So glad to have a Bruster's in Vegas. Great customer service. I made a comment to the manager that there wasn't a lot of chocolate in their vegan mint chocolate chip and he immediately looked into it. Turns out that the coconut milk base mixes differently than regular milk so he got me a scoop with more chocolate chips, lol. I liked the vegan cookies and cream more. Parents loved the salted caramel and mocha almond. Kid loved the birthday cake flavor. Also loved the turf area that they've put together. I also noticed that in a time when everyone is complaining about not having staff, they had a lot of people in the store. That's always a great sign that they're treating people right. Highly recommended taking the time to visit!

WOW 🤩 !!!! This is the best ice cream 🍦 place in Las Vegas . They have really nice covered outdoor patio/ park area( with refreshing misters for the summer )and quick drive-thru . Great quality homemade ice cream 🍨 with so many delicious flavors and large portions. They even have dairy free options. Ice cream is so yummy 😋, fresh, creamy and flavorful. They use real fruits, nothing artificial, only quality ingredients and you can taste the difference. We can’t say that we have favorite flavor, because they are all great and it’s really hard to choose . So , we will be definitely going back to try some other flavors. Their flavors are rotating every two weeks, it’s like a treasure chest , so exciting !!! The staff is super friendly and helpful . The owners are extremely passionate about their ice cream and they are so proud to serve real fresh ice cream 🍨. We highly recommend it trying it out and believe me it’s definitely worth it!!!! This place makes happiness and you can taste it in every scoop!!!

Fresh, small batch ice cream with unique flavors for those who love dairy and those that can't have any. They have oat milk based ice cream and my wife loved hers and I had regular ice cream that I thought was great. I have never had key lime pie ice cream, but it even had Graham cracker crust!! It was wonderful. They have a flavor called cotton candy explosion with pop rocks that I look forward to trying on my next visit.

Bruster's Real Ice Cream is a wonderful place to have a sweet treat. The facility is clean, the employees are friendly and very patient which is great because with all the flavor options it does take a while to choose. They do provide samples. The ice-cream was excellent. The scoops are a good size and it is a great value. It is worth the drive if you are not in the area.

Yummy ice cream! I tried the caramel crunch and the Graham cracker one. Both were super good. Lots of crunch bits and chocolate. A bit more like a blizzard than just plain ice cream. Small portions, but makes up for it in flavor. Walk-up window and you can sit in the nice shaded area with fake grass. They even have an outdoor water fountain and sink station if you get yourself messy like I usually do.

This new ice cream spot made it's way here from the east coast and did not disappoint. I wanted to try their non dairy selections but they were sold out. So, I tried their dragon fruit and lemon sorbet. The lemon sorbet was the next best thing closest to Italian ice cream. I was blown away by it's crisp and burst of natural flavors. It was so good! The dragon fruit reminded me of those pop up ice creams I used to buy from the ice cream truck when I was a kid. Brought back that joyful memories! They've been open for less than a month and the words are out. They sold out half of their menu by 8pm tonight. Go there early and you won't be disappointed. Cheers Update: 3/6/22 Went back to try their vegan options and was never happier! Loved their mint chocolate, chocolate raspberry and Oreos. The Oreos just melted in my mouth. Go guys! I just wish their portion size was larger. Update: 3/21/22 They give larger scoops to girls! So, let your girlfriend buy your ice cream for you!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I’m from Atlanta where brusters is a staple. You couldn’t beat the smile off my face when I found out they were in Vegas. With free doggie cups and a little dog play area. Absolutely amazing. Best ice cream on the planet

Update: After visiting again, I needed to come here to update my review. Since my previous visit, Bruster's has increased and basically revamped their non-dairy ice cream selection and it is absolutely amazing now! My partner had the vegan Double Chocolate Chunk and Vegan Vanilla ice creams and after having a taste of them myself, I can say that these non-dairy ice creams are so so delicious. They don't have that watery/crystalized texture. So smooth and creamy that they feel and taste like the real thing. This place will be a big summer hit for us and many others. Have been here twice already in the past week or so since it's a quick 5 minute walk from home. The staff is always super friendly and are always on top of things! My two dachshunds absolutely love their doggy sundaes and are always so excited to walk on over to Brusters. The staff was on their A-game and already had started working on their doggy sundaes before I even placed my order - my pups were super appreciative of that! Haha! Their ice creams are soooo delicious and you can absolutely tell they are made fresh everyday. So far I've tried the Vanilla Cherry and Rocky Road and they both are 10/10!! I'm so excited to try out their other flavors! My only issue (a small one at that) is that the vegan/dairy-free selections are minimal. When my boyfriend & I visited, he purchased the chocolate dairy-free ice cream. Also, the waffle cones are not vegan - not an issue, but moreso something that vegans should take into consideration. Overall, a 10/10 place and I'm so excited to visit more often, especially as the weather starts to warm up.

The ice cream is definitely good. Me and my wife picked up 2 scoops each on cups. I am a little disappointed on the portion size. 2 scoops is really more like one. Compared to "Handel's" or "Scoops" in the SW part of town that give you a large portion I felt a little cheated. My wife wich has tiny hands felt the same way leaving Bruster's specially for the price.

First time there today. We have been waiting for it to open! Seen this location built from ground up. It looks amazing I love the way the did the order window. Love that it has drive thru and I loooove that it has grass area and benches for my kids to run around. It's perfect. We order vanilla chocolate and mint chocolate chip. It was so smooth and soooooooo good!!!!!!! Thanks guys we will be there a lot lol

Waffle cone is good! I like the different flavors, like Ube, horchata, etc. Good amount of cherry in the ice cream and pistachio nuts. A nice area to sit to enjoy the ice cream!

My wife and I are ice cream aficionado's and here in Vegas it has been Handel's for is for the last several years after trying all other possibilities. On a friends recommendation we stopped at Bruster's and loved it. Firstly the ice cream is wonderful. Then there are the really friendly servers. Then the nice benches with a grassed (artificial) covered area with high speed fans blowing mist for cooling. Then the little things like a bathroom and an outdoor sink to wash the little ones hands and faces. We met Dave the owner and were impressed with his passion and knowledge for the product. There is a drive through as well. Don't miss this ice cream experience.

I grew up in the east coast where this soft style of ice cream is popular. I was a little skeptical when I went to Bruster's that it would be as creamy and as satisfying as where I grew up. I was pleasantly surprised it was better than anything I have had since my childhood. The caramel apple crunch ice cream is maybe my favorite ice cream of all time. And I never thought I would say that about caramel apple. The taste is amazing but it's the smell that is so intoxicating. My whole car smelled like this. Wonderful baked caramel apple. It was something I hadn't experienced before with ice cream. All the ice cream flavors I have tried are amazing. I'm so happy this is only a couple miles from my house. I would go there more often but then I would need to buy larger clothes. It is an outstanding ice cream place. It's something I believe everyone who loves ice cream should try. The only slight complaint is that the drive-thru can take a long time and I wish that process was quicker. Other than that small inconvenience, it's it's incredible. Join up for the rewards program, it's worth it.

Nice place with a new building. Prices little high for what ur buying. Like the ice cream in a cup with a topping $9 for a large,but it's in a medium cup.I can go to Sonic get the same thing bigger and more ingredients for $3 less. Ice cream tastes the same.

They have tons of options and all of the ones I tried were great! I even tried a chocolate cayenne pepper flavor one and it was amazing! The cotton candy flavor tasted better than any other cotton candy I've ever had. My son got a kids sundae with a big dinosaur cookie in it and he loved that of course. I will definitely be coming back! Everyone was friendly, they have an outdoor area to eat, and they have pup cups too!

I NEVER take the time to write reviews but man, this place deserves it. I currently live within walking distance of this shop; I am moving out of state tomorrow, and honestly, I am going to miss this ice cream shop more than almost anything else in this area. The service is mostly good, pretty much what you expect from a small place like this, but the ice cream itself is absolutely exceptional. I don’t know what the secret is, but I can’t get enough of it. I get a scoop of Graham Central Station at least once a week, but I always mix up what my second scoop is, and I’m never disappointed. And if that wasn’t enough, their little turf area right outside is perfect for sitting with my wife and dog while all three of us enjoy our treats. I cannot recommend enough, I will miss this place tremendously, and I will go out of my way to come back when I come visit family for the holidays!!!

Bruster's real ice cream is a brand new place, so had to go and try it out. They have 150 different flavors but only 30 or so that are in rotation. They also have vegan ice cream for those who prefer that... The ice cream is to die for. Very good. Even the vegan ice cream is surprisingly good. The only draw back is there are only benches outside to sit and enjoy this absolutely delicious treat. There is also a large artificial grass area with a cover in the back, for the kids to hang out in. If you love your ice cream ( and who doesnt) you've got to try out Bruster's. You won't be disappointed.

Checked out Brusters for the first time with my hubby. Customer service was spot on! My only complaint is the prices seem a little high. We got a 2 scoop waffle bowl for $7.58 everything else was like $6.99- 7 dollars as well. Ice cream was super delicious if you like horchata I definitely recommend the horchata ice cream or if you’re a fan of cookie dough it wouldn’t disappoint you. If you’re willing to spend some money on ice cream I’d recommend this place.

The Ice cream is silky smooth, rich and ready to eat right when they give it to you. I didn't pay much more than I would have at any other ice cream and I'd say it was worth the extra cost. It will be hard not to stop in for a cone every night after work. Devin was very personable, patient and friendly at the window.

Made my way to Bruster's after hearing how great the ice cream is. The product is good, but the price is a little overwhelming for the size of the scoop. A couple of ounces more and I would have given them five stars. I will go back again, but not as often as I'd like too.

We finally made it to the other side of town to give Bruster's a try. We had mixed reviews regarding both the ice cream and the service. It was a Wednesday evening at approximately 8pm, and both the drive-thru and walk up had a steady stream of customers. Jack, who was taking orders at the drive-thru was very welcoming and pleasant. Since I am high risk, we were please to see the he was wearing a mask. He explained that they rotate flavors, and that's why they didn't have the key lime I was hoping to try. My husband ordered a large, Butter Brickell and something that had Oreo pieces (Can't remember the name), in a waffle cup. I ordered a small Rocky Road and Butter Pecan in a waffle cone. We tried to order a large glass of ice water, and Jack advised us we could ask for it at the window. He even told us that they had specially filtered water. After paying, well proceeded to the pick-up window. We were pleased to see the staff all wearing masks. However, we were baffled as to why one of the girls was wearing hers beneath her nose. We asked the girl who opened the window if we could order the water that Jack told us would be available. She abruptly said, "We don't have water." We explained what Jack said, and she told us again that they didn't have any. She handed my husband a bag, and I could tell by the shape of the bag that there was no cone inside. I told her I had ordered mine in a cone, and she said, "Do you want me to re-scoop it for you? I settled for the waffle cup, even though I had ordered, and wanted the cone. There were plenty of places to park for us to sit and enjoy the ice cream. Each flavor we tried was delicious. I'm not a fan of soft ice cream (unless it's soft serve or frozen custard), and was surprised by the fact that the ice cream was very soft. I ended up wishing we would have brought a cooler, and taken it home to freeze it for awhile before eating it. We learned a lot during our first. Since we have only given Bruster's one try, we will use what we learned and try again when we venture over to that part of town.

I was introduced to Bruster's during a trip to UT to see my daughter. She took me to their Provo location and it was excellent. The price was fair, the quantity was great and the quality and flavor were outstanding. I'd say that two out of these three things help up at the new Las Vegas location but unfortunately, the one that wasn't dragged down one of the other two with it. The one that held up is the quality and flavor which was a big reason why we were very excited when we heard they were opening a location here and went way out of our way to eat there soon after it opened for business. The problems begin and end with the quantity served to us for the price. the amount we were given effectively dragged down the value to the point where it was no longer worth it regardless of the quality of the product. The amount we were served was less than half of what we were given for the same price at the Provo location. I was pretty surprised and disheartened. What made it worse is that we had a nearly identical experience at the LV location of Handel's a couple of months earlier. We had been taken to Handel's in CA by some friends we were visiting and were excited to realize they had a local location. When we visited, the portion size was again, only half of what we had been served in CA. The upside for Handel's was that the quality of the product was actually better than what we were served in CA but the portion was too small to justify the cost. What's up with the tiny portions at LV locations of larger chains?

The staff was super friendly and the manager Brian shared all the details of their rotating menu of flavors, options for custom orders, catering, and future growth in the valley. I grew up on Bruster’s and haven’t seen one in about 20 years. Today, I brought my partner and took a trip down Memory Lane. This is one of the best locations I’ve ever been to. Brand new - just opened 2 days ago. Great customer service, ample parking space, vegan options, a green space and canopy for events and a drive-thru! Bruster’s Las Vegas is a must. I drove 40 minutes from Henderson and it was well worth it. ❤️
