I love this chain. The food has never disappointed us. The reason for the 4 stars is bc the last time we went my orange Julius was so sour I just assumed the milk may have gone bad. But I'll still go back. All of their food is good.

The drive thru microphone has been broken here for several months. They still operate the drive thru but you have to order, pay, and receive your items all at the window. This means that they are serving one car at a time with no hope of any efficiency. My blizzard was correct and good on the most recent visit but the time before it was served to me by a girl who was crying her eyes out and it was not made or mixed correctly.

The young lady at the register was very nice. I asked if she had a twin sister bc I swear she must work at the other circle k on old two notch....she said she worked there too. Hardworking young lady, a pleasant experience everytime she is there when I come in.

This location is pretty good it is attached to a gas station which is pretty convenient as well the staff on the inside seem to be pretty reckless it took a long time for them to prepare food

Yes it's dairy queen and you normally know what to expect. DQ is always pretty good, but I wanted to give a 5 star review because of the great cashier at this location. I did not catch her name, but it was around 5pm and she was refreshingly pleasant to our kids and myself. What a great personality she had. this DQ location should feel fortunate to have this employee .

Another great store for the money and they have Great Dessert sale of ice cream and the food is really decent too don't have a problem with them The Price is Right just right and we eat is good too nice and roomy most of all they know for the great treat and it's worth the money never have a problem five stars keep it up wish there was more of them around town

This is the only Dairy Queen within a reasonable distance. It is attached to a gas station. With the pandemic their hours have changed somewhat. I went through the drive thru and the person at the window was courteous and energetic. I received my order quickly. I grew up going to Dairy Queen and I will always choose it over any other ice cream shop. I will recommend going to this DQ but would advise choosing a stand alone shop if you have the option.

We drive a good distance to this location to get my 88 year-old mom her favorite treat, a Turtle Blizzard. Every trip is different in terms of how long it takes to get the treats, but the Blizzards are consistently delicious, full of creamy sweet ice cream and candy. The store has struggled during the past year, but the employees here are always polite. One day we waited in a long drive-thru line. When we made it to the window, we were greeted by an exhausted manager who gave us our treats for free, to thank us for our kindness and patience. Apparently many people ahead of us had been rude to her workers who had been working hard to get the orders ready and served through their window, as the indoor dining was closed due to the pandemic. We will continue to visit this location.

Not fast food. The drive thru was achingly slow, both in line and at the window. Update: The owner response below seems to be quite common in the Reviews. Understanding that timeliness is important is great, but what is being done to rectify the problem? Inviting customers to come back isn't a fix. Let us all know when the process has been fixed and we may come back to confirm.

Ice cream was delicious, customer service was great...young people that were working were so much fun, even though they were so busy they took their time with every customer. We traveled 25min but it was well worth it. We*ll definitely be back again!!!!

I love me some DQ!! The staff is usually pretty awesome as well. My only downfall is the wait! I waited in the drive thru for 35 mins on a dip cone. Unfortunately the ice cream was too soft to be dipped. DQ, please fire more staff. Your customers will appreciate it.

Nobody answers the phone. I’ve called 10 times and they just let it ring. UPDATE: I took a chance and went anyway, their ice cream machine was down, but the young lady working was very polite and said their truck just pulled up that it’ll take 15 minutes or so for me to get my brownie batter blizzard. The blizzard was AMAZING. I went from 2 stars to 4. Please look into getting the phone answered. The pandemic has caused countless grey areas when it comes to businesses.

Every time I’ve came here the line is wrappped out to the parking lot, but the guys who work the window have never once complained and I’m always greeted with a positive attitude. -and my Georgia mud fudge is made perfectly every time.

Was a bit of a wait at the drive thru. Was 10 minutes after I ordered before I got to the window and then listened to him taking another order. I then paid and watched him go and start making my blizzard took me 20 minutes to get a blizzard at the drive thru. Many opportunities to improve there.

All i can say is being there is inly 1 employee running the whole place i pray and hope he is making great money i waited in line 42 mins just to get a soft serve chocolate ice cream cone. He's doing all he can as the 1 and only employee but i wanted it bad enough to wait no need to complain to him i still tipped him $5 due to the fact so many employers underpay and i know the struggle of trying to survive on fast food income they make billions he makes pennies. Thanks to the 1 that fixed my soft serve it was great!nworth the wait 4 sure. Now im 40 mins behind my road trip of getting home but its all good.

This location is inside the truck stop on Highway #6. It a little small but it's not usually overcrowded. The ice cream is outstanding and they offer a lot of different sundaes, shakes and blizzards, which of course is handed to you upside down. 😁 They don't offer much in the way of hot foods, and what they do have is microwaved. I suggest sticking to the ice cream!

Purchase a mint chocolate chip shake and pineapple mango smoothie. I received a chocolate shake. I explained the error and he responded, "I only heard chocolate. I thanked him and pulled off. Customer service leaves something to be desired.

Only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because of the wait time. They are low staffed so it's a little bit longer in line. Employees are always very kind, and down to earth.

I went here on a Tuesday night. I went inside to order. There was only one employee working the entire store. He was friendly but short with answers or comments. He took at least 2 people through the drive thru before me and then took my order. This Diary Queen has always been slow but it's ridiculous to think that one employee can keep up with all the orders in a timely manner. My ice cream was good though. This is one of those stores where you have to decide if the wait is worth the outcome.

The treats are worth the wait and you should expect to wait if it's hot outside and a day off for people. Every treat is handmade and it takes a little time for each person. It is a small place inside the gas station and only one ice cream machine is working.

We visited this location to celebrate my children's first day back to school and the Assistant Manager (Marquise not 100% sure of his name) that was serving us was very helpful to us and every patron that ordered in my presence. The Blizzards we ordered and Ice cream cone were real good. Looking forward to my next visit.

Let me start off by saying that I used to run restaurants. I know the whole, "cogs and labor cost etc" that plague closing managers. That being said, my family stops by at least once a week for some evening ice cream. It is always great, and that staff seems to be working as hard as they can, though you see the defeat in their eyes. Lines are always long, both drive through and inside, and the wait is never shy of 15 minutes just to reach the window. The prices are low, so I get that you probably can't afford to bring in a third person (I say third because I never see more than 2, though there may be more.) But if you can't hire another to help, at least pay these guy more. Night after night, it's epic defeat for them, yet they tough it out.

Always delicious. Beware if the gilr is working there, your blizzard will not be mixed all the way to the bottom and the mixing attachment on the cup will still be on the cup when you are given your blizzard.

The mint Oreo Blizzard I received was delicious. The wait was bad however. Nothing was said to the people waiting and one of the workers ignored us. There were 3 people behind the counter and one of them rolled their eyes at us.

Fast Service, clean but serving Blizzards in small size needs some adjustments as they place inserts to help with overflow of melting ice cream but insert hangs over lower container allowing lots of dripping at over lapping insert, more like a excerpt around cup.

This Dairy Queen location typically has decent customer service and the prices are an about average for an ice cream place. The biggest negative can be the wait here which always seems to be long even when there are not other customers.

This has become a weekend tradition coming here and getting a Royal Oreo Blizzard from our favorite guy Quezo. He always has a positive attitude and a smile on his face. Mr quezo made our visit there very helpful we went to celebrate my son's first practice competition and the gift card I had was not working right after calling the number and the card was found to have the right amount on it he made our order and let us keep the card..my family and I were very impressed and will continue for now on to make this our stop after every competition for now on!
