Let me tell you what. This place was amazing!!! I am in town for work and love trying new ice cream places wherever I go. This place is not only delicious it's a work of art. When they make your order it's cool to see them whip it all up. I had the Glorious Mess and it was stellar!!

Yumm!!! I was craving this ice cream all day, and before they closed I was sure enough to get some. The two young ladies that closed up the shop were super sweet and we enjoyed the Holy Rollie Peanut Butter with topped bananas🍌, as well as the Brooskie ice cream! Topped and looked very beautiful when they handed it over to us! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!🍨

Really cool and unique place! So many combinations and delicious ice cream. A little pricey as it is $5 for a small and goes up from there but nice treat and fun for everyone to watch them make it (and roll it of course) right in front of you.

Beautifully hand rolled ice cream. Great for a post dinner dessert. They have good options for children and adults along with sugar free and ketogenic varieties. Personally found strawberry shortcake really tasty. All the fruits and toppings are freshly added to the ice cream base and mixed right in front of you. Definitely a must try!

So delicious and well worth the drive from Caldwell. The location is nice and clean. The staff is friendly. The prices are great! Small is $5 while a medium is $6. The variety of mixing options is absolutely amazing! You can make your own or pick one of their signature mixtures. Unlimited topping options too. So worth it!

A ton of really cool combinations are available, and the toppings are unlimited. The staff was very friendly, and though the seating was kind of cramped, the ice cream was amazing. It was very smooth and creamy, and the presentation (rolls) was a ton of fun. Will be back!

Very good ice cream and good ambience at the one on Victory road. Only reason for 3 stars is the lack of store hours being consistent with what it says on their website or Google. Understand the lack of man power temporarily but would be good to have shorter but reliable store hours so that we don't have to turn around empty handed most of the times.

We went to the mall location and it was a very busy afternoon. The employee had quite a few orders to fill so I imagine it was kinda stressful. We had a big order and my son accidentally dropped his ice cream on the floor. Despite it being busy and the only employee present, he quickly reassured my son that everything was okay and that he'd make him another one. He wasn't annoyed or frazzled at all and most importantly he treated my son with kindness, which goes a long way! We love C4 and even more so after today. Thank you!!! God bless.

Pretty fun and unique experience. The staff were super busy before closing but they were polite and everyone enjoyed watching them make our orders. Prices are reasonable especially when you see the effort put into each bowl, plus ALL the choices. Would highly recommend!

What a treat!! Ice cream. Not new. Mixing ice cream and toppings on chilled metal plates? Again, not new. Placing the mix-ins on the chilled plate, then adding the liquid ice cream base and mix them together while the ice cream freezes right before your eyes? Now we are getting somewhere. But that's not all. Carefully spreading the newly mixed and frozen ice cream into a thin sheet and then dispensing extra gooey toppings like lemon cream, or Nutella, or peanut butter on top. My mouth waters with anticipation. Then with a hint of nonchalance and expert precision using a metal spatula to lift and roll the ice cream and newly added toppings into tiny rolls! Genius!! Oh, then comes the artistry. Gently picking up each roll and lovingly placing it in a cup in a pattern that allows all of the ice cream to fit. The excitement just builds. Topping it all with whipped cream and other toppings!! A delicate, delicious desert is then presented to you with a genuine smile of appreciation for allowing them to share a lovely bit of science, magic, and culinary art with each person one cup at a time.

Product is great but I watched two costumers leave because they couldn’t even speak due to the music being so loud. I’m all for a fun work environment but I’m not exaggerating when I say it felt like a night club. It was teens working so I get it, I still ordered, but I stepped out while they were making it so I didn’t have to listen to the obnoxious music. I’m surprised two other costumers walking out didn’t give them the hint that it’s way too loud.. Not good for business.(Boise Mall location)

We love C4. Open fairly late and one of our favorite desert spots. If you've ever had rolled ice cream or nitrogen frozen ice cream the texture is much diffrent from hand scooped, but we LOVE it. They have a large menu and you can even customize your order.

Absolutely amazing service! I got my second rolled cup free because they didn’t have the ingredients for my first order but it turns out they did so they made me what I originally ordered free of charge! The ice cream was delicious and there was a large variety of options. The building was clean and the employees were exceptional. I would absolutely come back!

This place was super busy on a Saturday night, 15-20min wait. Staff was super nice and the ice cream was really good. The wait was a little long because there were a lot of kids in front of me, but the staff took their time and made sure every kid got exactly what they wanted. I got the Brookie, it was really good with lots of brownie/cookie bits and chocolate fudge in it.

Such a great setup. Watching my ice cream being made was fun and it's great to know the ingredients are super fresh. The only downside was that since I have celiac, the girl doing mine had to completely clean down her place - which looked really hard and took a while to do. It made me feel so bad, even though she did the whole thing with a smile. If I go back, I'll probably go right when it opens so they won't have to do that.

It’s fun watching them make our Rolled Ice Cream, and it certainly taste amazing! What’s weird is that I feel like not all of their workers are on the same page, one person says one thing and the other says another. Ex: I went with some friends and we’re military, he gets 50% off and I ask for the same thing from another lady. But I was told they don’t do mil disc. Overall I love their energy and service, I was just a little confused 😅

My wife and I absolutely love the rolled icecream at C4. It is a great spot to go and treat yourself and celebrate little victories. The staff are super friendly and the icecream here is magnificent! Everytime we are in Boise we make a point to head out here, even if it is out of our way. Yum!

Such a good creamery and a different style of ice cream. They have dairy free options for those that need it, and you can hardly tell the difference. Can be a little busy at times especially with only 2 staff working, but worth the wait.

AMAZING ICE CREAM!!! I've been waiting for a good rolled ice cream place to open. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The menu was exciting and diverse. If you like the atmosphere of places like Mad Mac, Crumbl, and Boise Fry Co., you'll like this place. The inside sitting area is a little small, but not inconvenient. I'm definitely going back again with my family. I got the s'more ice cream and it was UNBELIEVABLE. They actually lit the marshmallow on fire to give it that real taste.

This place is pretty freakin cool. For anyone who loved SubZero, this is a major step up from that. Both in showmanship and flavor. Every flavor I've had here has been great. And the build your own option is smart. Especially when you can add toppings/mix-ins to any flavor for free. I wish they still had the name brand cookie butter (Biscoff), but otherwise, you can't go wrong coming here. Come check this place out for a unique and tasty experience!

Heard about this place from Sister in Law and we went to give it a try. We were a bit scared by the concept but, the long line drew us in. We waited for well on 20 minutes but, it was well worth both the wait and the chance to try something new. We just went very basic and we were very pleased with what we got. Looking forward to going back and breaking out of the basic and trying one of the specials of the house.

Good Ice Cream parlor however there was a hint of bleach unpleasantness in the air on my first visit. I plan on checking this place out more often. It was definitely popular on the winter night I visited. They hand mix fresh ingredients into the ice cream on a frozen metal slab and then shape and roll it into cylinders which are then topped with toppings and served in a paper bowl. The chocolate flavors in the Brookie (sp?) Roll are good although the nutella was slightly overarching the rest of the flavors. I would actually rate this at 4.4 stars.

Rolled into this establishment (see what I did there?) expecting a Cold Stone knockoff. I am soooo happy to be wrong. The people are friendly, the music is catchy, and the variety of mixable tastiness is unparalleled. They literally make your ice cream right in front of you. They pour liquid cream onto a cold plate and add all your custom stuff 'n' things on the spot. Anything you want, BAM it's on the plate. You want fresh ice cream? It's the freshest it can possibly be. Get on in.

The ice cream is amazing!!! They have a HUGE selection of mix ins and toppings from fresh fruit, cake, cookies, brownies, donuts, every candy, and so much more!!! It's $5 a small and prices go up about $1-$2 per size. Unlimited toppings and mix ins, you just pay per size!!! They have some pre-made choices & seasonal specials for the mix ins & toppings an if u can't decide yourself. We had Birthday cake, pb oreo roll, caramel crunch, brookie roll & the pj resses. The toppings are smashed on a metal cold pan. The ice cream is made fresh from real cream that is poured over the topping mixture. The metal pan freezes and turns the cream into ice cream! The kids love watching the process of their ice cream being made. Just be patient as there is a line & it takes time to make. It's 100% worth it though!!!!
