Kilwins might be a national chain but they're a good one. They offer chocolate in most forms. The bakery confection section is very pretty, the ice cream iis rich, and the chocolates are very very good even if mostly milk chocolate. I'd happily stop in again anytime. It's a perfect indoor experience to beat the heat of summer.

Great ice cream, chocolates, and caramels at the lovely shop. When you walk by, you can't help but to watch the workers making the homemade caramel in the window and dipping apples. Once we walked in, we were immersed with wonderful sweet smells. Since it was a hot summer day, we decided to try their ice cream.They have a variety of many unique flavors that tasted amazing. The two flavors that stood out was the berry ice cream and the cake batter ice cream. I also couldn't leave with some chocolates 😄. The turtle rod was a pretzel with chocolate, caramel, and pecans very good.

This place always delivers excellent tastes, smells, and energy! I didn't realize there was one in downtown little rock, so now I will have to go regularly. They have the super superman flavor icecream, amongst other amazing flavors, made onsite waffle cones, candy apples, fudge, and all types of little delicacies!!! I do wish they had the delectable pistachio flavor I tasted in their Hot Springs location. We will be back to see them soon. Be sure to look hard or you'll miss it. We walked right by this afternoon since it is just one tiny door on such a busy section of the street.

The two employees were very helpful and nice. Great selection on chocolates and other yummies.. a little on the pricey side with spending just short of 29 dollars a pound of candy. Would definitely recommend stopping though if in the area. Also a nice selection of ice cream.

The two guys working the day I went in were awesome! When I asked if the caramel on the apples was gluten free they looked at the ingredients and even called to get confirmation but was not able to get an answer. They were not completely sure on one ingredient but pretty sure it was fine so I got the regular caramel apple. I enjoyed it today and did not get sick! I really appreciate them researching to find out for me. Most candy or ice cream shops just tell me they don't know when I ask.

These girls that worked the closing shift took care of me and my children a few minutes before closing time they went above and beyond customer care because I came in I had something in my eye these girls offered me a wet napkin and then when they seen that was not helping they offered some drops that they had and it cleared right up I'm so grateful for them that way I was able to see to be able to look out for my family and make it home safe I appreciate these girls and their customers service was wonderful!!!!!

This was the second time I’ve been here and there candy, ice cream and chocolate treats are great! The young teens working there was very knowledgeable about what is in the treats. The bad thing about this place is that there was a small selection on a Sunday afternoon. I also only bought 5 small things and a small ice cream cone and my total was over 50 dollars! I will go visit again next year when I come back to Little Rock for my yearly trip in the fall.

This is that one sweets shop that you visit on a main street in a town or city that your visiting. The smells, the variety of sweets and ice creams, and the over all look of the restaurant is good. One star was lost for a somewhat slow service, only because there was one person working at that time. If I could leave 4.5 starts I would because this isn't something that was a huge issue.

Great ice cream. There are a lot of fun flavors. Although they said the flavor I wanted was too cold to serve. It just means I’ll have to come back to try it! I definitely will. The staff was really hard to hear with their masks on. Overall, the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream was our favorite.

If you don't want a sweet, you have to at least go inside. The sweet aroma fills the air and its delectable. There's candy apples, chocolate dipped pretzels, bonbons and so many chocolate treats. There's also several ice cream/sorbet flavors and waffle cones.

This place never disappoints! Their flavors are beyond this world's dreams and it actually tastes better than you expect. If you have a chance to visit this place, please do! It's not cheap ice cream so come prepared. A waffle come is within the range of $5-$6 but totally worth the portions and flavors they give you.

I cannot go to the river market without making a stop here. They have such a wide selection of sweets, from chocolate covered apples, to ice cream! The only reason i am giving this 4 stars is due to the price, which is high compared to the majority of sweet shops. Be prepared to drop 7$ for an ice cream cone. The ice cream is fantastic, and they have a large variety of flavors (I personally recommend the fudge brownie, it was fantastic!) but, I have found ice cream cheaper and just as tasty in other stores. They have a huge variety of chocolate truffles, and other chocolate treats which all taste amazing. I am definitely a repeat customer!

Average taste for $8 Chocolate milk shake and $6 for two scoops of sherbet, nothing special. Need to display menu of flavors & prices on wall. Only listed on paper at counter. There was a line and other patrons blocked the case and couldn't see choices. Customer service good. Store looks & smells good. But Won't Return. Too expensive.

TAKES ME BACK TO NOLA! Every time I am in, I always walk out smiling causing I just love their ice cream. Occasionally, customer service was a hit or miss. I see younger individuals working so I understand it could be difficult to give the best customer service such as greet, smile, and say have a good day. The ice cream has taken over and given you all 5 stars :) just tell the younger staff to smile and greet more coming from another business owner

I love having place just right across the river from our home. It doesn't necessarily help my waist but who cares everyone needs to splurge now and then on calories. And they have apple specials that are during the week which is really nice. Super nice staff and great treat!! A must stop if you are in Little Rock area.

Kilwins is mine and my husbands favorite place to get ice cream! If you ask family, friends and colleges I have tried so hard to make sure every person tries the best ice cream we have ever had! I should know, it’s my favorite snack! Our favorite flavors: New Orleans Praline Pecan (Probably the best), Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Chocolate Brownie all in their famous waffle cone They of course have other delightful chocolate covered goodies and ice cream cakes as well as Carmel apples and more! My only complaint is it seems like they are always trying to close 10-30 minutes early. Also I think the google times are wrong. I believe they close at 9pm every night. Other than that staff is friendly! By the way, parking at the library behind Kilwans is a good spot—especially if you don’t plan on sticking around. Sometimes you won’t be charged!

My wife and I visited kilwins last night, let me say this even though we are on strict diets this place is heaven. The fudge is AMAZING! and the caramel apples are the best! The gentleman making the caramel was very polite and professional. Will definitely be back even tho my diet doesn't allow it. Great atmosphere as well!

Very popular local ice cream and chocolate shop. The line was all the way to the door when I arrived, but the staff did a good job keeping things moving. I didn't discover this place until the last day of my trip to Little Rock, which is probably a good thing for my waistline! I only had one scoop of ice cream, but if I'd had more time, I probably would have tried some of their chocolates. Next time!

Quaint little dessert shop right in the River Market. Pretty much any kind of dessert your heart could imagine. The Blue Moon ice cream (only one scoop is necessary, believe me) became my personal favorite, though I am a big fan of Fruity Pebbles!

OH WOW😁 got a dark chocolate hay stack and a dark chocolate covered marshmallow and was so impressed w how lovely it tasted. My husband said the milk chocolate was "really good" and he is not a sweets guy. BEST DESSERT IN LITTLE ROCK! If you haven't been to Kilwins do yourself a favor and go. It is so neat. They make all of their own old candy right in front of you. Watching them make fudge, caramel apples and dipping cookies and candy is a sight to see. Fun for the whole family! Friendly staff. LOVE IT!

Downtown Little Rock - best ice cream place! Lots of flavors, floats, sundaes, fudge, caramel apples. They were sold out of toasted coconut, but the sea salt caramel is great! Rich and creamy. Dr. Pepper float was yummie with lots of ice cream. Very popular place. A little pricey but worth it. Friendly sraff. Ignore the calories. Strongly recommend.

Terrible experience... resolved by owners. My family went in for waffle cones, and the man who was helping us told us there were none. I told him that someone was making waffle cones, and I pointed to them. He said they were for tomorrow. At the cash register, I told the cashier I wanted waffle cones, and I pointed and told her I would see waffle cones from where I stood. She said nothing but asked for payment. When I stood outside to take a photo of the cones, he came to the front, grabbed the waffle cones, and threw them in the trash in front of us. I am mortified at how terrible the experience was... horrible business! We will not return, and we'll make sure to share our experience widely! Edit: I contacted the owners via Facebook, and they explained that they were on vacation at the time of our visit. They said that they love their customers and promised to make it right. Upon their return, they reported that the man responsible for our experience was reprimanded and demoted, that the girl making waffle cones was terminated since it was her second offense, and that supervisors and employees would receive training regarding the incident. They also stated that they would send a gift certificate in hopes that we would return. Today I received the gift certificate, just more than equal to our expenses that evening, and we will give them another chance. I'm relieved to know that the owners stand behind their business and work to resolve customer complaints. Thank you!

It smells soo amazing in here when you walk in. The variety of candies they have are AMAZING. I got an assortment for my husband for his 40th bday. I will come back, however it was really sad not one person was helpful, or even remotely cheerfull. I did not even get greeted by the young lady making candies in the front and the other behind the counter just stood and looked at me until i ordered even after saying hello didnt get an answer. Anytime I'd say something I wanted she grabbed it put it in the bag and looked at me. Not one word was spoke until i got I got fudge (she said you get one slice free, which was awesome)and then the total. I will come back bc the product is great but man the customer service needs some help. To great of a place to have such unenthusiastic, happy, helpful people. I mean who doesn't want to make treats and work in a place this awesome.
