There was a large variety of yogurts to pick from. It’s the same as all froyo places; you place the amount you want in the cup and are charged based on weight. The only thing that sucked is the staff put the toppings on for you; I usually like to control how much I put on (aka a lot), I know I could have asked for more of each but it makes me feel bad so I did not haha. Otherwise great service & pricing. Clean environment.

The sweetest place around !! This is our ice cream place to go to as a family ! It has great parking and great variety of yogurt tastes and adding sweets. By far, my kids 1st place to go too !! Very clean display as well as clean restrooms. Stuff is alwasy friendly ! Will come back ( over and over again !!)

It was very hot. No Air Conditioner. The toppings for the frozen yogurt were melting. You have to eat your frozen yogurt fast, before it melts. I recommend trying a different location or another competitor.

Cozy little place with out door sitting and self service yogurt that is purchased via weight. There are a lot of selections and open late. They also serve free water and lots of topppings.

Yesterday I had gone in to buy some yogurt and some girl not sure how to spell her name but maybe odlis. She was very patient with my kids while serving, she gave them their time without having to rush. There’s been other times where I’ve came before and others try to rush them which I understand but I’d like for them to be a bit more understanding. Despite that I’ve had a great experience there.

Love this place!!! All the employees are exceptionally sweet & helpful. They always greet you with a smile AND offer sample cups EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. you come in- regardless of how busy they are too. Their condiments bar is always kept immaculately clean (which I’m sure is no easy feat considering how many kids they cater to!) Their flavors are constantly rotating too so you always get to try new yummy combos. I always walk out of their store with a huge smile 😊 Don’t forget to throw a little tip to whoever rings you up- they don’t make enough for all they superior customer service they provide!!!

Yum! Soon as you walk in they hand you trial cups before you make your way to the different flavors. I would give this place a perfect score except the seating is uncomfortable because it's cramped but we still sit there and enjoy the delicious desert.

The place can be crowded during busy hours. I don't like that you have to ask employee to open the bathroom for you. I brought my friend to enjoy the yogurt with me, but she said it is too cold/frozen to her taste. They have a nice selection of flavors.

This is a very thoughtfully run place. It is well decorated, clean, AND it has great ice cream. I enjoyed a very creamy coffee ice cream sundae.It was a worthwhile short detour after enjoying an afternoon at Jones Beach. It is easy to pass, so just pullover and park when you see a row of stores.

The yogurt was pretty good; had some interesting toppings but not super clean. Yes they had a crowd but ample staff to keep it tidy and though the yogurt area was not unsanitary the place as a whole could have used a quick wipe down. We had to clean our table before sitting (I know...gasp) though there were three people standing behind the counter. They were kids though and at least they're gainfully employed so I can't judge them too harshly. It's just yogurt but I'd still recommend Menchie's... though I seem to be the only one.

Excellent experience. There was only one person working I can't remember his name but his name tag said CJ or something J... Anyway, he was all over the place, making sure everything was clean, toppings filled, helping customers, asking how we were doing... Just amazing! Very patient and kind.

The problem is it's too close to where I live. Otherwise, what a fun place to be, for a tiny bit anyway. ;)<3<3 Went there today and you think by at least 2 p.m. the hot chocolate topping would be available, but it wasn't. I kept on pushing the thing only to be attacked by it and have hot chocolate splattered all over my top and on my purse!! It was a lousy experience today!!

I have been here multiple times and I do love Yogurtland so I can't say bad things about it but what I will say is that I noticed that obviously since they are busy that a lot of the yogurt machines are blinking low and some of them are empty and so it's a little frustrating when you go to you know get a flavor and you're not able to because there's none left that's the only problem I have other than that it's a very great place to go and I love this place and that has been my experience at this particular location

I haven't had yogurt since I boycotted the location on Nordhoff. I finally tried this location and they didn't disappoint. They were friendly and helpful. I was rung up quickly. The experience at this location was how it should be.

So the times I have gone there with my family some of the machines are down or out of something. For a very busy place you think they stock up on their items. Also, they don't offer WiFi, what! Who doesn't. Yogurtland doesn't, that's who... 🤨 Please fix your machines and stock up, and yeah please provide WiFi to your customers. Thank you..

This place is excellent to eat a delicious and refreshing yogurt where you can add m&m toppings, lollipops, pieces of white or dark chocolate, fruits like pineapple, blueberry, peaches, slide cake, Nutella and others, you can eat inside or you can eat outside the store, which is like a smoking area, it has ample parking, I recommend using the app to accumulate points and thus claim your free prize
