It's hard to mess up Icecream so there's nothing bad to say about the Icecream. There were toppings that can be added but It's an extra charge. The Icecream brand used was labeled Mayfield. If Dairy Free or Lactose Free was available there were no signs stating this so this isn't a place for you if those options are needed. Always call to double check because those options may be added later. There's a few tables available inside as well as outside. The younger servers were friendly and helpful. The only negative was the lady at the cash register who insisted that the young server "stop giving too much Icecream" to me and my family. First, this matter should have been addressed away from the customers. Second, while I don't work there I have served Icecream to others, and it is customary to lightly press the Icecream down so it doesn't fall. The young lady was doing that and not pressing it down a lot. Third, the Icecream wasn't exactly cheap so as a customer we do want our money worth. Lastly, I certainly hope it was not due to the color of our skin that the cashier was so adamant about not giving out too much Icecream. Other than that incident we had a good experience.

The staff is what makes the experience, served ice cream with a smile and how can you not love smiles with your desert. Would eat here again

Want sugar? This is a cute shop to come get a scoop of ice cream. Once you walk in, the sweet sense of delicious hits you. The service was great. The qorker greeted us and she was prompt and helpful.

Please get more chairs. There’s only 2 chairs per table on the patio (and indoors). We got there and groups had taken all the chairs. We are talking small families of more than 2 people. It didn’t take many people to take up all the chairs at all so we were left standing around eating our ice cream. You’d think they can invest in a few extra chairs per table.

This place is awesome. The staff are so friendly, and the home made ice cream is awesome. Don't be afraid of the blue superman- its not just for kids. If you like cheesecake ice cream at all- the Philly strawberry cheesecake is awesome. And German chocolate is an excellent chocolate option. We got all 3 as a banana split. And now we are in a carb coma. This will be a regular date spot for sure:)

Ice cream ice cream we all scream for this. I don't care what age if you like it you want it. And well I must tell you come here if you are in town or heck if you live here. Me and the wife left with two pints after just getting there today. Peppermint(best mint I have ever tried) and chocolate brownie which looked amazing(eating it tonight) all homemade and smelled delicious. The owner was just a delight and told us the history of starting the place. That made me want some that much more. Who starts an ice cream parlor during a pandemic(yup 8 weeks strong while I to this message) this guy does and its absolutely amazing. So if you want fantastic ice cream by all means don't just take my word for it get down here and try it. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! I PROMISE YOU THAT 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

The vanilla shake was delicious. The ice cream is for my children tomorrow but I'm sure they will love it. I got birthday cake ice cream with m&m's and cookie dough ice cream with peanut butter cups.They have many flavors and toppings to choose from.The staff was very friendly and gave me a couple stickers and a pin for my girls. I'm sure that I will be back before my trip ends. Enjoy!!

One of the Best Ice Coffee Shops. The ice cream is made local and you can tell the freshness. The customer service was amazing and even took the time out to give us a little history on the place. This will be one of my new ice cream coffee shop. I had the Oreo Speed wagon Ice cream in a Milkshake form. So instead of using the milk to make the shake they used something else and it was Amazing. You have to go there to know, I'm not telling. It's Delicious.

What a great place to get some ice cream or a coffee! Loved the variety of flavors available. You can get your ice cream in a cup, cones, as a shake or with toppings. A variety of coffee are also offered. The girls working were so friendly and personable... thank you for the great service!

Looked so good but had two 15 year old boys running it. I got the smores latte and a cookies and cream cone and my friend got the mocha latte. The icecream was good. The coffees were horrible they poured hot milk on my iced coffee melting all the ice watering it down and gave me a cinnamon one instead thank God I'm not allergic because that could be bad if someone was and they made that mistake. We ended up just throwing the coffees away and left.

My boyfriend and I came from out of state to celebrate the new year, and we could not have been more pleased with Mimi’s! Right across from our hotel (and from the beautiful Opryland Resort), we actually went two nights in a row to have a tasty treat. They have delicious homemade flavors and definitely give you your money’s worth! We tried a few different kinds on our excursions as both scoops and as shakes, and all varieties were amazing! Mimi’s is a great way to end your evening and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in TN!

The line wrapped all the way around the shop for the entire time we were there, but staff did a fantastic job of keeping things moving and providing great service, so nobody had to wait too long. The ice cream was delicious and exactly what I wanted. Take note: The shop may close earlier than posted on Google due to lack of supply or staffing needs (and if they regularly have a line like tonight, they probably do run out!). There's a sign posted on the shop door explaining this.

Had to stop in here as I just became a Mimi (grandma) to my first grand baby. I recommend them to get some merch as it would be cool to have gotten a t-shirt or ball cap. I tried the sea salt ice cream, it was good but a little too much Carmel imo. The two young ladies were very delightful which always is nice to have excellent customer service!

This place has delicious ice cream. The mint chocolate chip has very finely ground chip pieces which was my only complaint. The prices look high until you see the size of the scoops. They have tons of different toppings to choose from. The girls were super nice.

The ice cream tasted like stuff you get from aldis. It was flavored, didn't actually contain the ingredients it claimed to have. And the flavors were regular run of the mill. Nothing one of a kind here. Regular place with boring flavors and regular ice cream.

Excellent ice cream and if I had given the review after our first visit it would have been 5 stars. But, I took two away, one was for coming during hours that the store should be open, however we found the lights on and customers and staff inside but the door locked 10 min before close. Second is the only staff person this evening just wasn’t very pleasant, and made it seem like he was doing us a favor being here.

I was disappointed. I got a small hot fudge sundae and my boyfriend got a waffle cone. His was fine. However my hot fudge sundae ended up being a tiny ball of ice cream with a ton of whipped cream and chocolate sauce NOT HOT FUDGE. That definitely was not worth 6.99. There was legit 3 inches of whipped cream in that little cup. Next time I will save my money and get my ice cream from some where else. It was just Mayfield ice cream, nothing special.

Cool ice cream shop to visit. They offer coffee as well but I didn't get to try that. There's a restaurant next door we didn't get to go to either but will try next time. Nice area and is located next to Opry Mills. Seems like a little tourist trap area but is fun. Several souvenir shops to go in to across the street and a cracker barrel to visit next door if you want something you can get at home while on vacation. Seems like it defeats the purpose of vacation but hey, whatever floats your river barge. I had a vanilla milkshake with whipped cream and a cherry on top and it was delicious. The size of the cups were a little small for the price you pay but it's Nashville. Just expect to pay more anyway anywhere you go. Super crowded when we went but I don't expect much less considering where the building is located.

I’ve been there once and it was okay. The people working were a bit rude but they were busy so I gave them a pass. The ice cream was decent, not the best I’ve ever had but not so terrible I wouldn’t go back. I tried to go two more times since then and sadly the lights were on but the door locked. There was no sign on the door explaining why. If in the neighborhood I might give it a go again, but I wouldn’t make a special trip or go out of my way.

I had the Elvis and Nutty Professor ice cream. Elvis is honey, banana ice cream with a peanut butter swirl - so good! Nutty Professor is coconut ice cream with pieces of pecan, cashew and almonds - great coconut flavor! Be sure to stop by when in the area, you'll be glad you did.
