We drive past the BR location closer to our home to go to this one. Not only are the staff always courteous, respectful, and professional, the establishment itself is always clean, well-stocked, and easy to get in and out of. They always have my pb&choc and daiquiri ice flavor, a fave since childhood & those chocolatey chocolate shakes are so good. Thanks y’all for keeping this customer happy & always coming back!

Very nice experience. When you first walk in you notice the delicious smell of freshly baked waffle cones! Very clean and everyone wear masks. I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter and I was directed to the side of the counter where I was walked through the different styles of cakes and flavor icecream. I can't wait to go back! Cake turned out beautiful!!

The gold medal ribbon ice cream I ordered was heavenly. I also had a peanut butter chocolate chip cookie. Nice staff! The establishment seemed clean and organized.

I moved away from Little Rock 27yrs ago and I come home quite often. While there are some distasteful reviews, I visit here often. I’ve never had any questionable encounters. Always professional and always pleasant. Great place.

Hubby and got 2 scoops of our favorite and the girl even got me a tiny cup of ice cream with whipped cream for our dog!!! Staff was very helpful and kind. Awesome place!!!!

They give you coupons for future purchases every time you make a purchase. I'm not sure who created this new milk cookies and cereal flavor but that could definitely add a few pounds to the waistline. Definitely great service and amazing flavors. They actually have more than 31.

Great place. Wide variety of ice cream. I actually went to the one on Cantrell and it said for us to go to the one on Kanis of which is much further. Glad we pick this one. Customer service was great.

ice cream what else can you say Baskin-Robbins has been around for 20 years I had the banana split my girlfriend had a fudge sundae there was great couldn't expect anything less from Baskin-Robbins I would definitely go back I would recommend it for the family it is a little pricey but for their ice cream it's worth it.
