I just wanted to let everybody know about the excellent customer service that I received from Charm City Ice today it is 5:11 p.m. and they closed at 4 I called there about 4:23 to see what time they close and they were already closed but yet the lady Kathy still answer the phone and I explain my dilemma as I'm moving to Florida and I had to defrost my 6-foot freezer and my next door neighbor's freezer wasn't big enough to handle everything that I had and I wanted to buy some dry ice just for a little bit of it so that I can get through till tomorrow and I'll go down and get the rest of the dry I said I need for everything long story short happy was so kind she waited for my husband to get down there and they took care of us and I just wanted to say again Kathy is awesome she is excellent that's the way customer service is supposed to be she went above and beyond and I just again want to say Bravo the Charm City Ice they are outstanding
