Everything was good, but I was frustrated when the ice cream man wouldn't mash the ice cream hard enough. I was trying to help by advising him to mash it harder, but he refused to mash hard enough. I don't understand what his deal was. Maybe he was trying to under mash the ice cream, but I clearly told him that he wasn't mashing it hard enough. Eventually I just asked him to let the person next to him mash it. That person clearly has more experience with ice cream, because that person immediately knew just how hard to mash the ice cream. That employee saved the Cold Stone Creamers from getting a bad review. Also, it cost an ungodly large amount of money and the employees were very slow at working and the store was dirty, but other than that it was pretty good ice cream. I still prefer frozen custard, myself.

Today was the first time getting ice cream here. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, she was very friendly, even said she loved working there! In my mind everything will taste better knowing it’s made with happiness! Ice cream is absolutely fantastic! We’ll be skipping the frozen custard stands and going straight here!! Everyone should try the coffee ice cream!

We were greeted and asked if you wanted to sample any of the ice creams.play seem to have small steady flow of customers. The wait time was not bad. The ice cream is good but they do like in the singing department. It was a nice good experience my first time visit with my grandteens.

Very nice place. Go in and get out pretty quickly. Ice cream always good. Good music too. Played The Weekend today. 🤣 Tried the watermelon sorbet and it is so good. One of those flavors that doesnt need toppings. I highly recommend, but must warn that some toppings are not best for this sorbet. One wrong topping can ruin the experience. Just a little tip.

As we entered there was a super rude DoorDash delivery driver basically causing a scene we’ll continue to work Courtney the assistant general manger dealt with the customer asking him to leave if he was just going to cause an issue she dealt with it so well. She even gave her name and he said he’s would be calling cold stone so I hope cold stone sees this cause she rocked and did everything right

A bit of a wait because they only had one employee working, but she was very friendly and even gave us a free size upgrade on one of our (two) orders. Store was clean, parking was easy. Prices are on the higher end, but ability to substitute/customize your order means you'll get exactly what you want.

I was in for my very first time tonight. Took me a little while to figure out what I wanted only because there are so many choices and combos... My aunt was equally puzzled on what to try and ordered something that later she decided she wouldn't like... Justine who was making our treats helped her get what she really wanted and she figured out a way for us to bring everything home... Justine made our first experience pleasant and we will definitely be back very soon

Cold Stone was phenomenal because they made me a peanut butter chocolate shake that was tasty all the way through to the last drop. My wife had a small container of chocolate devotion which which was chocolate ice cream with brownies, and chocolate chips. They observed social distancing, and required masks upon entering. I highly recommend Cold Stone Creamery.

I went there a previous night and due to complications with the temperature the ice cream was a little foamy, but I had called the next day and explained the situation to the manager and she handled it perfectly! Best customer service I have had in a while! Definitely recommend this cold stone as your ice cream shop!!!!

Have gone here 3 times so far. First 2 times were fantastic! There were 2 guys working the first 2 times we went and they remembered us and mixed our ice cream great! The 3rd time we went wasnt great at all. Our ice cream wasnt mixed too well and the one guy[the shift manager] kept talking down to the worker stating things like well... i am the shift manager so you need too. Although he said it in a joking manner you could see it and hear the "im better" voice. It all depends whos working and i sure hope when i go again i have the 2 guys who were working there the first 2 times i had gone.

This is the best place ever. They may run out of some ice creams and/or from time to time but what do you expect from a place that gets a lot of business! Say you went to home depot and everyone got the same ridge all day. it would run out of stock just like popular icecream. Also if you just like plain ice cream you wont like this place as much. Its more of a place to get any and all ice cream you can dream of, to be made right in front of you! Want mint and a chocolate mixed with brownies, almonds and gummy bears, why not?!?!

They decorated an ice cream cake for us on a few hours notice and it was well received and tasted wonderful. The parking lot is tricky to get into if you are going nb hwy 100 and the driving area is narrow.

Employees need to know how to wear masks if required. One employee had only over mouth. If not going to wear correct dont wear one.. Sizes have decreased. Also only one person per party allowed in even though says max of 4. Shouldn't matter as long as not over 4 people in there
