If only I could give 10 stars…My son and I wanted to try something different and we were so HAPPY we did! So many options (they make in house), beyond DELICIOUS with fantastic service!!! It was non stop busy while we were there but they were very efficient. Definitely will be going back soon to try another flavor.

What a nice and quiet place!!! The staff here are so sweet and accommodating! As a first time customer they didn't make me feel slow or that I was taking up their time. I got the Ferrero&bailey's ice cream(two scoops) and lordddd the bailey's took the cake! Nice chunks of chocolate bits and flavors were bursting! I got to the 2nd layer of that bailey's and lost my mind💀🤦‍♀️😅. We drove way from Webster to Jones road just to have a taste and no regrets! Just come through and show some love!

This is the BEST ice cream place I've ever been. The variety of flavors is amazing. Last time I got a scoop of mango and a scoop of chamoy. Today I got a scoop of banana pudding and a scoop of nuez. I ate it too fast to take a photo...Super nice owner too. The coconut paleta is by far the best coconut paleta I've ever had. Oh yeah, the minta and pistachio ice creams are amazing also! I've never had one I didn't like, seriously. They are the best.

Wow! La Michoacána Auténtica just climbed to the very top of my list for authentic favorites. Upon arrival I was first impressed with how clean, organized and beautifully embellished the shop was. I was greeted with warm and welcoming intentions and given a very thorough description of the items on the menu by Mr. & Mrs. Padilla. It is always a great feeling to feel welcomed when you’re going to make a purchase. I was very excited to find out that all of the items on the menu are made from whole and fresh ingredients. I ordered a small street corn (spicy) and a small banana pudding ice cream. My mind was blown at first bite. So overwhelmed by how delicious they both were, I had to run back in to compliment the owners! I also sampled the Piña Colada and Watermelon ice cream. They were both very delicious and most importantly FRESH! Hands down, these are the most delicious street corn and in house made ice cream I have ever tasted in my life! I’m going to share this business with my family, friends and coworkers. Such an unexpected marvelous encounter and decision to try out on a random Wednesday. God bless your business for your overwhelming kindness today. I will definitely be back!

I just tried the place. DELICIOUS ICE CREAM. My Ron con Pasas was absolutely tasty and the Ferrero Rocher OMG ….. Totally worth it! Very affordable too. If you like ice cream so much, like I do, definitely have to try this place.

I will keep this short and simple:) the name of his restaurant explains everything going on in his shop from the people to the flavors he creates. Let me tell you why. First and one of the most important experience I want to share is the excellent customer service. The owner jorge greeted me with a nice warm smile, so does his employees, which right off the bat made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I’m on a mission to explore mangonadas around the world and I have to say two things about this specific treat at this specific location. One, unique. Two, delicious. One, because I’ve never had a mangonada in shaved ice form so that was new for me. Also a super important thing is the flavor. I always tell myself “if it doesn’t taste like a real sweet mango it’s just another fake flavored terrible drink” he definitely uses fresh real mango. Two, I found it delicious. If you don’t believe me try it for yourself. And the last but not least the atmosphere is sincerely nice and clean. It’s really family friendly and In an easy access location. The name of his shop says it all. Authentic real flavors and from my experience real authentic smiles. I’ll be back 😎 (Jorge home makes all his flavors and I was shocked and excited when I saw they had a Forrero Rocher. I mean I’ve seen reeses and Kit Kat ice cream but who thought of this. My favorite luxery chocolate candy😍)

I believe it was the owner did not make us feel welcome. Telling people "You can seat but we are about to close. So you know". Not a good day for the guy

In addition to the classic flavors such as vanilla and chocolate, Auténtica also carries some exotic flavors such as guava, coconut, Mexican candies just to name a few. Their mangonada is also a must try. Very tasty ice cream served by very friendly folks.

Hands down one of the top snack places in the area, I’ve been to snack places around and they always exaggerate the amount of stuff they put on the snacks and feel like the products they use aren’t authentic, this one has authentic products and the ice cream and the fresh water have actual fruits, literally everything is tasty and good quality

Good experience here. Plenty of choices to pick from. Water and milk based ice creams. Popsicles as well. Everything is clearly marked so you know exactly what you're looking at. Great service. The girl who served us was even considerate to hold our Popsicles in the cooler while we enjoyed our sweet treats.

OMG, I consider myself an ice cream connoisseur. These guys make everything in house fresh. So unexpected, so much better than the franchise ice cream shops. Fresh fruits, different flavors that blow your taste buds. Definitely a must try in my book. They even have savory snacks, anybody up for an awesome “elote” (corn prepared in an authentic Mexican style). Great local spot, you can take the family for a cool treat or even take a date for something different.

This place has some yummy treats. My husband's favorite is the mangonada. I like the pineapple version. The ice creams are also very yummy. The paletas and chocolate frozen bananas are also yummy. Everything we have tried has been good except for their corn I wasn't a big fan. They have some many options. The service is always great. It's a family establishment. This is a true mom and pop shop! My family and I showed up 30 minutes before closing. The service was still spectacular! Showed us all the favorites and let us try some before ordering. I am typically skeptical of "homemade" ice cream because they are usually super sweet and end up not really being home made. But after tasting their ice cream.. I can confidently say they make the ice cream themselves! The mango flavor actually tasted fresh. The pistachio flavor actually had some pistachio pieces in there. The caramel macchiato was creamy and my fiance favorite. Their prices are also super affordable! I feel like they are under charging for the sizes of the scoops and quality of their desserts. 100% recommended to anyone and everyone!

We visited today based on the awesome reviews. This place was amazing. Very clean and nice inside. The staff and owner were very helpful. We tried several different flavors and they were all out of this world. People have commented on the price but it's honestly no different than if you went to other chains and this is so much better than those places. We went in with 7 people and had a mix of cones, cups and a shake and it was under 35. We will definitely be back. You have to try the tequila flavor and the caramel machiato.

I was undecided on what I wanted so he allowed me to try the best sellers (banana pudding and ferrero roche ice cream). They were delicious!! I HAD to get the banana pudding and a cup of elotes. I left ultimately satisfied. The place was consistently busy and super clean. 10/10 would recommend!!!

I discovered this location through facebook, looking for somthing different from your usual ice cream establishment. I visited the location and was quite impressed with the variety of custom made frozen and fresh fruit dessert options. The parlor specializes in ice creams that are made in house in various flavors. The parlor also prepares various fresh fruit dishes from salads to smoothies, just about anything that can be made with fruit. I tried various ice cream samples and was amazed at the flavor combinations. Very bold and flavor combinations you may not have considered. The frozen ice pops are all made in house and were full of fresh fruits with various flavors. I tried the toasted coconut and cream. I was very happy with the flavor combinations. The staff was very friendly and helpful in answering questions about the menu items and willing to share samples of the creams. There is indoor seat limited but comfortable. The menu has enough selections to satisfy most taste from kids to adults. The store has a good amount of parking and easy to access from major roadway. The store is new and I'm glad to have stopped in I would definitely recommend this location for anyone who wants a great ice cream fruity experience.

Came in wanting a regular agua de piña, but they didn't offer it. They had a piña colada, and just opted for the melon flavor. It was better than expected. The employees were so nice and patient with me. Mariana was friendly and offered to give me ice cream to taste. I can already tell you the mango and coconut ice creams are delicious. I got home and had the nuez/pecan flavored paleta, so yummy and full of pecans! I also purchased other flavors, but that's a review for another day 😉. Absolutely loved the paleta and ice creams, will be back for more. Update: They have Ferrero Rocher flavored ice cream and it was yummy. Also a great flavor: bubble gum 😋.

Okay place so far. First time I was blown away when I walked in. Very professional, very efficient, very clean. There can be a lot of people waiting to order, but next thing you know, you are up to order. Almost like Chick-fil-A.....fast. The reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because I like their ice cream selection. And their snacks are tasty. That’s the only thing keeping me from giving them less stars. I am disappointed by the overall price and the quality of my shake. I ordered an oreo shake, 5 paletas, and a double cone of ice cream. That alone was $28. The shake that I ordered might as well have been flavored milk. I thought I had ordered and Oreo shake, and it was more like Oreo flavored water. A shake should be somewhat thick(maybe just my opinion), but it was literally like water. The only reason I will be going back is to try the mangonada. That will make it or break it for me.

We always take several paletas for later when we get ice cream because it's hard to pick just one with so many options. I recommend the aguas frescas as well. First time trying it. Tostielotes were over priced. $5.50 for chips corn cheese and crema, they don’t even add nacho cheese which is what makes it good. Fresas con crema. $6 Most of it was whipped cream, the fresas were not even whole and this time they were not sweet. The only thing sweet was the whipped cream. I usually buy it from a stand for $4 they pack it with strawberries and cream and are really good. The mangonada was really good! I really liked the flavor of it and the price was good $4 for a small one. I will definitely go back for those.
