An very fast and easy to order your choice of dessert. The ice cream was nice and cold but soft. In the end, an place worth the price.

Tonight was sweet, and that means Cold Stone Creamery, service was slow but worth the wait as the lines were long, online ordering was high, and the process of making each order is tedious, ice cream needed to be frozen colder as it was runny by the time it was mixed and served, lots of choices for ice cream (which is made fresh daily) as well even more choices for mix-in, online ordering is available for pick up and skipping the lines, orders online ready in about 20 minutes, personal observation is prices online appear more expensive versus in person, no taste samples due to Covid as well as no eating in, all staff are wearing masks with contact less delivery of orders in shop. Will definitely be coming back when the need for sweet treats is needed!

Honestly, for the price, I feel like this is a luxury I can live without. The ice cream is good, but not $30 good for 2 love its and 1 like it. That included 2 free kids sizes because it's a Tuesday. If I'm gonna spend that much, would rather hit Dairy Queen and get large cones. IMHO.

My experience was mostly good. My first time going into the store (I usually have my wife get it) . Ice cream was fantastic. Problem was the young lady who helped my wife. First she threw the ice cream on the stone, it nearly missed, the co worker gave her a look for throwing the ice cream,so she makes the ice cream, 2 dishes, puts the lid on them, went to carry them but grabbing the lid only, so what happened, one fell to the floor and spilled. Her answer-oh well, it slipped out of my hands. The look on the co worker was not happy, then she tells her co worker to make another and she goes too the back!! I was like WOW. I made a comment to the lady who rang us out, I said former employee of the month? The girl didn't answer, just rolled her eyes. That said it all.

I am giving 4 stars for the workers working today, they were trying very hard. Unfortunately the manager came in and started telling the guy making my ice cream that he was taking too long and needed to hurry up. The young kids working were very friendly saying yes ma’am and yes sir. This place would do much better if they had a better manager.

Cold Stone Creamery has a lot of options of ice cream and toppings. My favorite combination is cheesecake icecream with toasted coconut and almonds. Some of the employees are very "overly " hyper and some are very "boring" the line moves pretty quickly and I feel that you get what you pay for! Portions are good.

We stopped in and picked up some ice cream, the service was good. 3 of the 4 flavors were really good but the 4th was supposed to be pistachio however all that could be tasted was the green food coloring, there were no pistachios in it. I personally have never had pistachio ice cream that didnt have pistachios in it, that includes store bought.

Delicious ice cream, very expensive for what you get. There was a black curly hair in my ice cream..the girl constantly was touching her hair as I watched her work. It happens, but still gross to dig into while eating.

People were nice enough. But we literally got half of the ice cream as we usually get. Our cups were not even full. The ice cream is good usually is but it’s not worth the price tag when you order a gotta have it and get as much as your kids usually do with a like it. They literally left ice cream on the ice table and threw it away. If that’s that we are suppose to get, that’s fine. But, people need to be consistent

They redeemed themselves today on 6/26/22. Casey is an awesome employee. He took my order started with new implements, and then realized halfway through that he hadn't changed his gloves and they might be trained. He told me what happened and said he was starting again after washing everything. The ice cream was perfect with no traces of problems. I will go back there again. Ask for Casey! They were dangerous today. Must have been a new girl helping me. I said I'm allergic to nuts. She gave me a blank stare. I said please use freshly clean implements and a new container (ice cream). It looked like she may have used a spot that just had open peanut butter containers on it. I gave her the benefit of the doubt since she did twice it was clean. I should not have. An epipen and the ER on mother's day is awful. I am so disappointed in them.

Came in this evening with my mom and my kids. The ice cream is delicious but the service aspect of this business is seriously lacking. My son wanted a Lucky Charms ice cream blend which he thought they had. We get to the counter and ask the staff if they have that blend and the girl working the counter had a very rude tone and just said "No". I completely understand not having that particular combination and my son was fine with ordering something else but how hard is it to be respectful and possibly even offer a similar combination. My mom asked for a hot fudge sundae and they acted like we asked for the moon to be roped and hung on a silver platter. What she ended up getting was a huge chunk of vanilla ice cream with a few very, very thin lines of chocolate sauce. When I attempted to ask them if they could please put more fudge on the ice cream, the person preparing the order had already walked away and the girl who was working the register rushed to ring up my order. We were the only ones in line during this experience. Nobody else showed up until our order was being paid for. I tipped the workers the highest tip option on the screen only because the size of the order. We will think long and hard about coming here again.

Good ice cream! However I ordered online 40 minutes before they closed and arrived shortly after to pick up my family’s ice cream to find the doors locked and the lights off nearly 20 minutes before they close. Luckily someone happened to walk out and see me standing outside and gave me my order.

The workers are amazing, very kind & aim to please. They had an extremely large variety of products; some I've never seen before till coming to this location. I will definitely be coming here often. They hit the nail on the head when it comes to customer service, plus their hand soap and lotion in the restroom smells amazing. They are the bomb dot com; would definitely recommend to a friend!

The ice cream was delicious and of a calibre that can only can be delivered via an establishment that employs cold stone technique. The service however, left a sour taste in the mouth. It was as if it were a demeaning experience for the employees to be subjugated to such horrendous tasks as, keeping the dining area clean, serving customers and counting back change. If your outing experience is in any way influenced by the level of service rendered for tender exchanged, I would advise a different venue.

The Cheyenne Cold Stone suffered the same problem that all Cheyenne stores, they have lots business for the first few months, then none. So the store sometimes is a little dirty. If you can get past that, it has good food.. My favorite is Vanilla cream with Cinnamon and a York peppermint patty in it.

My founders favorite was good, but the silk chocolate my wife got (because the regular chocolate was gone or nearly so) wasn't that flavorful and the young gentleman doing the mixing didn't put very much of each of the ingredients she wanted put in. Disappointed to say the least. Maybe she should have spoken up and had him add more "stuff", but she didn't. Next time.
