TL;DR: ice cream is on the pricey side. I recommend just getting a cup instead of a cone so you can save your money for splurge on something else. Tip: You don't "need" ice cream. My justification for getting ice cream outside of the grocery store is for when there is a flavor I have not tried before or cannot get elsewhere. Parking: resort/hotel garages or lots outside the shopping strip only. Minimal street parking if any. Atmosphere: typical ice cream parlor, limited seating. Service: Order and pay at the register. Pineapple Coconut: creamy ice cream with tasty little bits of pineapple. There wasn't a strong coconut flavor though, which I would have appreciated. Sugar Cone: nothing to write home about, just a typical sugar cone.

Can’t go wrong with Häagen-Dazs ice cream! They have lots of options beyond what you can buy at a grocery store.

I personally love ice cream and I almost tried all the variants from this brand. However, visiting the store and having the signature sunae was my first. The picture below is of Banana Split is which has fresh banana, canned pineapple in between the ice cream. I loved it but my husband who had the dulce de leche sundae had banana as well. He wasn’t impressed with too many bananas.

Delicious! Don't have a Häagen-Dazs shop back where I live, way better than buying Häagan-Dazs frozen in the grocery store. Worth the price too, had one everyday while I was in vacation at Honolulu.

Delicious ice cream but the wait was very long. They really need to make it bigger or get some more employees because I was waiting for at least 25 mins. But it was great especially because I have never been to one. Wish we had one of these stores in Kansas! But will for sure go back! The ice cream drinks are pretty delicious!!! .

I happened to enter this ice cream store when there was no other patrons there, which is unusual, but the worker behind the counter ignored me and continued to chat with another person behind the counter. I had to walk and up and down looking at the ice cream flavors and then stand around for another 2 minutes before she made her way over to me. I ordered a mango sorbet which is truly deserving of 5 stars, but the mediocre service dropped my overall rating to 4 stars. It's not cheap here, but if I'm going to have empty calories, I might as well make them count with outstanding taste. There's also a large selection of non dairy ice cream flavors. I'll be back.

My husband is a supreme Butter Pecan lover. Ice cream was on point. Creamy, sweet and so delicious. How can u eat any other. Staff was cool and patient. Bot as many flavors as Baskin Robbins. But they do have good cookie dough.

I liked the large photos of the menu items, made it easy for us to order. There were many tourists who didn't speak english and they just pointed to what they wanted. Smart menu ! By far my FAVORITE ice cream in the World. Friendly staff :) . They were really busy when I cam with my family, but everyone took their turn. I'll be back again for sure!

A delicious treat on a warm day. There was only 1 person behind the counter so it took awhile to serve everyone. It’s a bit pricey for a cup of ice cream but it was quite good.

Very tasty, expensive and very crowded, but that's Waikiki. Is it worth coming here? Well it depends on how much you like to eat. If you ate a good meal and are full, don't come because whatever you get here will be super, super rich. I wouldn't come again, but it's worth considering if you're out walking around and want to eat something.

Excellent ice cream, easily locsted on Kalakua Dr. near Kuhio Beach in Waikiki. This place is reached most easily on foot as parking is very limited and tight. Store is clean, workers are nice and there is a large selection of ice creams, milkshakes, sundaes and more. Expect to stand in line because the place is popular and the interior is set up a bit weird for their ordering lines and it is a bit cramped inside the store. Seating inside is minimal but outside on the sidewalk is just as good! The big downside is the price. Be prepared to pay a premium for your items here. Häagen-Dazs is located right smack dab in the tourist district and you will pay for it. It is easy for one person to spend $8-12 on one item alone. Recommend trying it out but hit a local grocery store if you want more ice cream at a lower price.

I experienceed a few Häagen-Dazs shops in Europe and US and I never got disappointed. American-style gelato, rich and tasty. Not many flavours available at this store, but surely high quality. The staff was kind and friendly too.

Visited while traveling on Oahu. There was a long line, so I stopped by and it was a Haagen-Dazs store. There are various kinds of ice cream. All the products I purchased were delicious and I was satisfied, but when I brought them back to the hotel in the heat, they melted considerably. I think it's better to eat in the store if you eat.

Since there are no stores in Japan, I always stop by when I come to Hawaii. My eyes make me want to eat something fancy like a parfait, but I actually order smoothies or regular ice cream. I can't find a flavor with a particularly premium feel, but I really want to eat Haagen-Dazs ice cream. When I'm in Japan, I sometimes buy ice cream in a cup at the supermarket, but the ice cream I buy and eat at the store feels more delicious.

Big size that I have never seen in Japan (laughs) If you go before 18:00 on Tuesday, you can buy it without waiting. If you take a picture, the larger size costs $9.7 including tax. The small size is a small cup about 2 centimeters. When I tried to take a picture of the parfait, a friendly older brother posed for me ^ ^ Not only the ice cream, but the topping fresh cream is also very delicious. Way to go Haagen Dazs 🍦

Always crowded after dinner. You need to be prepared to wait in line for about 15 minutes because everyone will come for dessert, but it's convenient, so I think it's okay to walk in if you're hungry!

2021.11 There are no Häagen-Dazs stores in Japan, so if you come to Hawaii, you should definitely try it…※parfait Once you eat a parfait called Banana Split, you may never forget it. A normal cone with a little ice cream on top costs $7, but this volume of parfait costs $10, right? Everyone eats parfait! ! By the time dinner is over, there will be a line. If you eat like this all the time, you'll get really fat, but when you go abroad, you should eat a banana split at least once! !

I ordered two of the smallest mini cups I ate caramel corn and bourbon vanilla bean truffles I love both flavors and it was delicious! My friend drank something like a shake, but it was too sweet and he couldn't finish it.

The system is very similar to our country's Baskin Robbins. After choosing the cup size, you choose the taste haha It tastes good haha The only difference is that I have one friend who works part-time at this store. There is a reason why the line for payment and ice cream sales is infinitely long.

Even though it was Häagen-Dazs, I couldn't understand English at all, so I ordered oolong tea. Of course, the staff at the shop couldn't understand Japanese, so it was difficult, but as a result, the staff recommended ❔ Oolong tea mixed with soda ... It was a hot day, so it was light and fizzy, and oolong tea was also an ant. . A pleasant exchange is a good experience.
