Ok I was born in Billings and had no idea this place existed. A friend took me and it was a game changer. The excellent Wilcoxin's ice creams, bars, malts, pints, tubs and all were all here and priced at a fraction of grocery store retail. The associate was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. In the shuffle of our party, the associate gave my friend a free ice cream bar. What a testament to small town business!

Wilcoxson’s has been around for over 50 years and has shipped their ice cream all over the US by Montanans who know quality. Their fudge bars and black licorice ice cream are the best in the nation. I have travelled all over the US and I continue to say Wilcoxson’s maintains quality, consistency, and great customer service. As a kid they did tours for the elementary schools giving fresh ice cream to each child. Those giving low scores obviously are trolling and have no clue about the product or service.

Not the place but...Coffee Ice Cream. I was born and brought up in Rhode Island. We have coffee everything there. Even the state drink, Autocrat Coffee Syrup. But your coffee ice cream is the absolute best I have ever had. I've had a lot of coffee ice cream but I don't think any of them can beat yours!

This is the best ice cream I’ve ever had! So many delicious flavors are available. The only problem is that not every retail outlet has all the flavors. But if your favorite isn’t in the freezer, don’t fret, there’s bound to be a great flavor that will satisfy your craving for ice cream. I just wish it was available all over the USA instead of the limited distribution which is mostly Montana and Wyoming. Enjoy every chance you get.

WOW--WAY TO GO, FRIENDS! Just moved back here to MT and had your Maple Nut ice cream--three times! It's superb and worth the wait. Lots of maple flavoring and the walnuts are fresh. Many of them, too. Not a stale nut in the bunch. No wonder you have to stand in line at the local ice cream shop. And we're happy to support local businesses. Thank you for being here!

Buying here directly not only saves you money, but they offer more flavors and options than local grocery stores. The store is also squeaky clean. The staff is friendly and kind as well.

Can someone tell me why the fudge circles suddenly taste like super pudding like? I’ve eaten them for years and all of the sudden they taste just like frozen chocolate pudding, the texture is even different. I eat one every single night and have for many years, and I just can’t do it anymore. Did you guys change something in the ingredients? I’m super bummed out these were my favorite.

Absolute great people and ice cream treats. Stopped here on a whim driving across MT and was given a tour and a fresh fudge bar. Best fudge bar ever and ended up taking three boxes home. Have stopped since and still genuine great people and great cold treats. Thank you for being awesome.

Wilcoxson's ice cream bars and fudge bars have been a cherished treat in our family for decades. When I was just a kid I looked forward to sinking my teeth in the their delicious goodness for months before our annual visits to Yellowstone National Park. As an adult (I am now 40) I visit Yellowstone National Park at least yearly with my own family and cannot stop at the Xantera stores without picking up Wilcoxson's Ice Cream "for the road". Usually well priced and definitely worth the money. My favorites are the Huckleberry and mint ice cream bars, but eating a fudge bar takes me back... :)

The ice cream here is great, bit it's just a retail outlet for their prepackaged products. Better to go to an ice cream shop. Our, in our case, to the ice cream social at the KOA where we were staying.

Where can you make a call at 3pm and be able to get a package out for delivery the next day, three states away. Wilcoxson’s Ice Cream...that’s where. Service like this is hard to find these days. Oh, did I mention that their product is the best there is. Thank You Brenda!

Wilcoxsons has THE BEST ice cream ever! I had the privilege, in the ‘90’s of enjoying their ice cream at their restaurant in Livingston - their home base. The many different flavors of ice cream (that others have tried to copy) are unsurpassed. My favorite is black licorice! Either you like it, or you, um, don’t!...but for those of us that like it ~ it is unbelievably creamy, smooth yummy-ness!! The quality, consistency and taste of their products far exceeds any other ice cream I have ever tasted. They have single serve containers, pint size, boxes, buckets and large containers used in restaurants. They also have incredible confections like fudgecicles, ice cream sandwiches, chocolate dipped ice cream on a stick and boxed ice cream cones. (Chocolate covered huckleberry treats too!) When it comes to concessions at any sports event in Montana, Wilcoxons provides the ice creamiest concoctions at a great price. I sincerely believe that the Billings community is unaware that there is a Wilcoxons store in town that no grocery store can match. The more you shop at their store, the more their staff feels like family! If you have never had Wilcoxons ~ you have never had ice cream! And, no, I have not been paid to say this and I have not had Wilcoxons ice cream in over 2 years! I am simply remembering a great product that I miss since moving to Washington! Nothing like it here!

Fantastic ice cream! Always fast service! Even tho I parked very close, a wonderful clerk carried my sack out to the car because of my arthritis pain. They are always very friendly. Did I mention how wonderful the ice cream is?

Best kept secret in Billings. Skip the grocery store and buy your ice cream here. Get a single huckleberry sandwich for the ride home. YUM!

This is the place they make the best ice cream around. Buy it here cheaper than the grocery store with more choices and at its freshest. This is one of the places the locals know about and go to. No where to sit and eat your ice cream. Grab it and go to a park! Very personable and friendly staff.
