Best place in town to get a real banana split! Definitely worth trying, if you have a sweet-tooth like me. They also carry Baskin Robbins ice cream birthday cakes which are customizable and some that are ready to go! Another great option is their ice cream sandwiches. You pick your favorite flavor of ice cream and they place it between your choice of 2 freshly made cookies! And yes, they have quite a few different types of cookies. If you’re in Oahu, you should definitely give them a try!

We live about a mile away from a different 31 Flavors but drive the 4 miles to this location because the staff is friendlier, more efficient, and the portion sizes are very consistent. Yes - even "just scooping ice cream" the service at this place makes a difference. Mahalo!

The young man serving was SO NICE AND WELCOMING!!! Didnt rush us and talked story while we decided from all the delicious flavors. I FINALLY chose one scoop of butter pecan, and one scoop of nutty coconut. They were AWESOME. Definitely will be back!

Our ice cream place. Great selections...ice cream cakes for parties, So good, can get busy and parking seating can be difficult. The team here love for you to try new flavors and very polite..

ok, this place never disappoints. the flavors still changes regularly although the favorites are always there. I like all 31 flavors. every single one lol. the parking lot is decent but sometimes when everyone gets the craving at the same time there may not be room for you. the place is small and only has seats for about 15 people but the ice cream still tastes good standing up. the prices are basically reasonable for real ice cream. they have ice cream for diabetics and for those who want low fat. as for me give me the fat and sugar, I am a lost cause when it comes to B&R.

This place hits the spot when I want to go out for ice cream. Good thing it's not too often because parking stinks. Good thing is on the 31st of each month, it's $1.31 per scoop (no limit). Down side is that it is always super packed. Download the app for additional discounts.

Cute cozy location. The store appeared to be clean. The workers were very nice and quick to help us even though it was a little busy at the time we went. I ordered a single cone with pistachio ice cream. I wish I took a picture but I was to excited to eat it.

Good ice cream. But two stars docked for different reasons: I lost my wallet here with all its cash and a credit card. I don't know who could have taken it but it was never returned. Plus they never have soft serve in stock. I'd go to another ice cream parlor if I could but this one is closest.

Can't go with this place at all! The staff are very friendly. One time I was in there and a homeless lady who smelled horrid came in and wanted something for her birthday. The staff tried their best since the smell was pungent but they gave her a scoop of ice cream with a candle, so they were really nice

Although this is definitely not the closest location to me, somehow whenever I have an ice cream craving or it's time for dessert, I'm here. This location is located right by Punahou Street by Mana Bu's. There's a lot but parking is hit or miss. I'm usually pretty lucky and always have gotten a stall when I come at night. The workers here have always been friendly while I decide what flavor I want and letting me try some flavors too. I always try the flavor of the month when I'm here. However, my heart belongs to mint chocolate chip here. Did you know you get a free scoop of you download the app? Well I just found out and of course downloaded it. I was going the the app to redeem the coupon and before the cashier could scan it, somehow I said redeem and it disappeared! Luckily, she found a way in her register to work around not scanning it so I could get my free scoop. That was super awesome of her! So I guess I haven't been here in awhile. Besides ice cream, ice cream cakes and blended ice cream drinks; they now have ice cream pies and warm cookies, and you can make ice cream sandwiches! Yum! ******** Ice cream, ice cream time. The usual Baskin-Robbins. Above average selection of ice creams and the ice cream was fairly fresh/not freezer burnt. Only downside was the very small parking lot and small interior, which was quite cramped.
