mix of cake batter and dark chocolate and his order was great as well!

It's my birthday month so I stopped by since I was in town. Pleasant and very helpful staff this time. Always clean store and smooth process of ordering. It would be nice if the staff had more ability to help with the birthday club accounts. Nevertheless, I tried a new creation, but I think I'll tweak it just a little next time.

The food is what is to be expected--ice cream with toppings mixed in. Best advice: be prepared to order. It was fairly busy when we arrived and there was enough staff to handle the crowd. The staff is so focused on getting orders out, they don't slow down enough to engage with the customer in a friendly manner.

Love the ice cream here! They are always clean and put together in the store. The seating is a little tight on the inside, but there is plenty of outside space available. The staff is very friendly and appear to genuinely enjoy where they work. They always seem to give a little extra when they can. Careful on weekend nights though, this place gets packed quick!

This was my first time visiting this location. As usual, there were many great ice cream flavors, as well as sorbet, frozen yogurt, and sugar free options. I loved my CC Signature Creation "Coffee Lovers Only," but I was less than thrilled with the service. It was a Saturday night and the line was out the door! Staff were very efficient but seemed preoccupied chatting and laughing with each other rather than with customers. Then again, many people in line were on their phones anyway :/ Final call - ice cream this good is worth the price and worth the wait. However, for the most expensive ice cream I've ever had in my life, I kinda need to enjoy the experience too!

The best. Hands down. The only thing preventing me from giving this 4 stars is the ice cream. The guy behind the counter dealing with us seemed to either not want to be there or annoyed anyone came in...??? He was not happy at all, not even tried to smile, or be pleasant. He was just there, not sure if he had something going on or what...but the ice cream, oh so good!

Great taste and customer service. We took the kids here after a long day and it was the perfect cool down before our next stop. We went in at a busy time but still recieved our order quickly. The outside seating option was a nice touch. Great location.

Icecream is delicious, but the employee or manager whichever guy name Brandon is very rude, he had da nerve 2 holla at me cuz I didn't understand him with that mask on , an besides he dont speak English good, luckily I had my nieces with me or I would've gave him a mouth full!! What can you possibly say about the richest, creamiest amarettto ice cream, topped with just the right amount of chopped almonds? Divine comes to mind. My only complaint with Cold Stone is that I spend too much time making my choice. Everything I've ever had there was over the top scrumptious! It's so hard to decide on just a single selection!

Love this cold stone. They're always busy on the weekend so please expect to wait for your turn. Not sure where another cold stone is near this one but this is my go to desert on a date night. Staff is always nice to us when we go.

It was amazing! I do have to say I wish it was a little bigger but it's just so good. I say try the cotton candy shake! Its makes you crave for more and I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars because they deserve it.

It was very busy and service was slow, but that is to be expected on a Saturday night. The staff were kind and fast even though they were busy. The rocky road is my recommendation.

Brandon usually handles my order and no matter how trying some of my requests are he always caters and is incredibly polite!! I'm picky and can be ocd and i have never had an issue with his service ever! I come from food service and I'm here often...to see comments saying the service is bad or its untidy i find it very hard to believe. Best coldstone I've been to
