Best ice cream in Nampa. Staff is usually pretty friendly and the owner is a nice guy too. They have a lot of flavors on rotation so there's always something to try, even for people with food allergies or diet restrictions. If you go, try the milkshakes!

Service was great. Cool vibe. Ice cream was high on sugar, low on flavor and had to be eaten very quickly because it wasnt quite cold enough. It went liquid as soon it hit the cone. Flavors are tailored to a childs pallette.

Pretty decent ice cream shop. It's great to have something like this in Nampa instead of going out to Ada county. I had the salted caramel which tasted very good. My wife needs dairy free, so she had the dairy free chocolate and it was okay. Nampa in general is dumb in it's layout, so the proximity to Boise Fry and people driving from their parking spot right by you if you're sitting out front isn't the most calming experience with kids. Service was pretty good and the place was clean. I will definitely be going back.

I've been to Stella's several times and I can say that it is one of the most fun and delicious treat spots in the treasure valley! They always have something that I haven't tried yet, the portions are HUGE and they have a stamp card, so get one because you will be going back! Everything is homemade and all of the ice cream flavors are amazing and creamy!

I don't know how it took me so long to discover Stella's. Now that we know it's here, we have been almost every week. The ice cream is delicious and the prices are very good. If they are offering Cookie Cookie when you visit, I strongly recommend that you try it!

Hands down the BEST ice cream in town. Unique offerings and great service and prices are very reasonable. Parking can be a challenge, but a little walk before and after ice cream is never a bad thing. Love when they have music in the summer. I highly recommend!!

Stopped in today and was ecstatic to learn they had TEN dairy free flavors! I could not be happier!! Thank you so much! I sampled several and the Lemon Drop is my new favorite. The two girls working were helpful and kind. And I learned they also have a drive thru which is really convenient. Ice cream is something I normally have to miss out on, so thank you for having such a large delicious selection.

So yummy! The girls who work there are super great about explaining the flavors and toppings and holders? We sampled a few things. I really wish i knew what blue moon is. We had that and cake batter on a myriad of ice cream holders. We even came back a 2nd night while we were in town to try a whole new set of flavors. Cute little place. Room to sit and enjoy. My kids are still talking about it a week later.

Lots of different options, like chocolate banana, that you dont see to often and large, rich serving sizes. The girl behind the counter was friendly enough. I think my only suggestion would be to get some decor or something for the building? Its very, minimalistic industrialist and could be cozier. But thats just my preference :). Overall, very good. Great place for sweets and treats. Dairy-free/vegan ice cream is the bomb and all the employees are courteous and kind. The dairy-free options are limited at this location (downtown Boise location has way more options) so I keep watch on their Instagram stories to see when they have my favorite ones available. Only nitpick, the outdoor picnic tables need to be wiped down way more often. I've yet to go and not have them be sticky.

The options were very different compared to other Ice cream shops I've ever been to. They had fresh baked cookies, brownies and donuts and created ice cream sandwiches from then with your choice of ice cream. They have a cookie monster ice cream with cookies dough, crushed Oreos and blue colored vanilla ice cream. The cookie and brownie were spot on for texture and amount of chocolate chips/chunks to dough ratio. I'll be back.

The ice cream is actually good. They have a simple menu which makes them serve the ice cream quickly. If it looks busy they will get you through the line quickly. Personally I wish they had more flavors but of the flavors they have there should be something for everyone. Scoops are nice and big as well. There is indoor and outside seating available for those needing a break from playing Pokemon Go.

My husband and I just tried Stella’s and we both said it was fun and definitely worth going back. We thought the quality and price was very good and very fair. The portion sizes were HUGE! 😁 I love getting ice cream as a treat and Stella’s didn’t disappoint. The young lady behind the counter was friendly and patient with me as I tasted some of the flavors to decide what I wanted. She advised us that the flavors change daily. How fun! Only possible thing I could dock them for would be not telling me that they have a punch card, but maybe that’s better for me anyway. 😀 Give this place a try.

We took my four-year-old here to celebrate and it was amazing. She got Blue Moon ice cream and I was scared to try it at 1st but it was actually really good. The customer service was amazing the atmosphere was amazing and their ice cream is out of this world. Definitely recommend to anybody that has not been. What a wonderful family experience. The ice cream is of the highest quality. It is extremely creamy and tastes amazing. In addition, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Not to mention that the value is incredible. Parking can be a bit tricky, but that just adds testament to how good the ice cream is!

Can you say YUM! Excellent customer service & I especially love that no artificial dyes are used in their ice cream. I haven't gotten ice cream out in ages & was tempted after bringing my daughter for a treat. I got the dairy free salted caramel & it was SO delicious!!

I love supporting small businesses and was so excited to try Stellas! They have a very unique atmosphere with lots of different ice cream flavors to choose from. However, there were a ton of gnats in the containers with all the baked goods which was super disappointing because they looked amazing. After seeing that I reluctantly still ordered a cone and the ice cream was just okay.

I personally didn't think it was that good. It was only okay. I know they are chain ice cream places but Baskin-Robbins and Cold Creamery are better. Just my two cents. I went during the week and they had a pretty large crowd so it seems like a lot of other people like it.

Atmosphere was wonderful, ice cream was below average especially for the price. I got chocolate cookie dough, but there was no dough. Just chocolate ice cream with ginormous chocolate chips that were difficult to chew. Tasted like cheap ice cream. Stella the dog was adorable and people were very friendly. Girl scooping the ice cream seemed clueless, tried handing me my cup of ice cream with chocolate ice cream all over her gloves and all over the outside of the cup and expected me to grab it like that, somebody stopped her and told her to wipe it down.

Ice cream itself is good, but too pricey! Also service was really slow and not too friendly. One lady who seemed a bit more in charge and older I don’t think should be working the counter. She would welcome people but zero smiles and obvious frustration when customers were indecisive about flavors. They need to put signs in the cases next to them and give descriptions to make it easier to know what you want. I think their employees need more training in how to make a milkshake, it took forever! This place has lots of potential with just a couple changes. I think they would do a lot better to be more particular about employees they hire to work the counter, they need people who give off a vibe like Dutch bros.

If you're expecting to get chocolate, go somewhere else. They have two chocolates. One has coffee and the other has almonds and coconut. If you like those, great! But other than that they have vanilla, and fruity flavors and a few others. I'm a chocolate fan. I went in for ice cream and came out with a brownie because I didn't want any of the flavors. Brownie is good and large for the price. Friends enjoyed their ice cream. The guy they had playing live music was great! I was sad I had no cash to tip him with.

Blue moon was amazing as always, grape was a new treat as well as white chocolate raspberry for us. The Vanilla didn't seem like itself tonight, it wasn't as yellow or soft or creamy. I know the girls were having a hard time regulating the temp so the ice cream was freezing hard, so maybe that was the problem. Already looking forward to our next visit!!!

My husband and I went to get a treat for date night. Disappointing is an understatement! Flavor lacked ice cream, the lady behind the counter was very unfriendly and she broke my cone.. we spent 12.00 for 2 Ice creams and ended up throwing them away because they weren’t good. Ok I love this place that's why 5 starts BUT..... I get the concept of being that local ice cream place that you go out to have a treat, but my wife calls me on my way home and asked if I can pick up a treat so naturally we want Stella's. But here's the thing, they don't do to-go. Again I get the concept and we love this place but they don't do containers to take it home, really! Oh well it doesn't change the fact that this place is awesome. Oh and the donuts are amazing.

Don't be shy to ask for a sample! They have great dairy-free options and the servings are HUGE, over-the-rim cups. So glad I got a small. It's a little more expensive but it's worth the special treat. We will be coming back.

We love this place! The brownies and cookies are huge and are a great price-only $1! We can't wait for them to serve gluten free treats one day. The icecream is better quality and tastes better than anywhere in Nampa. The pb chocolate flavor actually has huge chunks of peanut butter cups in it! The cookie-cookie flavor has chunks of cookie dough and m&ms! We have lactose intolerant individuals in our family, and yet they never get sick when eating Stella's ice cream. The owner is very friendly and we are happy to support this local business!

Everything is homemade in the store, and on top of that, it tastes better than Cold Stone. It is extremely well priced, I was able to get 2 large scoops of ice cream for 3.50! I for one will never need to go to Cold Stone again!

Ice cream was nothing to write home about. I've had better from the grocery store. Just my opinion though...baskin Robbins and even frozen yogurt places with all the toppings charge about the same as Stella and again in my personal opinion taste better.

Great place. Good options, friendly staff. Couple of recommendations; have the ingredients available for staff and customers to see(my daughter who is allergic to tree nuts couldn't order anything because the staff said they didn't know the ingredients.). Second recommendation, Caldwell has a new plaza downtown and could use some great new businesses and options.

The price and atmosphere make Stella's the best valur in the valley for your family. We were able to go enjoy some delicous ice cream cones with my kids while my daughter got her picture with princesses. The variety of sweets allows for a lot of repeat visits before I have to have something a second time. Look forward to trying it all.

There Bluemoon icecream is like tasting whipped cotton candy which I love and they have a vary wide variety of cones and bowls to eat from, they also let you sample everything and are vary patient, even when it happens to be hailing or thunder-storming outside the shop. There mint chocolate chip ice cream is davine, clears the taste uses perfectly, and the straight vanilla is great too. You can even taste the vanilla bean in it! The scooper was vary cheerful and happy and also vary accommodating for me as a new customer. If I'm around again, I'd definitely choose here to go to on my next date.

We love coming here, the ice cream is great (my favorite is flower power :) ) they always exceed my expectations on value and the owner is so nice every time we come in. I know it can be a little crowded sometimes but it is for sure worth the wait and they also sell it by the pint if you are not social and want to eat alone. Thank you for making Nampa your home!

An attractive hometown ice cream parlor making it “homemade” according to the server behind the counter. Being a bit of a foodie and always looking for something special and unique, especially not corporate, we were hopeful when we found Stellas while driving around old town Nampa. I would say the quality of ice cream is above that of Baskin-Robbins/Coldstone, but certainly not among the best I’ve had. The issue seems to be, and is consistently among most small/family run food business here in ID, source and quality of the ingredients. You can tell when an ice cream parlor goes out of its way to get very high-quality heavy cream, fruits, nuts, essential oils/ extracts, etc. to make their product, because the taste is so far superior compared to most everything else. For me, in todays world, small mom-n-pop ice cream shop should be using as much organic and locally sourced ingredients as possible and promoting that. Price should not be the primary concern as more and more, people are more than happy to pay more for “the good stuff”. I always will, happily!

Went there to pick up an order for door dash. I notified the cashier why i was there and was directed to go to the end of the line to wait for my turn I suppose. Seemed odd considering the online order and thought of items being ready to pick up or ability to lick up upon arrival.

Simple ice cream with good flavor. In the Treasure Valley it's hard for certain establishments to separate themselves from the crowd, but Stella's does just that. Their ice cream differs from others around the Treasure Valley and makes it a unique experience. It is worth traveling to Nampa for.

Disappointed. Had a brownie and cookie ice cream sandwich. The brownie was excellent but the cookie was not very good. My vanilla ice cream was very good my wife's peach ice cream was weird and not very appetizing. Price was decent
