I thought the cotton candy ice cream had a stronger/better flavor than cold stone’s!! Also great service, very friendly towards customers. I would definitely stop by again for some ice cream

I really enjoyed my trip to Marble Slab today! The ice cream and cookies were fresh. Thanks to the workers on the evening shift! They even offered us advice on what we should try! 10/10 must come again! Major shoutout goes to Isis for making us feel welcome and customer service on point! Gabe and Chelsea were great as well.

My first time at a Marble Slab. It is better than Baskin Robin's in my opinion. The atmosphere was friendly and I got to try a couple samples. Everyone made me feel nice. Will return. My son and I enjoyed the ice cream and toppings very much. Thank you.

My husband works in the area, so we frequent here alot. We are never disappointed! The service is wonderful, considering the fact that they are always busy and short staffed. They make do and serve with a smile. I often notice that people tend to come in right at closing, and they still serve with a great attitude, despite probably being exhausted from a long day. Not sure why the reviews are complaining of wait times. Just like any place else, theres going to be a line. If you don't have time to wait, you have the option of going somewhere else. Keep up the good work, guys!

Service was good. Place is clean the young lady Hannah was super sweet and very good service from her. Will be coming back More. This place helps young people to get a chance to get a job because most places need experience and most of the young people here don't have that so people who got complaints need to think about that and support this place. Their ice cream is very good and has gotten even better. The place is clean just people don't see what go's on all day with many people coming in and they don't have time to clean every second because they do stay busy. But it is clean. Yes could use some upgrades and investments to make it better but for the most part this is a very good place and I would come back. The Manger is very nice and helpful . Hannah is very sweet and respectful. New workers are doing a good job and they are trying their best to keep it up and every one happy.

Always love the ice cream but they never want to give enough. Your paying $4 for a small but they don't want to give you enough ice cream. The workers are okay. I always go there but sometimes I get the impression that they don't want me to come to the store. But like I said I love the ice cream.

Service is great, lines can be very long at times. Need more employees at times, but they get the job done. What I don't like is that they don't have many options in non fat ice cream, they always run out if it, an vanilla should always be a non fat flavor. They run out if cookies & they could use more cookie choices like most Great American Cookie stores

The cookies were delicious, but EXPENSIVE!! There was a couple ahead of us who got 2 tiny cups of ice cream (with toppings mixed in), and their total cane to almost $15! We purchased 10 regular cookies (buy 10, get 3 free), and our total was almost $18! There was only 1 person waiting on customers, but there were obviously other workers in the back because they could be heard talking and laughing. It was a bit of a wait, but the service was excellent. So the 3 stars are based on wait time and price.

The ice cream is great, however I’ve been several times and this place does not close at 10pm. One time, there were several customers waiting outside, disappointed because the place was shut down and the workers inside said they closed at 9pm. We were all sitting there with google pulled up where it showed 10pm as the closing time, so an update to that would be good. There were also no hours posted.

Marble slab is one of our favorite ice cream shops. Everything was good! It was two thing that was off. The first thing was the girl's bathroom wasn't working so we had to use the boy's bathroom.Secondly, when my daughter was eating her ice cream, there was parchment paper in her cone. When I went to the counter, they said they cover the ice cream with paper at night to keep it fresh. They offered an apology, but didn't remake the cone. Nice friendly staff otherwise.

The associate by the name of Sean provided superb customer service. I hope management gives this young man a raise or at least some praise. He even remembered my order when it was only my second time having him serve me.

Not only is the Ice Cream delicious the customer service is great! I went there tonight for some birthday ice cream. I wanted to try something new but was unsure, the young lady working suggested Black Cherry and Cheesecake...My new favorite combination

Tastes great, love the unlimited toppings/mix-ins, but the prices are expensive!!! (I did have a safety issue one time which the employees didn't take care of, but I emailed management just to make them aware. They responded through email.)

Another location had a miscommunication and did not make the cake I ordered. Thank you for providing a replacement cake and writing the message on the premade cake. I really appreciate it. I know it was a busy when I walked in but you all made time.

It's not closed. It just moved next to GameStop. But this location, like the one on Gervais, almost never has the Blue Cotton Candy flavor. Why Marble Slab allows these franchises to routinely be out of one of their creations is anyone's guess.
