Rolled ice cream with lots of flavors under one roof. There were these amazing young girls who prepared all the rolled ice creams. They all were so nice in doing what they were doing. They have a lot of flavors you can choose from. Kids will love this place actually this place is for all ages whoever loves ice cream. Also try their Lobster roll was tasty. Lil expensive but very delicious. It is going to be our every weekend ice cream place.

Awesome service! Very quiet when I went in which was what I needed, but it was mid day so I assume that's the norm without children. Staff is trained well for sure, they keep you engaged the entire experience. It looks like it's in beginning stages on the inside no character, but ice cream is perf! Can't wait to go back!

Oh my goodness I can not even tell you how amazing my first experience with this ice cream rollery was. Everyone and everybody was very delightful polite and also funny. Personally I put a nickname on my cup and no matter what they have to tell it out wish us quite funny when they roll the ice cream they also make a little drawing out of chocolate or caramel(optional) and they drew me a hotdog the ice cream is very soft and creamy rich. I would recommend the founders favorite with is a flavor it is very delightful and will be very entertaining to watch I hope you have fun at the ice cream rollery I highly recommend to stop there once.

Friendly, quick service, and my kids throughly enjoyed watching their ice cream being prepared. However, at almost $7 a cup it's quite expensive! If I could give half a star I would have give 3.5 as the price is kind of outrageous for what you get.

This is a hard place to review. The ice cream is truly out of this world. It’s incredible. I’d put it up against anywhere. Then you get to the place itself, it’s pretty dull on the inside. If it’s going to take 20-40 minutes to get your order, the air hockey should be free and you should offer some other ways to keep kids occupied (TVs, etc.) because that’s a pretty long time for anxious kiddos to have literally nothing to do!! One other note/suggestion would be to have signs explaining the process of actually ordering, where to stand in line at, and where you actually order. We had a few people that came behind us order before us because what we thought was the line was just customers waiting. EDIT: went back a couple more times and every time the experience improved. Great work!!

Awesome place! Yes, it is a bit pricey but no worse than say, cold stone creamery. My family an I. For three signature dishes and one create your own was 27 dollars. However, it is all hand made, in front of you, and starting from a cream base working it into an actual icecream. Very worth going if you have a few moments to wait!

I live near this location and have been wanting to try it for several months but never made it over. Yesterday I had my 7 year old niece for a girls' day out, so we stopped for dessert after several hours of shopping. There was only one couple in front of us, so not much wait to speak of. Both the female employees and the male employee were super friendly to my niece and I and spoke to us throughout the rolling process. My niece got cotton candy rolls with whipped cream and sprinkles. I got Founders Favorite with a vanilla base (pictured). I wasn't expecting much in taste due to the novelty factor of the ice cream, but it was the best ice cream I've had in a long time and was the perfect portion. My niece really liked hers too. Was a great experience and I've already told my fiance that him and I need to go back.

This was my first time going here,and let tell you. The staff was Great!! very engaging with all the customers with smiles 20min before closing. Now that's out the way the ice cream is delicious I mean delicious I ordered the strawberry cheesecake oh my God it taste a little better than cheesecake factory 😮. The pic is the cookie doe before they rolled it and finished that was good also wish I would've taking a pic of finished product. If you like ice cream you have to go check them out.

Sooooo good! They have some great menu selections to choose from or you can build your own. Even if you choose a menu item, you can still customize it. I had the black raspberry ice cream, it was so rich and delicious. Friendly staff. Quick service. Only 4 stars because it was a bit pricy. $13 for 2 ice creams. Although as soon as they realized I was splitting one of the ice creams between my 2 kids they immediately offered to put it into 2 bowls for them and they did not hesitate to put full toppings on each for no extra charge.

I usually go to the one on Morse due to it being closer but tonight I placed online and they canceled my order as they didn’t have the ingredients as they are always out of product so google maps showed me this location it’s about 25mins from my house but it’s very nice and clean they have some games to entertain the kids and service was fast and efficient. The two men that were there tonight was very nice, very talkative which makes you feel welcome even with them making my big order they still interacted with the other guest as well to keep them happy while they waited. I definitely will be coming back to this location again

I had a blast when I visited here. They are very kind and made me the best ice cream. The kiddos loved it And loved seeing their names spelled out on the ice cream! I noticed Most ice cream shops do not have a vegan option, but they do! I will definitely be coming back again!

My first time going to one of these ice cream roller places. There was 1 family in front of me and one Door Dash order. It took the employees 15 minutes to complete those 2 orders and then be able to help me. Once I ordered another order had come in and they worked on that one before mine as well. All in all I ordered the lobster roll combo (roll, ice cream, and a drink) and waited 25 minutes in the store. The staff seemed very unhappy (not a single smile the entire time I was there). The lobster roll was a bit soggy and the lobster did not seem very fresh. The ice cream was fantastic. I got the berry blast. They handed me the roll and the ice cream and then walked away. I looked at what the combo included and said, "wasn't there supposed to be a drink?" They said they had water. I couldn't believe it. I will not be ordering in the store again. I may order via one of the food delivery places for ice cream only. The manager really needs to bring some joy in the store. You're an ice cream shop...happy day for everyone.

Just awesome. First time I've had it, and it was great. Service was good. It takes a while, but you'll see why when you go. 👍 It's not overpriced. Take a look around, and consider the overhead this type of business has. For starters, the frozen griddles that they MAKE your ice cream on can not be cheap. And it takes a TON of payroll to properly run the place...which they do VERY well. You can't get ice cream fresher than this, unless you just drink the cream- but then it wouldn't be ice cream, would it?

I’ve eaten here a bunch so. It’s only right that I at least leave a review after seeing all these awesome reviews. It’s a great place for families to come and enjoy the art and science behind ice cream it is also a great place to strike a good conversation with one of the employees the bunch of them have Great conversation and they seem to get along with each other very well it seems more like a family establishment more than a business and I genuinely appreciate that. Now let’s get to the ice cream the ice cream is to die for, I am not one for ice cream, I really am not However when I seen the process and watch other people enjoy it I just had to try it for myself I get the perfect butter pecan, and add bananas and it is absolutely delicious the milkshakes are bomb to a lot of people don’t know that they have no shakes but they are awesome and should be a bigger attraction than what they actually are. As much as I see people in there I rarely see anyone get milkshakes and I think they would be more astonished by the process and amazed by the taste. I’ve really seen the store dirty when there aren’t too many people there and cleanliness is definitely next to godliness and this store is blessed and highly favored I wish it and most success and can’t wait to see a franchised

It was a great experience especially for my kids, they picked their own ingredients and the ice cream was made right in front of them. Lots of flavors, they offered a 20% discount just for subscribing to their page on YouTube. Great services was provides as well, staff was patient and made our trip to the ice cream rollery an extraordinaire one.

Ice cream was awesome and the young lady that was making my children's orders was pleasant and talked with them the entire time. It's definitely a busy place right now that everyone is wanting to check out so plan on being patient for your order. We killed time with the air hockey table while waiting. We waited about 30 minutes from the time they took our order to when they called our name for our ice cream to be made. The kids were glued to the glass watching their order get made in front of them.

I think I enjoyed experience more than the ice cream. The ice cream was good, but I have had better. I got a black raspberry base. I didn't really taste the blackberry flavor. However, they put literally an entire slice of cheesecake in it which was pretty cool.

This place was recommended by a friend. Yummy!!!!!! Takes longer than the average ice cream place so don't go if you are in a hurry. If you have a little bit of time - so worth it! Great staff, fun to watch ice cream made in front of you. We will be back!

Really cool place and great concept. Watching them shave the ice cream and neatly place it into a bowl was neat. My only critiques is there is a lack of seating available and when it gets busy, seating is essential. Could use a little more entertainment in the form of games. All in all this is a cool spit to stop and cool down and hang out.

It's good but more of a novelty in how they roll it. Staff was super nice and really helpful. Would probably prefer local ice cream joint which overall has better tasting ice cream. This was also pretty expensive. $6.50 for each serving is a bit much.

First time there and I was very pleased. Great customer service by the young lady, Skye, that waited on us. What was more impressive was the FRESH LOBSTER that rolled into the business as we waited. I will DEFINITELY go back to try the Lobster roll now that can see they truly do use FRESH LOBSTER and not imitation. GREAT JOB!

I personally did not try their product, but have a family member who has. That being said it is my understanding they have an excellent choice with great flavors and great quality of hand rolled ice creams- sorry, but it seems like a spin off of Cold Stone and other such businesses. No problem with that, as there is plenty of room for competition out there! The store on East Broad Street looked very limited as far as any seating available, and they were quite pricey! If this is the trend for ice cream shops in the future, I will learn to make it at home and save a few bucks! If you don't mind paying a little extra for a nice treat, then I think you probably owe it to yourself to give them a try.

Ice cream was good but they need an adult manager in the evening. When I walked in with nephew the three teenage workers were arguing about who was going to go home early and didn't greet or wait on us for at least two minutes of watching them argue with each other. They finally waited on us and put the wrong toppings on my order but it was still good. We may try going back during the daytime.

I like the ice cream here, but had a pretty awful experience with online ordering this evening. I placed my order online and paid, but when I showed up at the given time, I was told, "it looks like nobody wrote it down," so they hadn't started it. They placed my order behind several others, and I stood waiting for an additional 30 minutes. When I got the order home, I found that they had also mixed up one of the bowls. Online ordering and pickup is in desperate need of production planning and improvement.

The ice cream is really good! There was about a 20 min wait when I came. But I did not mind waiting because I understood that this is a new establishment and they have only been in business for a few days as of now. The employees are very nice and the owner is very personable!

The ice cream is definitely one of a kind! My husband and I visited the location in Reynoldsburg the customer service is amazing! I’ve had my share of rolled ice cream but this place was over the top delicious with all of the beautiful combinations, it’s bursting with flavor! Incredibly cool and delectably good! This is literally the freshest you'll ever eat. Choose your flavor, your mix ins and your topping and they make your ice cream literally in front of your face. Such a neat idea and delicious experience!

Nice idea poorly executed. Ordered online, picked up in store about 3 minutes after the time on the order. Staff friendly and professional, store was busy - but social distancing and rules observed. Ice cream did not have toppings - brownies or whipped cream as ordered - written on the cup that they were out. Ice cream rolls were freezer burnt. It’s a 2 star for the ice cream, 4 star for the staff.

The Ice Cream is pretty good and the production process is unique. They make it in front of you so there is no air whipped into it like you get from ice cream in the container. Of course, since they make your ice cream to order, all the mix-ins and flavors are yours to choose. The menu has 8 or so suggestions but the ingredients list is longer so you can go down any path you like. There are a handful of bases, lots of mix-ins, and sauces, whip cream, and other toppings to choose from. The process takes time so a wait is normal. They call your name when your cup hits the production block so you can see and oversee the creation of your ice cream. The show is definitely part of the process. It is a bit of an event so don't expect to be in and out... Relax and enjoy the experience!

I’m giving a 3 only because the ice cream is so good. The atmosphere and the decors is something to be desired. I waited for 45 minutes to order than other hour and 15 minutes to get my ice cream. The employees could be more friendly and more attentive to the customers. I didn’t feel any excitement while waiting or at any other point in time. I ordered 3 different items and each was made by a different person at 3 different station that made things strange for 1 person. Also no lids or carrying cup or bag or anything was offered. An employee could/should have offered to help me to my car. I will definitely come back because the ice cream so good but it will be awhile from now after the place has calmed down. My recommendation to the owner is to pretend your a customer so you can see how the execution is so flawed. Update... So was my second trip here. I’m still not pleased with the decors and really the whole interior it’s not inviting at all. The wait time today was much better actually I didn’t wait at all. The cashier was very friendly and offered an explaination of the menu and what her favorites are. The people making the ice cream were friendly and paid attention to the customers unlike my last visit. The one girl was making an icecrwam for a little girl spelled her name with the syrup, that was a nice touch. The only disappointment today was my ice cream the cookie dough was horrible I threw it away after a few bites. The rolls weren’t very tight which made the ice cream mush together and change the fun of the rolled ice cream. I’ll still be back but I won’t ever get that again. The Peanutbutter one is really good.

I found Ice Cream Rollery through Instagram and within 20 mins I was there having my first one! I tried the Berry Blast with Vanilla as the base. It was SO GOOD!! The staff was so energetic and inviting to everyone too. Overall I had a great experience. If you’re considering trying it, I highly recommend going. I will be back!

First of all the place was super clean. One big thing I notice where ever I go, Bon and Tyrone Wilson. Wow amazing customer service above and beyond offering suggestions and creative flair. I really enjoyed my experience at the rollery more so than any other ice cream place. (Including other rolled places). What set it for me was the customer service I am an above average customer to please and I will be back. Grade A job

The amount of lobster on the roll was perfect, and it had a great butter, garlic sauce incorporated 😋that tasted was great! I had the jumbo and couldn't pick it up b/c lobster was falling out. A bigger bun would help, but more bread takes away from the lobster (I get it) I'll definitely be back …

The kids and I love this place! The only issue I had this last time was I came In and ordered and noticed the girl was grabbing our cups putting her fingers inside and hadn't washed her hands I asked for new cups bc if what i had seen and she immediately washed her hands and gave us new cups.

Are you an addict to delicious smooth ice cream? How about ice cream with candy? My first experience here was awesome! If you like the DQ Blizzard, this will be better, no doubt about it! The candy selection is extensive. None of that clone candy like DQ uses, real legit name brand candy. The price was in the $6-$7 range but the quality is so much better than DQ. I keep comparing them to DQ. I had the Peanut Butter Brilliance which is very much alike the Reese's Cup Blizzard, from 30 years ago when they used real Reese's Cup pieces. Perfection in a cup. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating. I definitely will be back!

Vegan, lactose free & sugar free ingredients available. This place is the BEST. I just went to it for the first time and I was amazing. I've watched videos online of them making it and it is way cooler in person. They even have a couple games there while you wait.
