I love a good DQ and this one reminds me of the one I used to go to growing up. Very limited hot food menu (hot dogs only) but all the ice cream favorites are here. Not a place you come to sit down but a place to come and grab a treat to sit outside or take home. They finally upgraded their registers which is a big plus. I hope this DQ sticks around!

Ordered a snickers blizzard via Grubhub and got a disgusting brownie blizzard instead which I had to throw out. Option to rate and review is removed as soon as you request a refund. They also failed to provide the utensils that were requested.

Go Monday through Friday before the evening. Way better customer service. This is one of my and my daughters' favorite places! Conveniently located next to the bike path we like to ride on, we have been coming here regularly since they were little and we've had lots of great times and great quality desserts at this location! Fast and friendly workers as well!

Dairy queen is always great. It's good to know a few things about this place: 1) it's tiny and there isn't a ton or parking. 2) there is no indoor seating. 3) They don't serve most of the food options that a larger DQ has. Just a couple things like hot dogs and chips. They still have all the ice cream stuff though. There is also some outdoor seating.

I’ve only ever had good experiences here, I also like that the owner hires what I assume to be local highschool kids giving them jobs. I will echo what some reviewers said in that some of the guys there might not have the most fantastic customer service skills but I’ve never had any noticeable negative experiences.

Usually I go here and I have awesome service. Today however, was different. I'm not sure if there's kids working there who don't know how to heat up a hot dog. But I can tell you the guy handed me my bag I went out to my car and bit right into a cold hotdogs. I instantly went back in and said these are still cold. Then a young girl put them in the microwave for maybe 15 sec. And said how are they now?! Like how am I suppose to know by looking at one?! Not going here the rest of summer, pretty sure their summer staff sucks.

I stopped in today because I had a coupon for a free cone. The kids cone is worth $0.59 and a quick Google search tells me that it costs dairy Queen $0.13. I was informed that the coupon was not valid for that location which I totally understand. The location in which it was valid is likely using it as a "loss leader" meaning that they lose $0.13 by providing free product in exchange for the likelihood of selling additional food at a higher profit. The other location had to pay to have these printed and distributed, but this location would have stood to have benefited from that action especially as I was about to purchase a meal deal for almost $4 in conjunction with it. Instead of taking this as a windfall I was turned away. Perhaps the owner of this location needs to have a marketing discussion with the person working behind the counter. You are welcome to contact me if you have any marketing/pricing questions.

Decent location. Young men playing around in there don’t care. They don’t say thank you for coming toss your products on the counter. Converse with one another and the kitchen doesn’t look to be the most clean.

Very busy place at times but great customer service. I only had one problem. I bought a 2 large watermelon strawberry smoothie. And they did not feel it to the top. I felt like I was kind of cheated because as a customer who comes 3 to 4 times a week and normally get the same thing. Maybe they were just having a bad day because my expectations were not met. I asked about in got odd excuses but let it go because i didn't t want to cause a scene about something so small.

The person that took my order was a young woman, she charged me a extra $1.00. I asked the cashier why was I charged extra, she told me oh actually you owe more, I said let's check only to find in fact I was owed a refund. The cashier didn't apologize for being incorrect or being rude. I don't know the cashier name but she was the cashier with A LOT of makeup on. I will not go there again. I hope the young lady doesn't pick up the bad habits of her coworker.

This Dairy Queen is not a full menu location. Which sometimes is a bit of a bummer when you want to go somewhere close. Grab a burger and a beer at Aliotas next door first. You won't be disappointed. Service sometimes is a bit slow at the dq as the employees get ito be a bit chatty with each other. The ice cream is fine. But I'd suggest going here if it's convenient only. Much better ice cream at Culver's or Kopps down the road.

Pretty fast, friendly services. Don't go here expecting it to be a normal Dairy Queen though. Only food there is hot dogs, but they do have cakes, brownies, and (of course) ice cream and blizzards.

Not your typical DQ. This place is known as the "Bay-DQ" and has been located here in Whitefish bay since the '50s - really. Possibly the oldest DQ in SE Wisconsin. This is a very tiny and 'dated' location - by today's standards. Very limited food - Hot dog/chili-dog. This is a "Treats" location primarily serving cold treats. Very busy on hot summer days, and with the recent Oak Leaf Trail extension, it's a nice place to take a pit-stop on your bike ride. Warning, no rest rooms.

My friend Todd Johnson and I used to go here to get pizza steak sandwiches when we were kids back in the late '70's. That was one of the best sandwiches ever... DQ should bring that sandwich back!

Remember the DQ on Hampton ONLY has ice cream treats, no brazier no hamburgers or chicken. Does have famous chili dog, thats the only food. O.k. stop for that.
