My husband and I really enjoyed the ice cream creations we tried. The young ladies at the counter were very friendly and quick, so I got mine first lol. The owner dropped in and greeted all the customers he was very nice- very likeable. I like the way he spoke to the young ladies he was very nice and respectful they seemed to like him. IT MADE FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE. We love this Coldstone and return often.

Little bit of a line when we got in there, but that's a good thing! Was greeted my 3 smiling faces ready to take our orders. The girls were friendly and handled the crowd like the bosses they were. Ice cream was good and the lobby was getting cleaned when the rush was over. Watched them work as a team and take the trash out. Great staff and great product. Top tier CSC!

Overall, the place is good, I am a repeat customer. I do have issues occasionally, ice cream not cold enough and melted before I get it. Inconsistent portions, every time I get the Love It size, but it will be a super small portion, a medium portion, and occasionally an excessive portion. Recently I found out I am lactose intolerant and was surprised to see that there is only one dairy free option. And it is usually really soft almost melted. Again, I complained most of this post but I am a frequent customer. I love their rewards system too. It is worth signing up for.

Their ice cream is my favorite. Lately, however, service is horribly slow and they are understaffed on their busiest days. Last week, I went on a Sunday and stood in line for thirty minutes. Since no staff was available to clean the dining area, the tables were dirty and sticky. The two employees that were working remained friendly, professional, and courteous even though I could tell they were overwhelmed.

I had the best cake buying experience with this location. On Thursday, I called to ask some questions about having a birthday cake made for today. The employee was quick with answers and a solution for a substitution. I drove from 2 hours away, to pick it up today. It was such a pretty cake! The lady working had made it fresh this morning and it looked fabulous! I took it to celebrate my daughter's 20th bday with her roommates, who also enjoyed that yummy cake! Thanks for exceeding my expectations:)

I really like this place, but I don't know if the older gentleman behind the counter is an owner or just a worker. Either was he was in a hurry or just not feeling like working. He barely gave my quart of icecream any of the add ins I asked for & barely mixed it together. Normally I wouldn't post a bad review but lately a lot of places have just not been in it. I'm a chalk this poor service up to COVID19.

Fast, friendly service. Delicious ice cream. But eating inside became increasingly difficult because the compressors for the display freezers with the cakes were loud (approximately 80dB from across the room), fatiguing my ears.

I had such a great experience here yesterday I had to share. I wanted Moose Tracks but they didn't have it, so they made it from scratch just for me! The same gentleman also honored a coupon I had that I didn't even realize until I left that it was for another place!

I had an absolutely fabulous experience there. Unfortunately I did need get the girls name that helped me. However my son is allergic to peanuts and she was SO helpful. I got him the Oreo overload and she went to the back to make sure to not get any cross contamination. Y'all rock. The place was clean and y'all made sure to make our experience all worth it. Thanks guys for going above and beyond.

Cold stone is THE best ice cream place there is! The staff is friendly and sometimes when you leave a tip, they'll sing you a little thank you song! Seriously though, the cake batter ice cream is insanely delicious!!!!

Although I did not hear the famous singing of the Cold Stone workers in this store's location, like they do in Virginia, the service was about the same. Of course, the ice cream is always delicious.

It's more or less like any other Cold Stone I've ever been to. If you've never been to a Cold Stone, picture a typical ice cream shop: tubs of ice cream behind a glass display, cups and cones nearby showing what sizes they have, decent selection of fruit and sugary toppings (i.e. crushed-up Oreos, Snickers, Heath bars, etc), and a few teenagers behind the counter. Ok, so you choose your ice cream and toppings BUT, instead of getting a scoop with the toppings sprinkled on top, they flatten out the ice cream on a cold stone (ahhh, now the name makes sense), put your toppings inside, and knead it. Then they scoop it up, and you know the rest. The ice cream itself is less hard than most other places, but not nearly as soft as soft-serve/frozen yogurt. And for the folks that have been to Marble Slab and are wondering what the difference is, Marble Slab is to Cold Stone what Taco Bell to Chipotle, or McDonald's to Five Guys--similar products but one clearly tastes better.

Service was slow and employees seemed clueless. Our party was skipped over bc the employee would not listen that we were not with the couple in front of us. Then blamed a newer employee passing off blame. Not professional behavior.

There was a line of about 10 people, and it doesn't move overly fast, but when each item is prepared to order, folks are willing to wait patiently as we were. The ice cream is amazing and people are generally happy with the final product because they can customize their order and the combinations are endless. Nice job everyone!
