Nice ice cream store. Get a cup, cone, sundae, shake, cake or more. Tons of flavors and toppings, but NO SUGAR FREE. I guess Baskin Robbins doesn't mind missing the boat on the 10% of the American public that's diabetic. Hey guys, maybe two flavors and you'd have a customer for life. Lots of benches outside after you get your screamers. Three helpful people on the counter. Good parking.

Great staff. We were 6 with different orders and they took care of us in about 5 minutes. Alot of good flavors. I tried Pistachio Almond and Baseball Nuts and both were delicious. Highly recommend.

Ice Cream..... Ice Cream. ..... Ice Cream. Definitely the best place to get your ice cream fix on. They'll put it in a cone, cup, or fresh baked waffle cone. This location is great because it's on a side street, not stuck right in the middle of a mall. There's plenty of seats inside and a few picnic tables outside to enjoy your favorite flavor and the weather. The place is nicely clean and organized, staff is really courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice quiet and quick treat.

They have a lot if regular ice cream flavors... choc chip, vanilla, cookie dough, reese's, etc. Pricey for ice cream but was okay. I got a double scoop of choc chip cookie dough in a choc dipped cone.

Great ice cream flavors, treats, cakes, shakes, etc @ average prices for these days. Anyone who says "too expensive" needs to remember prices on everything are high now. I'd recommend they go somewhere else for soft serve "ice cream" like DQ or McDonald's. BR is always busy but the staff is quick & courteous. Can be a little hard to find a parking spot sometimes but worth it.

The service was great but the pumpkin cheescake was amazing! I'm not a pumpkin everything person. I would buy this ice cream again. I also had a scoop of Rocky Road it was also amazing. The two mixed together was like a nutty chocolate and pumpkin cheescake. Yummy!!

Every time I'm within a few miles of Kanawha City, I make it a point to come here. The staff is always friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. It's a little bit of a smaller place so there's not much room to eat inside of there, but there's plenty of room just outside. Unlike most shops in this area, Baskin Robbins actually has a decent little parking lot.

We go to Baskin-Robbins 31 Flavors fairly often & it's usually not too busy this early in the warm weather season. Covid rules (masks required & capacity limits) are posted on the door & thankfully enforced unlike some other establishments. Covid also has required extra cleaning routines which is an obvious improvement. In general, the staff is young but friendly & fairly quick serving customers. Parking is still a little tight but better than it used to be with the addition of & improvements to the parking spots across the small side street.
