Reviews of Lappert's Hawaii
I tried the mint chip and the love potion, which was very creative and delicious. The line was not too bad and moved quickly. I got 2 scoops with 2 different flavors of delicious ice cream with a regular waffle cone, which came to $9 or so. Since my husband and I shared it, it wasn’t too costly for us both. But a bit pricey if you don’t share. The quality was very good for the ice cream, but I personally didn’t like the waffle cone very much.
For an hour wait, this place is really meh! Let’s start with the positives. The cinnamon roll was good, but the Macadamia Nut sticky bun was the show stopper! It was very good. The problem comes to their coffee, it’s not even mediocre. They have been out of white chocolate our entire stay. So I tried the mocha, hot. It resembled the coffee grounds left in the bottom of a coffee pot you forget to put a filter in. The Carmel mocha was slightly better, but still had that thicker, powder texture. The lemon bar was nothing more than flour and lemon, and wasn’t even that good.
Truly exceptional. Top 5 on my all time favorites out of 100. Brilliant flavors including a few innovative ones, great texture and flavor and very large portions. Their 5 mini scoops "can't decide" is essentially a pint in a waffle bowl for $9. Very strongly recommend.
My favorite flavors were the Kona mud pie (perfect coffee taste), Nene's tracks (vanilla with chocolate nuts and fudge), lilikoi/passion fruit sorbet and the lychee sorbet. The ube haupia and mango sorbet were also quite good.
Always has a long line. Most ice creams flavors run out early. Employees try there best, but it seems that they are short staffed. Ice cream is good.
I got passionfruit flavor, but I couldn't get other flavors at the moment since most of the flavors were out of stock, unfortunately. I want to stop by this place one more time to try different flavors. By the way, the ice cream was good, so I enjoyed it. The passionfruit flavor was sourer than I thought. However, it was worth trying this flavor of ice cream.
Very delicious icecream! There typically a line but if you're wanting quality icecream it's worth the wait. I got one scoop of Coconut, Mac nut, carmel icecream and my husband's was one scoop of oreo cookie crunch and a scoop of coffee. 🎉 …
The waffle cones are great! Fresh made in house. The ice cream is good, nothing wild. Cookie dough was good but the peanut butter cup tasted like banana (which I’m not a fan of)
Use your Hilton dining credits here! It's a great spot to grab some ice cream in the evening or start your day with some coffee and pastries. We spent over $120 on a breakfast at a hotel restaurant, which was nice but way, way overpriced. This was a nice alternative.
This cute little corner ice cream and coffee shop caught my eye! The curb appeal is adorable, and decor is very cute. Everyone leaving the shop had the yummiest looking treats, so we had to try for ourselves. The macadamian nut, banana, and Kauai pie ice cream were yummy. We did not have time to sample other flavors, as they were extremely busy when we stopped by. It cost us around $20 for 2 scoops in 2 waffle cones. I can't wait to try the other flavors and maybe the coffee next time.
The ice cream and coffee here are pretty good, but it's definitely not worth the very high price and wait. The wait is always crazy (there's always 20+ people in line), and the place feels very tourist trappy in general. All that being said, it's still a nice place if you have a sweet tooth - Just be wary that there's nowhere to sit both inside and outside the place!
Lastly, it's pretty cool that you're able to see them make waffle cones while you're in line. That's unique for sure!
Even though the place was packed we were in and out in 10 minutes. The ice cream was delicious, and they make their own waffle bowls.
The lines are longs but this sweet cream is worth waiting for. The fruity island sorbet flavors are extremely refreshing. The sweet and savory blends are also excellent. We went 2 nights in a row because it was so good. The Kona coffee, macadamia nut, Kauai pie, vanilla bean ice cream are all to die for!
Freshly made waffle cones that are crunchy and compliment well with any flavor ice cream. If you are looking for a unique local flavor, try the caramel coconut macadamia. There was a little bit of a wait but it was well worth it.
Be ready to make a line. Place is always packed. We tried the ice cream and it was really good. Next day we went for coffee but they were running out of many things. I ordered a regular latte and was good. Best thing is the waffle cones. The smell will drive you there
Come here for Hawaiian sourced ice cream with freshly made waffle cones. All Hawaiian-themed food here like coconut, macadamia and pineapple items.
Located within the Hilton Hawaiian Village is where you can find this smooth rich velvety ice cream. You have choices of cup or cone starting with the keiki cup which is also means children sized for those of you who don't know Hawaiian. Then you can work your way up to a regular cup or a specialty waffle cup. Hey get the waffle cup or cone. Then you choose the amount of scoops you want.
There are at least around 18 flavors to choose from and yes they do give samples if you are curious about a certain flavor.
Now parking will get you if you are not staying at the hotel. If you are coming just for the ice cream I suggest you park in the loading zone and have a friend stand in lone and get your ice cream. Yes most times there is a line, (remember all good things come to those who wait).
This ice cream is perfectly creamy and flavorful. The long wait in line grated on my nerves though.
Worth the wrap around the building line! Do yourself a favor and get a flavor that's local and not something you normally would. Don't be afraid to ask for samples. Even though there was a huge line I sampled two flavors before deciding. You don't want to wait in line for 45 minutes just to hate the flavor you chose! I went with coconut caramel macadamia nut, a little out of my ice cream comfort zone but very much worth it! Also, waffle cone all the way! Don't skimp! You're already eating ice cream, what's a few more calories ;) you'll thank me later.
This ice cream place really doesn’t need a review. If you drop by anytime in the evening you’re going to see a line wrapping around the building that speaks for itself. People wait in line to get some ice cream from Leppert’s that’s how good it is. I ended up visiting on a day that I didn’t have to wait in line and that was my last day in Hawaii. I knew I had to try the ice cream, I just hadn’t had the opportunity. On this day, I didn’t have to wait in line and I got to explore all the flavors that are available. They have a lot of tropical options and a lot of classic favorites. The indoor space is just how you would expect an ice cream parlor to be. I ended up getting the mango flavor which was a combination of mango ice cream, gelato and mango chunks. It was absolutely dreamy. I’m still dreaming about this ice cream I wish I could get another scoop. If you weren’t in the mood for ice cream you could also get coffee and coffee for home. It was really a wonderful experience and I can’t wait to go back.
Good coffee, great pastries, including the best croissant I’ve had (and I was just in France for two weeks.) Lines can be long and move a little slow, especially early; even at opening. Very little wait mid-morning on a Thursday.
Came here multiple times during my stay in Hawaii. Best coffee on the island and even better ice cream. My pomberry 'Ono smoothie was the best I've ever had despite them substituting passion fruit sorbet in place of the usual raspberry. I think it was better than way anyways. Chugged it
Always busy due to popularity. Fresh waffle cones and ice cream is perfect on a hot day
I don't like Waikiki because it's so touristy. Overpriced, difficult to drive and parking is so expensive so I hardly go there. However, had a chance to work in the area so I decided to treat myself with some sweet at an ice cream/coffee shop, which I had been interested in, at the end of the day. Staff members were polite and pleasant. They offered tasting on ice cream. In the end, I chose a shake for which you get to choose 2 flavours of ice cream. It was ok. Coffee and something with raspberry and I tasted both even though they were well mixed. But wow, 16oz of shake costs more $8 ! Is it norm in Waikiki?! I don't think I will go back. It was good but not worth it. Tried once and now I am satisfied.
Lappert's has the best ice cream and coffee! If you are staying near the Hilton Hawaiian Village during your stay, this is a must! They have generous portions and stellar quality items! Their coffee is by far the best!
Ice cream was great here but getting to the store is hell. If you arent walking over, you are gonna have to park at the structure which most likely is very close to running outta parking spots EVERY floor. Parking there was 30min for $10 and another 5 or 10 per 15min. Insane.
Delicious and unique ice cream, although expensive and with long waits. There are some really amazing flavors here, such as Kona coffee and macadamia nut, as well as very tasty sundaes (most inspired by the individual Hawaiian islands). However, the line often goes far out of the door, so expect a long wait. It is also pricey, given its location. Overall, I would recommend Lappert's, but best to go during less busy times.
It was busy on all but 1 visit (more than 20 minutes).
The ice cream was fine, but not “oh my god” great. Probably faster, cheaper, and better to grab some Häagen-Dazs (single serving or pint) from the ABC Store just around the corner.
Espresso drinks are more bitter 😒 than Starbucks (maybe from overworked staff)
Iced Lattes - bitter
Iced Mocha - bitter, grainy, alkaline taste - they use powdered cocoa (maybe unsweetened), which imparted more bitterness and the alkaline taste
Hot Latte - bitter
FYI: they close between 6pm and 6:30pm for a break.
Service, but maybe not with a smile.
I love Lappert's. I've been going there for many years. Their coffee ice cream is one of the best ice cream that I've had. If you're going there, you've to try it esp if you love coffee!
Excellent selection of flavors. But right across from the Grand Waikikian. Location is killer on my diet.
The only one star that I am not giving is because of short staff. We have been in Hilton hotel which is next to the store and for the 7 consecutive days there was a note on the door saying we are only open till 6:30 pm because of being short staffed!
There was long line ups every single day. The staff were doing their best job but there should be more staff scheduled to prevent people from long line ups.
How can you NOT indulge in a Hawaiian variation of breakfast yummy-ness?!? Pineapple coconut scones, muffins, macadamia nut cookies, blonde bars- the list goes on— so much variety that one has to adopt the Pokémon phrase of “gotta catch them all” and change it to “gotta taste them all”!! Lol!
The staff was great- the lines is typically long- but with the flavors coming from being roasted within the beans it’s worth the wait (none of those sugary syrups here!!)
They seem understaffed but they maintain smiles and the positive energy and flow that I’m seeing all over this beautiful island!
Mahalo!
Ooof… $20 for a couple scoops of ice cream on a cone and nothing was special or different about the ice cream either to justify the price. Wasn’t a bad experience but not sure how they’re charging so much for basic ice cream/
If you plan to come here everyday during your visit, get a club card. Your 11th item is free. You can be in either coffee, ice cream, or bakery club.
We get our morning coffee here during our 7 day stay in the Hilton Hawaiian Village. We came not because of convience but the quality of the coffee. It was smooth and flavorful. No need to add sugar because it is not bitter at all. One cup is enough to wake one up and ready for the day.
In the afternoon or evening, we go for its ice cream. The smell of freshly made waffle cone draws people in. Lines can be long sometimes but it moves fast. I love it that they use dark chocolate for most of the chocolaty ice cream. We had a difficult time deciding so we got the "can't decide" - 1/2 scope of 5 different flavors in a waffle bowl. The scopes were big enough in my opinion. We loved the mixture of dark chocolate and macadamia nuts. Heavenly Hana and Kauai pie are our favorites.
The ice cream is great as well as the fresh cones, BUT what makes me upset is how miserable the workers look while serving the public. After 1h wait on the rain it was our turn. From all 4 people working there on April 1st, all looked miserable and overworked. It’s sad!
Great coffee and delicious ice creams.Loved the vibe. There is usually a wait at the outlet but the service is quick and prompt.A must visit for travellers.
Good ice cream shop with not your usual flavors. It embraces the island flavors and they actually turn out very good. Like the roasted banana and salty caramel.
Expect it to be busy since it's next to the Hilton Hawaiian village and it is also pricey, but it's worth it.
Great place for morning coffee and ice cream for the ones with sweet tooth. Always busy and there is a reason why, I have been there few times and have not been disappointed
Man can there be a wait here but it's definitely worth it. For the fruit flavors some of the best ice cream I've had period - since ingredients are locally sourced any of the fruit flavors (coconut, pineapple, raspberry etc.) really stand out. Not to mention the waffle cones make it even more convenient to eat! Highly recommend.
Best place for homemade ice cream and waffle cones. We came here twice in one week. Once there was a line out the door but it moved pretty quickly. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The ice creams are handmade and delicious. My favorites were the mango, coconut pineapple, and heavenly Hana which is like a Hawaiian rocky road. They get so busy that they do run out of ice cream flavors so just be prepared to choose from what is there. The second time we went they were not busy at all and we were able to sample a couple different ice creams. They also have sundaes and coffee. I definitely recommend stopping in for a sweet treat.
What an amazing tasty Hawaiian ice cream! Really enjoyed the taste and flavour of the ice cream I ordered. It was worth staying in a long line.
I ordered two flavors that were on fibal, as it didn't give a damn, they completed with one that I didn't like, oreon. in addition to that at the end of the night the patient was tired.
My favorite ice cream place ever! The wait was long but totally worth it. My favorite is the Kaua'i Pie with a waffle cone.
Line is always long, but the ice cream is so worth it. Also ordered the vanilla macadamia nut coffee and flavor was spot on.
Great coffee! Just be prepared to wait in line for your caffeine fix and baked goods. The lemon scones were delightful but wish they had a touch more lemony flavor. Their 🥥 muffin was to die for and their crossaints light and fluffy . …
So impressive handmade waffle cones. It’s awesome flavor and fresh taste. The skill of making the waffles is also great. Of coarse the taste of ice cream is so nice as well.
3 stars on organization
, efficiencies and updated decor. 6 people working and only one cashier site. Long line every part of day. Ice cream goodies still good if you want to stand in line at one checkout.
The ice cream is absolutely delicious! Made in house. The waffle cones are made on the premises too. I had the pineapple coconut ice cream and it's so fresh and yummy. You should definitely give it a try.
Delicious ice cream! Can be very busy to prepare for a long line/wait time.
Great little coffee shop on the Hilton premises. Can be crowded at times, but if you go early for your breakfast coffee, you won't be disappointed. Good selection of pastries.
A cute little place that’s a 20 min walk from the Waikiki beach. They make their own waffle cones in shop which was nice to see while we waited.
Not as many options as I wished and over priced but it was good. No regrets
Not worth the wait for the coffee drinks. We waited at least 30 minutes but the coffee were just meh. Ice cream looked really good but if you want coffee, I say find somewhere else.
90% of the time there will be a line! Be prepared! But it is worth the wait. Delicious ice cream and great staff!
Great ice cream 🍦
They have a great location
We got Green Tea Icd cream and Banana Fudge
Both good!
The staff could of had less attitude other than that it was great!
Best place to get coffee and ice cream and never to busy.
Confused by the people complaining about the wait, we went here 4 nights during our vacation and the wait was 15 mins max (with 30-40 people in line. If you’re on vacation just enjoy the time.) fresh made waffle cones and the staff is very nice. Nene tracks and the coffee ice cream best 2.
Got the can't decide so I could try 5 flavors. perfect amount to share with another person. So many tasty flavors all fresh made
Cute little ice cream shop featuring home made waffle cones. Ice cream was good. They also serve other delicious desserts.
This place smells amazing as soon as you get near! The ice cream was delicious but they were out of the two flavors that were my first picks. I ended up with strawberry and it wasn't overly sweet, but creamy. Love the waffle cones which is the amazing smell wafting out.
Pricey icecream but I ate from here 4 days in a row, even standing in the long lines at night. The island inspiration and banana fudge were my FAVS😋 …
Yummy ice cream. I got me the banana fudge and chocolate something. It was delicious. My girl got the last cone. Evening times does get crowded and busy. So expect a line. But no regrets.
Unbelievable. The banana Sunday was huge! For $10 you usually get a small two scoops of ice cream and a drizzle of fudge. Lappert's is not greedy. The Sunday was huge to the point where two people are needed to finish it. I definitely will come back here.
Best ice cream ever!! Their flavors are insane and the ice cream it’s self is like silk... it’s amazing. You can smell the home made waffle cones being made down the street, it doesn’t get better. They have tons of amazing flavors that are special to Hawaii as well as other great flavors. Highly recommend the Heavenly Hana, Kauai pie (the best), Kona Coffee, and white chocolate macadamia nut, but honestly you can’t go wrong. It does get busy in there and the space is definitely tight when there’s a lot of people, not a lot of seating indoors but there is places outdoors to sit. More expensive ice cream but the quality is worth it and you get massive scoops.
Ice cream is good, good choices but got two one scoops and a waffle bowl for around $15, expensive
Great icecreams, any of the Kona flavours are awesome. Coffees are serviceable, slightly burnt after taste. Definitely recommend anything on the menu which involves their icecreams.
Super convenient location but the line is always long, especially after dinner. A lot of fun flavors as well.
Good ice cream, long lines during the weekend evening, so if it's on your list of things to do, try to get in post lunch ;)
Normal medium tier ice cream joint. I was just craving for food since it was new years. I would say stick with just the ice cream and cone. There sundaes aren't too good. The caramel and chocolate syrup isn't special. I ended with a frozen glob at the bottom of my sundae.
Stopped by in the afternoon and a lot of it was out of stock which was kind of a bummer. But it was delicious ice cream. The chocolate chip cookies were also delicious and soooo soft and loaded with chocolate. The staff was friendly.
Edit: stopped by today and we got ice cream. It was so delicious. We had the passion fruit with coconut and that was crazy good and the strawberry vanilla with chocolate chunks and that one was really good too. I will keep 4 stars as staff today was kind of rude and the price was crazy for one scoop. But still tasty.
I have stayed at the Hawaiian Hilton Village for vacation three times in the last 20 years and although there are several other coffee shops within the complex this is my favorite always my first stop starting my day. It is very clear that this coffee shop is family owned and or run by family members because the same faces are there every single day day after day friendly and pleasant to talk to and each cup of coffee is made to order.
The pastries and sweet treats are made there every morning daily and are to die for, I am usually a "anything chocolate" person however their homemade carrot cake with whipped air icing takes the top of my list!
Should you ever make it or visit the Hawaiian Hilton Village please stop in have a couple of great delicious Hawaiian coffee made to order and freshly brewed every time.
Aloha and mahalo.
My favorite place to get iced Kona Coffee in the morning and Ice Cream in the evening when we are at the Hilton Hawaiian Village.
The waffle cone/bowl makes the whole area smell amazing when your at Hilton Hawaiian Garden so we stopped by to try it out. The waffle cones/bowls were very good as expected. They didn't have a few flavors of ice cream but the ones they did have were good.
Quite a popular ice cream parlour / cafe at the Hilton village. Tried a few different flavours and loved the Kauai Pie and the Heavenly Hana flavours the most.
The texture is creamy and the flavour is rich - prices are reasonable considering the location and for the quality.
This is definitely worth a visit.
You have to try the passionfruit and vanilla bean ice cream flavours. They were amazing. Lines are really long post-dinner time but WORTH IT! The cafe part of Lappert’s wasn’t my favourite though. They were out of a lot of items and the coconut syrup tasted artificial.
Probably the best Ice Cream I’ve ever tasted; although a larger variety of flavour would make the place even better!
You can find some pretty unique flavors of ice cream if you're an ice cream fanatic. It smells great inside!
My favorite ice cream place ever! My favorite is the Kaua'i Pie with a waffle cone. It makes me happy. 😊 …
Flavored enriched ice cream with hand made waffle bowls and cones. They also have sorbet, coffee and tea. Prices are high but so is everything in the Hilton Village.
i honestly love this place, the coffee was so good, would fly 3879 miles again for another coffee
Best fresh ice cream. Why go to Dairy Queen when you can get fresh delicious ice cream in wonderful flavors?
Had the kona coffee ice cream with dark chocolate. It tasted delicious, but obviously it was very expensive being on site of the resort. A bit chaotic trying to order as it was quite loud in there and newbies don't have time to see all the different flavors. Rest of the family enjoyed the ice cream, but not the best we've had.
Super good pastries. Good coffee. Pretty decent ice cream.
The place had several non dairy ice cream options. Place was packed, so very long line. But worth the wait.
Amazing ice cream. I had the macadamia nut crunch and it was delicious! The line wasn't bad but 20 minutes later we noticed the line was out the door and almost around the block!!!
Great morning coffee and pastries. The coffee was amazing, WhT more to say other than Hawaii coffee?!?!?
The only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is that the ice cream coolers looked horrible, water/ice and just a mass of melted ice cream from the day before.
Long line but worth the wait. Got me a "can't decide" 5 keiki scoops in a waffle cone
This had some really good ice cream but if you go at night, you are going to be waiting in line a while. I would suggest going between lunch and dinner.
Even with the lines it still gets 5 stars. The ice cream is amazing but even better than that are their FRESH MADE waffle cones. When they’re warm with the ice cream, it is just delicious.
OH MY GOD! This may be the best coffee pastry shop I have ever gone to. I did not have any ice cream, so I can't comment on that. Looks like normal ice cream. BUT THE COFFEE!!! THE DANISH!!!! We were booked for a week at the Hilton Village. We hated the place! We changed our flight and left after one night. The morning we left, I waited in line about 1/2 hour at Lappert's. I watched as they brought out more and more heavenly smelling pastry. I could not decide so I got a croissant, a cranberry orange scone, and a coffee roll/danish with a 12 oz straight latte. It was one of the best coffee rolls, one of the best croissants, and one of the best cranberry orange scones I have ever had. They make the coffee with whole milk and the coffee was great! This will be my only lasting great memory of this horrible, overpriced, crowded resort that I will never go back to.
This place is awesome! There is always a line, whether it is for coffee in the morning at 0600 or during the day and evening for ice cream. It is very good and I highly recommend it.
Exceptional ice cream and sorbet with island flavors including coconut, macadamia nut, kona, and many more on a fresh waffle cone or bowl. They also sell coffees and pastries. The line is always long, but for a reason, this stuff is tasty and the price is very reasonable -- which can't be said for almost every other restaurant or shop at Hilton Hawaiian Village.
Love their coffee ☕️
Long lines no matter what time of the day
It was really amazingly good.. but looooooing lines. Plus you could but literally 4 gallons of ice cream for the price we paid for 2 people
Visited 3 of the 4 nights we stayed on property, need I say more. Oh, the lemon bars were delicious too.
BIG scoops and very delicious! Service was nice as well! Hard to finish cause of the big scoops but hey it’s worth the price! Me and my boyfriend know for next time to share one 😊. …
Love the ice cream. The staff is great, but the manager has an attitude. I was so surprised with the way she addressed me while I was already being helped by another staff member. I also bought a rootbeer, and 2 chocolate milks for my kids. I didn't realize until we were back at the beach, 5 min walk, they were room temperature. I tasted one, and it was rancid! Be careful if you buy out of their front cooler, and beware of manager! 😅
Cool little ice cream shop right on the beach. Open late for those evening snacks. They serve coffee until 9pm as well which most places do not. Quality ingredients, very tasty ice creams, hefty portions and a large variety. A little pricey, but worth having at least once. Waffle cones and bowls are made to order on the spot!
Rich flavors overall, with a smaller selection of sorbets. If you're looking for decadence, you'll find it here. The fresh waffle cones are pretty awesome, I'll say.
Amazingly delicious freshly made cone with homemade ice cream. Fast and friendly services. Highly recommended!
Share the aloha!!
Excellent ice cream, well worth the inevitable wait this location. Great place for coffee in the morning too, the cinnamon rolls are really hard to beat.
The best ice cream i ever had. They gave me a free waffle cone. The line was long but worth the wait. There is no strawberry flavor what up with that. Pineapple coconut is amazing. 🥰 …
Probably some of the best ice cream I've ever had! We visited a couple times during our recent vacation and there was always a line, but we didn't mind. It's worth the wait. The gals behind the counter work their butts off serving so many customers, so please tip them well.
Just the best coffee to grab every day at our hotel along with their coconut muffin! I would love one right now! 😋 ☕👌 …
Pure sumptuousness in a homemade waffle cone, any trip to Honolulu would not be complete without the Lappert's. The indoor sitting is very limited though and outdoor you'll have to be creative
Some of the best ice cream we've ever had. A couple dozen homemade flavor options, homemade waffle cones and options for shakes and coffee items to compliment.
Anyone complaining about cost is new to Hawaii. Almost a must when staying near by.
We had our coffee here everyday, it was a different experience everyday, we will chalk it up as covid help or lack of. Order 2 drinks at same time, you might get them 10 minutes apart. The Carrot Cake is awesome, and I enjoyed the Kuai Pie Chiller ..
We went there twice in two days. Shakes were good and ice cream. Cookie dough ice cream does have a bit of a weird taste but still good.
Great coffee, fresh made right in front of me!
Attentive staff, good coffee and pastries for breakfast. Ice cream and waffle cones were ok.
I don't know if this place gets all of the great reviews only because it is close to the Hilton's hotel or not. All of the mochas are bland and sad, and all of the flavors were out of stock. The sundae has nothing special to remember. However, they have decent customer service and great location T.T
I love the smell of fresh waffle cones so I had to stop in and try it out. After many samples we settled on a few single scoop waffle cones. It is definitely good, but the price is a bit extreme. I'm not sure I enjoyed it enough to justify the price. I'd recommend checking it out but be forewarned, it will cost you.
Wish they had a way to order ahead for pickup, the lines are insanely long sometimes
Delicious non-dairy sorbets! Homemade waffle cones are equally delicious! Lovely cool treat for a reprieve on a warm or hot day!
Excellent ice cream and waffle cone with a wide variety of around 15 flavors. They also have brownies, blondies, etc that I didn’t get a chance to try, but was a fair size and looked really tasty. The only problem is parking is scarce except for Hilton’s covered parking which is $15 for the first hour and $10 thereafter, and Lappert’s doesn’t validate.
Lappert's. An institution. Their service is terrific! The ice cream is fantastic!! This location is a little expensive though. It's understandable considering it's corner spot in Waikiki at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. I'm a big fan of the macadamia nut ice cream but I've tried other flavors & have enjoyed them also. They make a fantastic affogato. They'll make it with any flavor of ice cream you wish too. It's made even better by their coffee and espresso quality. You can enjoy 100% Kona coffee here! I can't say enough about everything that they do here! Highly recommended!
Go there early in the morning to smell fresh bakery items. Cinnamon rolls are tasty, and if you like them a little less gooey, you'll like these. Also tried a pineapple coconut muffin, yum! Real bits of fruit make it extra tasty. Coffee is great, especially the individual pour overs. Be prepared to wait, they aren't fast but are very friendly. It's worth the wait.
Great matcha lattes. very very very long lines so get yourself ready since you will be waiting for a good 20 to 30 minutes at least for your drink. If you can't wait that long there are a lot of other nearby places that have matcha lattes as well, but you will need to walk a bit.
Great staff
BEST sorbet on the island
Difficult location
You cannot walk past this place without being invited in by the awesome aromas. Quality coffee and excellent gelato under one roof? What a great idea!!! Skip Starbucks and just go straight here. The waffle cones are amazing and fresh, the ice cream is rich and creamy, sorbet tastes home-made (probably is) and portions are generous! Two scoops are too much, but you'll finish every single bite, because it's that good! Always busy, but service is friendly and fast.
Kona coffee flavor on waffle cone is my favorite!
Great ice cream!! Must have while in Waikiki
Super long lines for mediocre coffee (numerous better places in waikiki). Ice cream line after dinner is insane…its good but nothing special. Better off venturing out unless you are planning to stay mostly on the resort during your visit.
Best coffee there is in my opinion.
Went here two years ago and it was awesome. Came back this trip and it was not the same. The selection was less and the ice cream wasn’t the same anymore. It’s still good but not the “omg, I must come back every visit” kind of good
Always good ice cream
Usually very busy but the line moves quickly
Please tip well - the people behind the counter work very hard and deserve the thanks
If you miss this ice cream while you're at Waikiki beach you really have missed a Gem.
This place is amazing! The smell of the waffle cones cooking brought us in!The ice cream was so good, the family was silent while eating! My little one had a chocolate face at the end of it. We had perfect timing as well got right in and out. The place has it down.
Great ice cream with so many options - traditional flavors and island flavors. Their waffle cones are baked right in front of you, which is great entertainment for kids while you’re waiting in line. It’s a popular place, so be prepared to wait. It’s worth it!
Best coffee ever!! Lattes are better than Starbucks!! Employees are very friendly and helpful. Don’t be discouraged by the long line as it moves quick and is worth the wait. I recommend the mango bread and the carrot cake. They are absolutely delicious!
Kona coffee is a must. The mango isn't that great. Green tea is good. Passion fruit is super overwhelmed
Great staff, great stuff. Shout out to someone names Elith (?), they were really helpful and kind.
Nice place to get fresh ice cream, coffee, and pastries.
My favorite ice cream! The flavor combinations are unique and delicious. Freshly made waffle cones and bowls as well as chocolate dipped cookies. Soo good!
Their coffee is great and reasonably priced and omg their volcano sundaes are the bomb diggity. The cookie dough ice cream has a high dough to ice cream ratio. Highly recommend.
The service was really good. The ice cream flavors included the basic flavors and some fresh island tastes. They were happy to provide samples and the only hard part was making a decision on what to choose. The baked goods looked great as well.
Decent prices, awesoke ice cream fast service.
Exceptional coffees, delicious baked goods, fast and friendly service had me coming back every morning of my stay.
Good quality ice cream. Very uniquely Hawaiian flavors. I really like the Oreo Cookie Crunch - Oreos crushed into rich chocolate ice cream. I love nuts but am not big on nuts in ice cream and many of the specialty flavors contain almonds or macadamias so not a ton of choices for me, but if you're okay with nuts in ice cream there are a lot of excellent unique options.
Nice ice cream, lovely staff in a very nice area
My whole family absolutely loves Lapperts. For quick continental breakfast and for treats. This Lapperts at the Hilton is incredibly busy. We faced lines up to an hour each time we went. It didnt seem like it mattered what time it was.
I love the smell of fresh baked waffle cones! I had the coconut mac nut fudge swirl and it did not disappoint. I single scoop is a generous size and samples are available if you can't decide. Even though there is limited seating inside there are plenty of benches and spots to sit outdoors.
Ice cream is very good, but
Dont do the coffee though. Latte is very bitter, i recommend you walk a few steps to the Starbucks.
Yummy yummy but $$$ for an icecream parlor. It's definitely a treat for us to be going here for icecream, we finally filled our Lappert's card for a free icecream - we had it for years! The line was ridiculous, but worth it. From the time we stood in line till we were served was about 25 mins my family and I tried our best with social distancing while in line but it didn't seem like everyone else tried. Workers were not reinforcing the social distancing but trying their best to serve everyone in a timely manner and with a smile. Masks required and that's the only thing I saw being followed by almost everyone.
My all time favorite ice cream ever! Coconut, kona coffee & macadamia nuts are the best. All natural ice cream and very delish.
The ice cream is okay but my family and I waited in line for nearly an hour and they were out of a majority of flavors so there were only a few to choose from. Wasn't worth the wait to us.
The line is always out the door at this location. It’s right in the middle of the Hilton Village so it’s touristy. But the ice cream is worth the wait. I ordered the Kauai Pie which is like a Hawaiian version of Moose Tracks. Kona Coffee Ice cream, macadamia nuts, shredded coconut, and dark chocolate fudge. So tasty! My husband got the cookie dough and said it was 50% cookie dough (high praise). I definitely understand why there’s a line out the door at 7:30am.
Top notch ice cream! We went with a group of 15 and most of us tasted several flavors before making our final selection and the staff was very patient and friendly. They have self serve water cups if you get thirsty after. Not a lot of seating in the location, we went across the street and sat on a bench by the Hilton resort.
Very delicious ice-cream with good portions. Was a little chaotic and pricey, but overall a good place to grab a treat.
Whether its your morning coffee fix or afternoon ice cream cooldown, Lappert's is worth the wait! There is a reason why there is always a long line and its not the service. Service is great and so are the treats!
Ice cream shop inside the Hilton Resort property. Their ice cream is OK, a little bit too sugary for me. They also have muffins and coffee. I like their coconut muffins really greasy but occasionally OK to eat.
Always a big line, especially in the evenings after dinner.
Too sweet for my likings. You are better off getting something simple. I got the brownie sundae. Way too much chocolate for me and not enough ice cream. May have been a bad choice for me. Someone else may love it!
Great coffee and espresso drinks with vegan, non-dairy (soy and almond milk) options
Over the years of staying at this resort we have made the trek to this little ice cream spot.
Just walking around the resort, you can smell the "waffle cones being made from this place, which are made daily."
They have a wide variety of flavors to choose from and although they don't carry a vast amount of different flavors, it's adequately stocked with enough to satisfy anyone's craving for this cold treat!
The only downside with everything at this resort is the price. One scoop for everyone comes out to $15.00..... Oh well, the price of eating in paradise!
The best part is that it closes at 11:30pm! Unheard of anywhere else, but then again, this isn't anywhere else! :-)
Great ice cream - love love love their kona coffee flavor, has that unique kona taste. And all their coffees, lattes, etc. are excellent.
One of our favorite places to visit in Hawaii. We discovered them several decades ago and make sure we get there for our treat beyond delicious!
Just dropped in early this morning on the way to the mall. So glad I didn't stop at Starbucks. Superb coffee, efficient friendly service. First day of seven here, will definitely be back.
Didn't have the ice cream but it looked good.
Even during heightened safety during the quarantine they still provide delicious and exceptional service!
What else can be said? It's an amazing ice cream shop next to the Hilton Hawaiian village. The staff was very courteous and friendly when we went and the ice cream we had was absolutely amazing. I had the Kauai Pie which was chocolate, fudge, macadamia and coconut. Hands down some of the smoothest and most flavorful ice cream I've ever had. Definitely stop by.
Our party of 7 Loved this place! Every selection ordered was filled with goodness. No doubt they have the fastest waffle cone maker on the planet as well. So much YUM in one place. Enjoy!!
Chocolate macadamia ice cream was smoothly blended and not overly sweetened. The chocolate covered macadamia nuts and a waffle cone balance out the flavors perfectly and even with a double scoop I was left wanting more. Lappert's certainly lived up to their lofty reputation as one of the best in the U.S. I will go back.
The coffee and pastries here were to die for and the service was amazing. When in Hawaii - you have to visit this hometown favorite.
Excellent 100% Kona coffee and bakery items for breakfast. Go back for hand made waffle cones and ice cream! The ice cream is excellent as are the waffle cones. Expect a large line, but it is worth the wait!!
Parking is horrible! If you're not staying at the hotel, don't bother. I was there for 15 minutes to order and eat a Sundae. I paid $15 for parking... They do not validate parking.
I got the Crater Hot fudge Sundae($10). It was good, but not worth the $25 spent.
We walked in and a dude was LITERALLY MAKING THE WAFFLE CONES.
Smelled incredible, and they had awesome Hawaiian and normal ice cream flavors.
The ice cream was rich and the banana tasted fresher than any ice cream I've ever had. A must-try while you walk around in the sun!
Fantastic ice cream served here with great customer service! Had the Nene Tracks and it was very rich and creamy with texture from the mini peanut butter cups mixed in. They claim that all of their ice cream is actually Hawaiian and not imported from the mainland. Very nice to enjoy delicious ice cream while sitting on a bench and people watch on a warm Waikiki day! Yum yum
Their coconut, caramel, macadamia nut ice cream is the best ice cream I have ever had the pleasure of eating. With travelling from california for. The waffle cones are also super fresh and crisp. The staff however is not super friendly/nice.
Big line ups but the white chocolate macadamia nut, Kona coffee and banana fudge are top on our list
The staff is very friendly and the ice cream was great
Its an authentic ice cream shop in Hawaii, is the best way after shoping around try stop by and you will find a great iconic ice cream in da town, taste it and enjoy 🍦😎😍 …
February 2022:
Great place for ice cream. I'm from the mainland and there are Lapperts in Sausalito, CA. But this place in the Hilton Hawaiian village is the real deal!
Delicious ice cream! The white chocolate macadamia nut ice cream is a must-try!! We enjoyed having this place so close to our resort. Nice treat after a long day in the sun!
It's not bad but not cheap. Then again, it is the reality given it is a touristy area. Note that given the humidity, the waffle we had was not crispy at all which was unfortunate. Some good flavors to try. The lineups can be long.
Nice little shop especially if you are staying in the Hilton Hawaiian village as it is right near the main lobby. They have excellent ice cream and other baked goods, and some really really good Hawaiian coffee. They also have breakfast foods like bagels and muffins and croissants.
Hand poured Kona coffee and tasty pastries and scones. Much better option than the same old Starbucks
They always have a line when you go there after fireworks, but the line moves quickly and it's worth the wait. All of their pastries are delicious and their coffee is better than Starbucks in the other tower by far.
No filter, will definitely be back. Make sure to take a week off.
Long line but it moved fast. The customer service was awesome but they may not have all of the flavors on their menu available you will have to look at the freezer to see what's available when you go.
Ice cream here is so good. The flavors are the most amazing because it all of the local flavors and the ingredients seem to be very authentic. The ice cream and the cookies here are amazing
Much smaller lines for coffee here compared to the Starbucks.
Amazing staff ready to serve your Ice Cream, Sundae, ect. With a smile. I loved loved loved this place nightly while on vacation. The smell of the fresh made waffle cones draw you in.
THANKS LAPPERT'S ;)
Ridiculously good ice cream! Everyone here worked tirelessly to serve the endless line of customers. A very well run shop. They have other desserts for those not wanting ice cream. Close to hotels and restaurants for an easy walk.
Very good but expensive for what you get. The typical "on resort" experience I guess. The chocolate dipped waffle cone with macadamia nuts was a huge portion by itself let alone with a scoop of ice cream in it!
Smells so good from outside. We went in on Mother's Day where they were giving free single scoops to all mothers. I got the kona lava java with sprinkle on chocolate dipped cone and my mother got the kona coffee ice cream. It was good. Not as pricey as I thought it would be.
Great shop for coffee!! Friendly staff, beautiful setting. Will definitely be back for their ice cream that looked amazing!! Only downside was a bit pricey.
Delicious ice cream selection with option to have it served in a freshly made waffle cone. It's a bit pricey but a nice treat for yourself every once in a while.
What's the point of being open until 10pm but run out of cinnamon rolls not to soon after yall open up in the am!? KEEP THE CINNAMON ROLLS COMING!!!!!
Amazing ice cream. The Brownie Pa'ina is delicious
The homemade waffle cones were delicious and made fresh while we were there. The ice cream was good too and so many to choose from.
Funnily enough out of the entire island we came here the most. These people know how to make ice cream.
By the end I was just ordering an extra scoop of vanilla to make that texture last just a little bit longer without having to ponder adding another flavor
Oh Man this place is amazing. Ice creams are delicious. Carrot cake is also can't miss. I could eat this every dang day. I'd also weight 400 pounds.
Great coffee and treats. We went here several times during our trip. This is a great alternative to Starbucks if you are trying to dodge the lines.
Absolutely delicious, I grabbed a pint and absolutely destroyed it. Thanks for making my binge day extra special! 💙 …
Delicious ice cream but be prepared for high prices. The am out they give is pretty generous though. At the time the staff was efficient but not too friendly.
It's a nice place to have an ice cream, you can't skip the waffle cone. They also have good coffee.
This was the only coffee shop open at 6 am so we stopped in to grab a cup. The Kona coffee was really good and the cinnamon rolls were phenomenal. The staff were very jovial early in the morning.
Review is for latte and pastries. The espresso taste very different, maybe because of Hawaiian coffee? Chocolate croissant is very fresh and good.
Omg!!! Too long of a line!! I did get in for breakfast but forget it if you hate lines. Evening hour after dinner was about 35 minute wait. Best ice cream in Hawaii only 4 stars because I hate lines
Good ice cream but it can be kind of pricey.
Best coffee. We go here every morning. I hear they have some super great ice cream too. The cinnamon rolls are huge.
Good ice cream, poorly managed. Regularly staffed with 2 people and a line of 40+ people. Faster to get an Uber across town to Waiola
Their ice cream was delicious!
Amazing coffee and ice cream. They even mix them if you ask. The waffle cone wedges are a good plus, as they are dipped in chocolate
Great ice cream. Expect long lines, but worth the wait.
Unbelievably smooth and incredibly good ice cream. Had the peanut butter cup ice cream in a waffle cone; amazing! Hard to miss this place right outside front of Hilton Hawaiian Village in Honolulu, HI.
Really good 👍 coffee! …
Now that we waited four an hour for so so coffee, we don't have to do that again. JS. They have Kona coffee at the ABC shops. Help yourself, check out. Easy peasy.
Prices were good. Fast service but the dude put his whole head in the cooler to scoop out the ice cream with no hair net and his hair was sticking to the cooler and falling in the ice cream( thankfully not the one I ordered)
Very good for area because there is food but not ice cream over all delicious, helpful, and awesome.
Great ice cream. Good selection. Long lines but worth the wait. Pricey but then it is Hawaii. They have to import most ingredients.
Fantastic ice cream and coffee, and very friendly employees. I was there with my mother who doesn't speak English. They were so patient and move even though I had to take some extra time to tanslate everything to my mother in the morning rush hour!
It's ice cream, way too expensive. The great part is they have alot of flavors with local ingredients but $6 a scoop??
Usually a long wait, but always worth it! My favorite ice cream on Oahu.
Super friendly service and authentic coffees. Fluffy, tasty cinnamon rolls and good ice cream. Not a resort gimmick. Just good coffee and good people.
It's Waikiki, it's crowded, the wonderful employees keep the line moving and please everyone with hot and cold drinks and fun ice cream treats. Try their chai tea -- not the syrupy latte, but their wonderfully spicy chai -- and check out the souvenirs!
Awesome ice cream. Get the kauai pie it's soon good. But the lines get pretty long so be prepared.
Very good, rich ice cream. Be prepared to wait and have a lot of money with you. Expensive.
Great place for coffee ☕ and dessert 🍰 …
Long lines bur definitely worh the wait.
Opens early in a convenient location. Friendly staff and fast service. Delicious coffee, iced, blended, or hot. Add some coconut or macadamia (why not both) for a tasty treat.
Located in the Hilton Hawaiian Village hotel, this is a great little bakery with delicious goods from sorbet, to ice cream, cakes and cookies. Prices are reasonable also.
Excellent pastries. Loved the chocolate Danish and cinnamon bun. Good coffee plus fast service with a smile.
Delicious. Unfortunately they were out of Oreo crunch. Guess I'll just have to go back.
It's a little sweet for my liking but it is creamy and the flavors go from traditional to local. The staff is fast which gives an air of indifference but they are probably trying to service the hordes before they riot.
Love this place! It is as delightful now as it was 2 years ago and 5 years ago! Wonderful coffee, pastries and ice cream. There is a nice vibe here.... like ohana
We experienced long wait line at evenings only two employees working that we decided to leave, we came back next day a noon it was reasonable wait, not crowded. Delicious sorbet!!
Slightly above average ice cream, super long wait. Decent size for the price.
Ice cream delicious
Katie Pie highly recommended
Individual drip coffee made to order
Fantastic ice cream and sundaes!
Fantastic ice cream and sherbet.
Very good ice cream. Only reason for 4 stars is it can get crazy busy. Make sure you go at the right time or you will be in a long line inside a small store
Bit of a wait in line, but worth it. Very good ice cream, lots of unique flavors and different dipped cones as options.
Coffee and ice cream for breakfast? Why not?! Might as well indulge when you're in paradise. The location is great and you are a short walk from the beach.
Excellent variety of flavours. Able to sample whatever you want. The line was quite long when we went but it was worth the wait
Ice cream is really really nice with plenty of choice, good service but the price is way over the top and when you convert it to AUD it is even more shocking
Every time we are on the island it is MUST for my wife and I to get ice cream 2 to 4 times a day. The Best Ice Cream Ever! We ❤ Lappert's Hawaii!
Great ice cream. Prices were fair for being in the hotel area. Very nice workers.
Fresh made waffle cones right in front of you. We had the big island inspiration, which was fantastic. Looks like a long line, but it moves quickly.
Great location and reasonable prices. Love their coffee selections in the morning and ice cream/gelato varieties in the evening. Da waffle cone is da bom!
Not my favorite. But it'll do. Busy and crowded, but quick service eventually. Flavors were interesting but ben and Jerry's is tastier.
Great coffee. Great ice cream. Friendly staff.
So good! Must try all the flavors. Order the cant decide and pick 5 at a time. Super cheap as well.
Great !!! Lovely staff !!! ⭐️x 10
The ice cream is so good here! The kona coffee is my favorite but the nay nay tracks are really good too.
Best ice cream in Waikiki.. there is always a line outside the door 😋 …
Don’t let the long line scare you away! You’ll be served quickly and the ice cream is delicious and fresh! Try the banana fudge it’s amazing!
The BEST coffee ice cream I've ever had! Their coconut/pineapple ice cream is also amazing!
Solid and convenient choice for ice cream. Several Hawaiian influenced flavors and all the classics.
Good coffee pastries and customer service.
Place it's ALWAYS packed! Great ice creams and coffee, friendly and very focus staff
A very popular spot right outside Hilton Hawaiian village great ice cream great service there's just going to be a line
Ice cream was ok, waffle cone was good. Didn't try other items, so crowded you couldn't even see all items.
Super delicious ice creams and sorbets. Great and amazing waffle cones made right there in front of you.
Great place to get an ice cream at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. So many tasty flavors to choose from!
Ice cream is good, coffee is average...for the price id expect a better quality and more flavorful coffee.
Good coffee, sad they ran out of thunder chicken today...
Delicious coconut passion fruit sorbet, muffins and scones. Made on site, baked daily.
Good coffee, creamy ice cream! Didn't try any of the pastries so I can't speak for them.
Busy but delicious and friendly service. Lots of variety.
Loved the freshly made waffle cones! Ice cream was fantastic and we loved the chai and tea there!
Favorite ice cream chain in the world. Also love their island-inspired flavors, particularly when they add mac nuts!
Ice cream was very good but not worth the price. The kiddy size was more than $3 and you only got a scoop of ice cream.
Double kona coffee scoop in fresh waffle cone is the best!
Amazing affogato with coconut ice cream! The chocolate biscuit/cookie was a plus as well :) we got this everyday
Aloha! Definitely the very best Ice Cream in Hawaii. My favorite is the Big Island 🤙🏼 Waffle Cines so thick especially the dipped ones 😊 …
Really good, long lines and high prices for ice cream went across town to get it while it was good ice cream - not sure i would go out of my way to get again
Great ice cream good prices
Would have given it 5 stars but the line is really long and moves very slow and the server question my order like I was crazy lol.
Not worth the often very long lines but otherwise good
I know the line is long but well worth the wait. That brownie sundae was something serious.
Friendly staff, not alot of choice in ice cream all are very similar in flavours and is expensive as well
Delicious brownie and goldie bar
It was ok...very pricey for one scoop..so the cone itself was $1.25 and that didn't include the scoop. Also got a lemon bar and it wasn't to good.
Great coffee and cinnamon rolls plus I didn't have to wait in a long line like at Starbucks.
Oreo crunch ice cream was very good. Light and airy. A refreshing snack
Great place to grab some ice cream and walk on the beach.
There was a long line in the early evening, but it moved quickly. Good selection of flavors—everything was in stock.
Great ice cream, thoroughly enjoyed it. Go there is non-peak times as it can get super busy.
Worth the wait! Had one of the sundaes. Visited at least 3 times during our stay.
Great ice cream and the chocolate dipped waffle cone with macadamia nuts was amazing!
Very friendly. I had the strawberry tiki delicious 😋 …
I had the brownie pa'ina with vanilla and Oreo cookie crunch ice cream and it was delicious!
Great coffee, great unique ice cream flavors, excellent, fast service
Excellent product & customer service. Best ice cream I've had since Fredo's in Argentina.
Best dessert in waikiki, the smell of waffles is amazing and the ice cream is rich.
great! must try! only bad experience I had a shake but it was very watered down! should be thicker!
Awesome customer service!!! All the desserts was perfectly made... so delicious 😋 …
Ice cream, sorbet, and gelato is great! However, the staff could be more attentive and smile a whole lot more.
Great to see y'all open now that I'm Gone 😢😢😢😢. You all were. Open 1 day, then shut down. I need that Cinnamon Roll in my life. …
A lot of ice cream selections including island flavors. Worth every penny.
Good coffee and ice cream
Great quality ice cream with fun, interesting Hawaiian flavors such as liliquoi.
Yumm great morning coffee. Loved the sweet smells of ice cream and pastries
yummy ice creams, very long line specially at the end of the night.
Killer coffee and ice cream. Prepare to wait but we'll worth it.
Hubby really enjoyed his hot fudge sundae. They gave him a lot
My favorite ice cream flavor is no longer being served up😭 no more coconut macnut fudgeeee …
Quite expensive but great, real ice cream. Just by the beach as well so you can get ice cream and walk along or sit by the shore.
The ice cream here was delicious. Small gem hidden in plain sight!
Excellent choices of ice cream. People high on sugar - beware.. you might get addicted ;)
Sweet Lil ice cream shop, bakery & coffee shop. Coconut Pineapple ice cream is really good.
Brownie with two different types of icecream Topped with whipped cream. Perfect way to cool down on a hot day.
Brilliant ice cream. Family loves going here. Service was good.
The ice cream is absolutely great! I wished they had it on mainland California!
Great iced Americano. And I don't remember what kind of pastry I had but it was really good too.
Wonderful choice of flavors and waffles. One among the best around the area.
Must do passion fruit & coconut ice cream!
Many mahalos. SO delicious. Friends don't let friends drink Starbucks
Great coffee, bagels, scones and they were open at 5:30 a.m.
Banana fudge ice cream in a fresh waffle cone was the best thing I have ever eaten. ever.
Good ice cream. Long lines. Always busy. But tasty
The ice cream here is super delicious and the staff is very friendly. I like you Jarrod :)
Good ice cream place in Hilton Hawaiian Village. Popular and always a line.
Best Ice cream I have eaten
Awsome icecream but super slow service!
Went before dinner to beat the crowd. Great flavors and service was great.
Delicious and the best place to stop and grab your ice cream before heading to the lagoon for the fireworks.
Had to walk very far but ice cream was amazing and totally worth it
Waited 1 hour in line and man! It did not disappoint! Best affogato I had...
Great selection of sorbet and ice cream. Delicious coffee and pastries.
Delicious hot-fudge brownie and icecream! 😋 …
Always busy here but good ice cream and great coffee.
Pricey but delicious. I recommend the sweet potato ice cream.
Best Hawaiian local iced coffee I ever had and the best ice cream that I had on the island.
Best Ice Cream on the Island!!!

Great coffee and ice cream decent prices for Hilton Hawaiian Village .
Best smelling coffee and ice cream waffles cones ever!
Delicious and reasonably priced for a resort. Thank you to the staff.
The flavour of the Kauai Pie coffee was worth the wait and price.
Didn't get ice cream here but their coffee was meh and their service was good.
Delicious ice cream; a Hawaiin classic. Pricey but worth the treat.
The best ice-cream,kept going back each day for more.
If you are in the area this is truly a place you must go for your ice cream or sweet craving!
Great gourmet ice cream!
Great ice cream very cool area for shopping and dinning.
service isn't great, but the ice cream and gelato are awesome!
The macadamia cookie I had was meh but I hear the ice cream is superb.
The caramel macadamia nut cinnamon roll, and the ladies helping us were Fantastic!!!!

This cone is good texture and look.
Excellent Kona blue coffee was a treat and very tasty muffins!
Little pricey and the line can be long. Service is good and coffee is excellent.
Fresh waffle cones! The chocolate icecream was delicious.
Ice creams were rich and tasted so nice.
The flavors of ice cream served here are really good.
Great baking and excellent coffee! It is pricey.
Great ice creams and coffee with fast efficient service
Ice Cream great. Location is cramped, and crazy when crowds flood in!
I enjoyed the Affogato. It's a must
ice cream selections are too limited
Great Hawaiian flavors of ice cream
One of my favorite ice cream flavors on the islands.
Always have to have a Lappert's Kauai Pie when in Hawaii. Love it.
A must have ice cream in Hawaii... Pineapple, coconut muffin was amazing.
Overpriced, but it's Waikiki and there aren't many other ice cream options.
The caramel coconut macadamia nut ice cream is a must!
Great ice cream and a must visit place when in waikiki.
Average ice cream shop. Nothing major, just happens to be in a high foot traffic area
Delicious! Super friendly and nice people!! I highly recommend 😊 …
Best coffee, ice cream and service on the island! I would give 6 stars if I could.
Ice-cream was great and service was fine.
