We visited the place for Valentine’s day and they were having a buy one get one offer going on. It was amazing. We only paid 5.3$ for two bowls!!There were so many variety of froyo flavors available and so many types of topping to fulfill everyones liking. The whole process of making everything by yourself is so much fun in itself. They weigh the bowls once you have picked up all that you want and pay according to the weight. The whole experience was smooth. I loved the hazelnuts and birthday cake flavors the most. They also have lactose free flavors which is a plus. Must give this place a try if in the area.

Delicious 😋 Frozen Yogurt! Humble Staff 🤩 Good Coffee ☕️🥰 I stopped at this place for a Mocha/Coffee. Barista was kind to answer my questions. He took his time to make a good Mocha and Cappuccino. I liked it. While there, I got intrigued by their Frozen Yogurt, and I loved it. Especially the Straberry flavor. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Really cute place with great variety and staff My family always loves coming here. It's a favorite for adults and kids. There's always some good staple flavors of frozen yogurt (chocolate, vanilla, cake batter, etc.) plus a rotating selection of less common flavors. The toppings bar is pretty large, even more so when you consider all the sauces and cereals. They're also the only fro-yo place I've even been to that offers espresso powder and sea salt as toppings which is INCREDIBLE. While their fro-yo is the best thing to get here, their fro-yo frappuccinos and other bakery treats also hold up

Yo Factory needs a little updating inside. The seating area and the toppings area/cash register area are all pretty small. On a hot day, it gets crowded with even a small number of people in there, and it feels like you just can't get out of the way. The tables are really close together, too, so even if you're seated, you're still kind of on top of some other group. The froyo was standard; refreshing and sweet and tart. There was a good selection of toppings. The board games are old and beat up, but fun. All in all -- totally fine for grab and go froyo or even a short stay if it's not crowded, but I wouldn't make this a destination to chill out for awhile on a hot day.

I'll give it 3 stars for the service. I ordered an acai berry bowl and it didn't seem very authentic. The acai part at least seemed like it had a yogurt base. I have a peanut allergy and the clerk recommend peanut butter with acai. How gross!!! I ate the one I ordered and left ✌️

I just came from of my favorite restaurant Ma Fishers and coming by our I saw across the street is this ecelctic place call YoFactory. I was intrigued and decided to go inside. I was hit with the all the soft serve and self served Frozen Yogurt imaginable. You have got to see the wealth of Frozen Yogurt at your disposal. I had the Alpine Vanilla With Granola. The Vanilla was favored very well and the Granola was not to sweet but added depth and crunch to the Yogurt. I was almost tempted to try their Vegan option. I guess I will go for it next time or better still you try it and tell me all about it. I can't wait to hear from you!

My favorite frozen yogurt place in the area! Yo Factory has a lot of toppings, including actual hot fudge (not just the chocolate syrup). There's a good amount of seating and the price is pretty average for frozen yogurt.

I was locked out of my car and walked to Yo Factory to stay warm. The people working were very nice and understanding. They allowed me to get things situated with no problem. I really appreciated it. I also got some froyo during the wait and some to go.

The fro-yo here is alright, often it's a bit melty for my tastes. They have a very limited flavor selection, but an extensive toppings bar. If you like simple chocolate or vanilla, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, there are other yogurt places in Milwaukee that are better quality and have a wider variety of flavors. Seating is also an issue here as it is relatively small and there aren't many tables available.

A great and fun place with a huge variety of yogurts. So many toppings! They change up their flavors often so it's always worth coming back here. This place is a wonderful to hang out with a small group of friends, they have a shelf of various board games and a jukebox.

This is a really cute froyo spot. There aren't a ton of flavors, but what they do have is really good. There is also an excellent topping bar and prices are pretty reasonable. Seating is comfortable and the atmosphere is relaxing.

I've been here many times over since I've gotten to Milwaukee. I was never the biggest fan of frozen yogurt as I always that it was an ice cream offshoot Yo factory taught me that Fro Yo is worth saying yo over. The bathroom is also amazing as it is decorated well and provides a good atmosphere for when I need to drop the kids off at the pool.

Love the clear dishes you can get to enjoy the yogurt. So many different ways to enjoy your dish. Fruit sprinkles candy fudge. This store is always clean and people who work here are friendly. My friend showed me this place and I love it!

Small town vibes in the city are always nice. Good music is playing and they have comedy Central on a couple of tvs. Four flavors rotate and four more are always there. (Vanilla, chocolate, cake batter, and tart) The yogurt is delicious and the workers are very friendly. Low prices, great place

Taking lots of precautions during the pandemic which is very nice, but kind of takes the fun out of getting froyo. Delicious nonetheless! I also purchased a Peanut Butter Chocolate Rice Krispy treat to split with my friends, however it was rock hard and not enjoyable. Stick to the froyo!

Just yum. Several froyo flavors to choose from All the "extras " are behind glass and added by the workers. Very clean store, great service. There are tables inside to sit at if you choose. Fun stop after going to the Milwaukee Art Museum.

I met one of the brothers who own this place and had a great time chatting about them thinking about adding a creamy non-dairy yogurt option and local vegetarian and vegan restaurants. I had the dairy free strawberry kiwi, which was very sweet- like Laffy Taffy turned frozen yogurt- with went well with the tart, fresh fruit. I will absolutely be back often.

Located on Farwell and Kenilworth. The ice cream is great. But also try their coffee and other drinks. It pretty good. They offer outdoor seating in the summer, games at the tables. Good for groups of people, family and friends. Jump in here post a family dinner for ice cream. Also, the ice cream is okay for those who are lactose intolerant.

Just went here today at 3pm for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The guy at the register was very friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain me and my son how it all works. The store was very clean and organized. The toppings were fresh and yummy! And sooo many options. I wish I would've paid attention to his name, so I could give him his props personally! Hands down the best fro-yo place in downtown Milwaukee. This spot is truly a hidden gem. The staff is friendly, machines are clean and the variety of options is seemingly endless. There are 8 different flavors each day, with Cake Batter, Alpine Vanilla, Dreamy Chocolate and Classic Tart being there nearly every time. I think its one step above the typical Frozen Yogurt / make your own ice cream bowl. Great flavors that are usually unique (strawberry cheesecake, chocolate fudge brownie, etc.) and classics (vanilla, chocolate, etc.) available. They have one of the best selections for toppings. From cereal, sprinkles, cherries, brownie bites, etc. My favorite is always to add Sea Salt (which most ice cream stores similar to Yo Factory never have!). One part that I think makes Yo Factory worthy of the 5 is the staff is very helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere is fun. The store itself has a bunch of different board games anyone can play. I always play Headbands with my friends when there, acting out different things, places, and people. Its a fun time and never had a bad experience there! Dont forget to get yourself a Loyalty Rewards Club card either - 10 purchases and then a free one!

I am absolutely in love with this place. I have been going to another frozen yogurt place on Brady but I will definitely be bringing my business here. The vibe is nice, they have alot of different options to chose from and they charge .45 an ounce. However much you get is up to you! I love it and I will be back tonight!

I'm anxious to try something called a fropacchino which has your froyo and toppings mixed with coffee! Will I ever order froyo without adding some sort of chocolate...the world may never know...

First visit, liked it as much as someone who loves custard could love a fat-free almost ice cream! Concept of make your own then weigh in to see how much it'll set you back... What I didn't like was a kid (customer) served some into his bowl, licked some off his finger then scrapped the dispenser part of the machine to get every drop, then moved to the next flavor and touched the handle... needless to say, I'd rather tell an employee what I want and they make it in an area that hasn't been contaminated, but I'm not holding this one case against the management (or ahould I?) and still rating it a 4/5. Also of note, I did see an employee wipe down the machines when it was less busy.

One of my favourite frozen yogurt places! Their cheesecake bites are my favourite topping to put on their yogurt. The flavours change daily, which means you get to try a lot of combinations! They pay by weight so the more you put, the more expensive it'll be.

Not a great selection of frozen yogurt, there were about 5/10 chocolate flavors and a sorbet, vanilla, plain and a few others. The fruit however did look fresh so that was a plus. It was also a little pricey for frozen yogurt based on other places I have been (Yogurtland, Pinkberry, Menchies, etc.) and they do not list their price per ounce from what I saw so I thought that was a little strange.

Great place! You pay by weight not by size which is nice as you can have as much or as little yogurt as you want and then add toppings which they have over 30 to choose from. Great place for kids. Free samples as well.
