Best ice cream I ever had.Few topping are very unique. concretes with creme cheese topping is amazing. My every visit is a new experience. And Staff they are the best. They helped me with the menu very politely and very friendly.

Andy's is a great place to hang out and get your frozen custards. There is a drive-thru but the better experience is to order at the walk up windows and eat your custard outside. There is no interior. Strawberry shortcake seems to be a very popular order at the moment.

Tastes great but is a little more expensive so i dont return as often which is probably.good for my calorie intake and stomach. Lol. They offer police discount but not military which is weird. If price was reduced or received more for price you pay I would increase stars. Really flavorful so you get what you pay for.

We drive all the way from Little Rock Midtown, just for Andy's. The JFK location in North Little Rock is much harder to get to. It's always a special treat to look forward to. There were 6 in our party and no one was disappointed. We had a 6 year old with us and she always enjoys it. I saw some coloring sheets through the window and asked for a few. The employees were kind enough to hand me some.

First time trying Andy's. Wonderful treat! Employee got frustrated and rolled his eyes because my husband asked for extra napkins for my 3 year old daughter. Update: because of previous review I left, I was contacted by the manager who gave sincere apology and offered me another free cone with all the napkins I could ask for lol. I was very pleased with how he handled the situation. I have now given them 5 stars instead of the previous 3.

So I will share details. My sons have Autism and they love love love Ice cream cones! One day we went to McDonald across the street and their machine was broken. I saw the Andy's across the street and the rest is history. They don't even ask for ice cream anymore. The ask for Andy.

The order was delicious. Very large menu but super easy to navigate to find something for everyone's taste. Nice cold treat that is great for a hot day.

Awesome service! However, they can start putting caps on their ice cream orders because they do melt extremely fast and get messy. Putting a cap on their orders will prevent the ice cream from dripping all over the place, and would be very helpful.

Service was very fast and my order was correct. All of the needed straws, utensils and napkins were provided automatically which is refreshing these days. The Andy's Nog shake is a seasonal delight & if you're a fan of egg nog I highly recommend it! The Santa's peppermint brownie concrete was heavy on brownie and light on peppermint, so if you're like me and would prefer it the other way around Andy's will always customize it to your taste 😊

The South's version of Culver's. Frozen custard was really good. Some of the smoothest and creamiest I've ever had. Tried the key lime pie concrete which had delicious chunks of a graham cracker crust. Service was very quick and friendly! Highly recommend.

I’ve gone here a couple of times and let me say they have some great custard. good customer service, very fast and efficient with taking orders, and delicious treats. only negatives however is sometimes their blending on their concretes can be lack luster and they’re a little expensive for ice cream but however still a great establishment

FYI...the small is not small. The people making and serving the orders seemed disorganized and overwhelmed so it was chaotic; however, they were never rude or unkind. The flavors and textures of the treats were great.

Got the chocolate Boot Daddy concrete and my wife had a chocolate two scoop cone. Let me say that it was delicious, however both were almost completely melted when they were handed to us. The concrete was more like a thin milkshake and the cone was dripping everywhere and it looked like a single scoop. Service was quick though.

I always get a pecan Sundae and it is wonderful! The custard is made fresh and service is always with a smile. Almost always, if there is a car ahead of me, someone comes out the side door and takes my order and the sundae is ready before they finish giving me my change.

My daughters and I always like to go get frozen custard after we've been at the pool all day. It's a nice treat you can sit outside on the benches and enjoy the day or the evening the staff is very friendly and very nice. I would definitely recommend this place for a little family treats!

I seriously LOVE Andys but today not so much and I want to puke. I got a Waffle Blackberry frozen custard and found a bug in it 🐛. I dont know how I spotted it since there are lots of small pieces in the blackberry concretes. I dont know how to post a picture and no I havent been outside. I was eating in my car in a parking lot. It was larvae or worm type bug not moving, it was brown and white about the size of a grain of rice. Im not giving less or more stars because this bug could have been easily hidden in the blackberry fruit. I know sometimes rinsing fruit doesnt always get all the gross stuff off, so Im giving benefit of the doubt. This is a first time occurrence for me but still disgusting!

Stars are based off the overpriced ice cream. It's good but I'd rather spend 8 bucks on 4 mcflurrys rather than 1 medium.

I wanted the Large Carmel Sunday with roasted pecans but they were all out of the roasted pecans. So I settled for a Strawberry Cheesecake Concrete and it was just not really what I was wanting so it didn't compare!!

Oh my, Andy's - where have you been all my life? This place has a fun retro feel with it's walk up window, retro red bench seating and drive thru. The service was lightning fast. Had the limited time Blueberry Concrete and it was outstanding. Each blueberry was large and juicy (really fresh) within the custard. Yum. Going back with the kids. :-)

Andy's Frozen Custard is amazing. The concrete is our favorite. This location seems to rush mixing the concrete, so the toppings are normally only in the top half. If they get the mixing right, this would be a 5 star rating.

Love the strawberry shortcake! I recommend a vanilla concrete with keylime syrup or an espresso concrete with Heath bar, caramel, and rosted pecans!

The custard is great and the service has been very fast. They have a menu before the order window, so everyone knows what they want beforehand and it all flows quickly.

I love this place! My husband and I drive from Sherwood to the Conway location frequently. Yes we have TCBY & Scoopdog but it's just not Andy's! My favorites are cherry cheesecake,key lime pie and pumpkin pie. And my husband loves these as well as the peach. When you pull through the drive thru you will be saying YOLO everytime you go!

The Oak street location does a horrible job, when it comes to blending their concretes. This was a key lime pie concrete... You can't see anything in the pics except vanilla custard. That's because the whole piece of key lime pie is in the center of the cup.

Visited Andy's with my kids after recieving a BOGO from the Toad Suck Drive Thru on UCA campus. The dine is was closed due to covid-19 restrictions. The ordering process was smooth, I was pleased with the speed and accuracy of our orders and my kids enjoyed it.

Got the hot fudge and pecan sunday. Plenty of pecans and a decent amount of fudge and frozen custard. I think it is ok, but I don't know what is so great about frozen custard.

I love the ice cream/custard here! Plus, you can get a set of six of those little cups with about 5-6 different flavor choices for $18. Before you fuss about the price, these are serious sundaes. Like cookies and cream, chocolate peanut butter, caramel chocolate, etc. You can pay $6-7 in a restaurant for the same exact thing. This way it's $3/each. Their concrete's are great, full size sundaes are addictive. Very satisfying!
