Was in a mood for ice cream and it's Baskin Robbins. Need I say more? Bought myself a double scoop of Jamoca almond fudge in a waffle cone. The ice cream overall tastes just as good as ever and the Jamoca almond fudge is my favorite Baskin Robbins flavor. I also purchased two quarts of ice cream for $14.99. I definitely will be back again.

I came in around a year ago and I just wanted to say how great Isabella was. I believe that was her name. She was so great friendly personality. It was the freshest baskin robbins I have ever had. if you’re craving a flavor, trust me they have it. If you’re wanting something fresh trust me they have it.

Just left here and a worker named Sarah took care of me and (I’m not kidding) about 12 other customers on her own. She greeted everybody and just got to work. The machine didn’t let me tip and I didn’t have any cash or else I would’ve left a nice tip. This was awesome customer service. A co worker finally walked in as I left but Sarah had already taken care of everybody. This girl has great work ethic and a great attitude.

Each time I've visited this location it has been excellent. I was there again on 4/26 in the evening and the 2 young women kept the line moving with ease. They were cleaning in between to keep the area clear. Great job. The lobby was spotless and parking area free from clutter. I enjoy this location.

They didn't have a lot of choices for pre-packaged ice cream. As long as they have a favorite flavor I don't mind. This location sells individual treats like frozen bananas. The workers were efficient, a real team. It was a long line compared to what I'm used to. The wait for service was short and so was the cashier.

Fantastic ice cream always! Two of the nicest hard-working employees I've seen. But they were overwhelmed due to the $1.50 per scoop special that happens every month ending with 31 days, and 31 flavors. So the store was packed the line out the door and they did their best to accommodate everyone. But I think they should have had more help because the line was so long that some people got out of their cars saw the line turn back around and left, didn't want to wait so long.

Ordered a cake online for the first time for my son's birthday at this location. It was fast, easy and the pictures are accurate the. It was also done in less than 24 hours. The ladies that were working that day were rushed with customers. I was just happy to know I ordered my cake online because who likes waiting in line on a hot summer day?

How can ice cream get less than five stars. Service is fast and friendly. Been here a few times. Once during a power outage and they still were able to do prices the old fashioned way on paper instead of just saying they're closed. The sundae is always good. Ask for recommendations. They'll help you out here.

After having a less than zero star experience at the only other Baskin-Robbins in town (ft apache /Sahara)... I decided to drive the extra 5 miles to this location. I did not mean to show up 10 minutes before closing time. But talk about exceptional customer service!. They did not charge me for my cup, unlike the other place. And they actually made my waffle cones fresh as I stood there. Because they ran out... instead of saying they had no more.... AND Without complaining that it was too late. :) And the employee was very knowledgeable about the other person making cakes and how it worked... he explained it to me while making the waffle cones. Again, do not go to the other place. This place is much much better!!! Believe me it's worth the drive if you have to choose between the two!! Great customer service and fresh waffle cones!

Ice cream was cold and good. Chocolate chip cookie dough... Young polite staff. issues are: Outside area should have chairs. Napkins that are thicker than toilet paper. Advertise I cannot think of the last time I saw one. Thank you

You can always count on Baskin Robbins for great ice cream. This store has plenty of parking. I do wish there were more employees. Seems they are always understaffed. Great flavors...always making new ones. My favorite from here is a classic...rocky road. They have the best I've ever tried. This store will always be on my favorites list.

Ice cream on a cool..hot...warm...breezy..night. Two scoops of rocky road on a waffle cone please...and thank you!!! Ice cream so fresh and thick the cone gave way and cream hit the ground...but I was still satisfied with what did make it into my mouth...LOL.

Omg... I knew this was the dream team at the first phone inquiry I made about my daughter's 2nd Birthday cake! Super friendly and extremely customer service oriented. Once I stopped in to place an official order they quickly grasped on to my vision for for an Elmo/Cookie Monster combo cake theme... My husband picked up the cake on the big day, so when I opened the freezer to finally get it out for "birthday cake time" , it was a sweet surprise... I was truly amazed & excited with the finished product! Absolutely adorable!!! Baskin Robbins continues its reputation for good quality and variety. This store can get quite busy at times, and even with 4 or 5 people working, it can be a bit of a wait. Likewise, finding a table that has been cleared and wiped down during these times is unlikely.

Handsdown the best BK franchisee in town... Been coming here since I was a little myself, and this team gets service! Super friendly and always going above the standard... It's like a time capsule too, with the 80s jams steaming overhead!!

Usually not very crowded, probably due to the rather large prices, but on the 31st of the month (the day I went last,) there were a couple dozen, due to the fact that prices are lowered to $1.31 a scoop.
