I ordered a caramel electric birthday cake and had a great experience. Ordering the cake was easy in person. It was ready on time and was absolutely beautiful. I got so many compliments on the cake. It was delicious and very well made!!

Nice place to get dessert. The Personnel working there are really friendly fast and courteous. Plenty of space and tables to sit outside and eat. Very limited space inside to eat. They have great birthday ice cream cakes also. The inside looks clean.

What a great group of people who work here. My wife and I came in to try some ice cream. I got 2 scoops and she got a Sundae. We forgot to mention she doesnt like peanuts and they put them on the sundae. We asked to remake it at our cost but they re did the sundae at no charge. Will definitely be coming back!

Fast service. They have lemon custard! This ice cream is refreshing, critrusie (new word) and incredibly creamy! Yum. I had it as a milkshake with $1 off medium.

Great Icecream! Flavor of the month oreo with caramel is great! Drive thru friendly and fast. Cards or cash accepted. Receipts normally have offers on them to use during next purchase. Samples available inside. Coolers with icecream and icecream cakes available to purchase! Location is ok. Outside seating available.

The young man who served us today at the drive thru was very patient as we decided what we wanted and our sundaes were delicious! However, the portions were small compared to what I've had from other BR stores in the past. I may stop again if in the area but wouldn't make a special trip there.

Great product of course (its ice cream), but I would recommend following the directions of what the customer ordered being their were nuts put on my sons ice cream whose highly allergic to them. I only asked for am additional topping of whip cream and cherries. Plus learn to allow the customer to take their time ordering being you only have a million items on the menu. It's like a drag race trying to order and making sure your order is right. I try to sympathize with this place. Even though it looks like a bunch of middle school kids running it.

Ordered the pulled pork over rice with Mac and cheese and corn bread. To start, the corn bread is different than any I have ever had. It was absolutely amazing. Super moist and the right amount of sweet. The Mac and cheese was good, but the pulled pork made the meal. I am a NC resident so vinegar sauce is always my go to. The heat to the sauce was a nice surprise. It wasn’t over powering, but not weak either. The meat had a great smoked flavor, and was very tender. Serving size is also plentiful. I have found my new bbq joint.

You can't go wrong with ice cream. What makes this establishment great is the young ladies/gentlemen that works there. You can tell customer service is a top priority here, and these kids have great manners/respectful. This is becoming extinct, so I appreciate seeing our youth joyfully working and trying to earn some money all while having great manners. Keep up the great work!

My wife & I enjoyed banana splits, while enjoying a cool evening, with a gentle breeze. They were delicious with three scoops of ice cream, banana split in half, three flavors of toppings, whipped cream and Maraschino cherries on top ! Hungry ? Drive right on over to "BASKIN-ROBBINS" and just try some of wonderfully, delicious 31 flavors. They offer a variety of products for sale, including some shakes, etc. You're NOT there, yet? The youngsters working there are friendly, fast, efficient so that you may enjoy your ice cream in a timely manner. A score of 100 for such an enjoyable treat any day they're open. 04/29/19).

The ice cream is great! I was having a difficult day and my car broke down. Man is it hot outside. When I buy $10 worth of ice cream, you still feel the need to charge me a dollar for 2 small water cups, really? I was disappointed about that. Then the manager said something to his employee, didn't seem to like that my car was stuck in the middle of the road. Yeah, me neither. I'm on it. And your welcome for the patronage.

I just left the drive thru with my brother and a young lady on the mic sounded like she hated her job and didn’t have very good customer service. We asked how she was doing because her tone was so rude, she then ignored our question. I asked my brother to ask the young man who was at the window and he didn’t say her name, he wasn’t rude though. I was very disappointed when also being at the window seeing another girl wipe her nose.

This was my 3 year olds first time going and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The Girl's working behind the counter were SO SO SWEET and Understanding about the fact that she Had never been in a place that had so many different YUMMY looking ICE CREAMS and it was a must we try some of them before we could MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION... LOL😂 They even gave her cute little rings. It was GREAT FOR MOMMY AND SKYLAR! WILL FOR SURE BE GOING BACK

A guy named Elliot let my family in after they closed and helped us out. Such a nice guy even though he was busy closing the store he took time out of his shift to help us. Great crew and clean dining area. 10/10

I always go to Baskin-Robbins and no matter what type of ice cream or what ridiculous ice cream my kids might order whether it's just regular vanilla are strawberries with wet walnuts and rocky road ice cream they make it happen!!!Amazing customer service I cab truly say Baskin-Robbins is holding up to their name!

Baskin Robins has beem my favorite ice cream for many years up until the past 2- 3 years or so. One scoop is almost $4, which is too expensive. Then to add more salt to the wound, they don't even fill the cone. They just fill the scoop and place it on the cone. What I have been doing, I make them show me the cone with the ice cream before I pay for it. It's really ridiculous, wasn't like this before.

Yummy the ice cream was great, but the staff just puts scoop of ice cream on top of cone instead of inside. Increasing risk of loosing the ice cream. We still enjoyed our ice cream.

Visited this establishment as my son's birthday request and while the ice cream was fine, the staff was rude as heck. High school age workers who were less than friendly and almost seemed bothered that we were there.
