I love Rita’s and quite literally stumbled upon this location. I couldn’t pass it up, so I got a small cotton candy italian ice. There was a small line, but we got through it very quickly. It was so delicious and it was a great treat for a warm day! There is a small seating area near the ordering window that we sat at, and it was nice to be able to sit down and relax.

The first time I ever heard mention of this place was on an episode of 'This Is Us'. We're from MI so we weren't familiar with it. We were happy to find this location in downtown Columbia where we now live. The young lady who served us on 8-16-22 at about noon was pleasant and helpful. That was so very appreciated because service with a great attitude is a thing of the past. We will DEFINITELY be back after tasting that cup of creamy frozen amazingness!

My family and I were in town for a concert and stopped here after dinner. We used to have a Rita's in our town but it has been closed for a while so this visit was a nice treat.

Good Custard. Got the Chocolate Milkshake and was not disappointed. Service was fast, friendly, and outstanding. Could use a little more seating but what was there is good. Well worth a visit!

Everything was good except got the concrete thing I bought. The cup was just barely half way full. I paid $6 for it and only got about half of what I was supposed to get. Maybe SC does things different than Pennsylvania?

I really love Italian ice. It is pretty tasty, all the flavors. Smooth and icy. This location was pretty small and in a random location. But workable. You park on the street and there are little tables for you to enjoy your ice. It was pretty relaxing, car watching was cool. The four stars are because the Italian ice speaks for itself.

The place is an outdoor ordering and eating place, and it's a little hard to spot, because of its size. However, the service was fast, the girl working there was very kind, they have great Italian ice and frozen custard.
