Amazing ice cream! They make it right in front of you with fresh cream and toppings. There was a great assortment of flavors and toppings. The staff was friendly but there were a few of them that seemed like they were dreading being there. That’s my only complaint with this shop. The shop itself is an old house and is quaint and clean. My family is an “ice cream family” and we often try out new ice cream shops. This is one of the top places we’ve been to. I definitely recommend it!

As a baratric patient, I was super excited to find a sugar free ice cream! The employee was super nice when I asked if it was no sugar added or sugar free. My husband got a boozy ice cream, the screaming meteor. He really enjoyed it and said it was absolutely worth the money. Now, I have a place I can walk to from my home to get a little treat!

We came by to have dessert after a birthday dinner for my SIL. He is a lover of ice cream and had not seen this way of preparing ice cream with nitrogen. We were amazed by the method and that it is done in front of you. After picking your pre named choice from a long list or just choosing the ingredients you wish, they add them to a liquid base then blast with nitrogen to freeze. Then they work the mixture thoroughly and dish it up. WOW the taste is amazing!!!!! Well worth the trip and the price. BTW they have remodeled a quaint home and retained the wood floors and charm. Always good to support a local owner and also a woman owned business.

Wow! This place was SO good! I couldn't stop eating and it was cold, creamy and delicious. My son ate his up too. I had key lime without anything added. My son had the cotton candy flavor. Both were amazing. The customer service was excellent. I am totally coming back again.

Excellent ice cream and service. I had "Strawberry Cheesecake Cow Classic". Actual cheesecake, pie strawberries, Graham cracker crumbs, blended with a bit of vanilla ice cream, flash frozen with liquid nitrogen, then whipped cream on top. So good.

Wow I was blown away! Olivia, Aden,Lauren made my families experience so wonderful experience. They whipped up the kids dessert so quickly and the dry ice presentation is so cute! We defiantly have to come back again! I hope you guys give them a raise it’s so hard to find good help these days and these young people are dedicated to great customer service!

I’ve been frequenting this place since I moved to Kennesaw. The ice cream is amazing but you also get to watch them make it right in front of you. There is a list of concoctions they favor but you can also opt to build your own. They provide both inside and outside seating or you can stroll around downtown Kennesaw while you enjoy their tasty confections.

Great service. We had a large order (family of 6) and one of our boys has an almond allergy. The person that prepared his ice cream washed their hands, put on gloves, and used a fresh bowl. Plus, the creations are delicious!

We drive by this place every time we go to the park with our daughters. We decided to drop in today, and O-M-G, they have Dole Ice Cream. Like what?!?!? I haven't had any since I left home (hawaii) 5+ years ago. It was delicious and it reminded me of paradise. Would be returning there for some sweet ice cream again soon.

Stopped in on a Saturday to reward the children for an excellent week. We had a Strawberry shortcake, a Canoli, a Hot Chocolate, and a Key Lime Pie (these are all ice cream flavors). The store wasn't busy at all and the ice cream was a huge hit. We will definitely come by here again.

Very cute place that offers tons of ice cream options! The ice cream is delish, you can make your own or choose from different options. There is a variety of sizes to select from. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Parking directly next to the parlor can be difficult but there's free parking and a park very close nearby.

I am so confused by the high reviews. The ice-cream has no flavor. Mass produced ice- cream found in the supermarkets taste better. We had three separate flavors and neither of the three of us enjoyed them. Am I missing something?

Building itself is in some need or repair, the porch steps felt weak and warped, definitely due to be replaced. The icecream was absolutely amazing, very kids friendly experience to see it made Infront of them! The staff was polite and helpful.

My friend and I saw this place and decided to give it a try. Parking isn't terrible, the line is long, but the ice cream is pretty good! I got the brownie treat and my friend got the tiramisu. The caramel they use is fantastic, the brownies are delicious, but the walnuts are not my favorite. I think I would prefer pecans. Overall, worth a try.

This has the best Ice cream we have had in a while. It’s like a old house converted into a Ice Bream parlor! Plenty of seating inside. They have a vast variety of combinations to choose from! If the menu is a overload you can just tell them some toppings and they can suggest menu item. Featured photos below are called “Brownie Treat” and “Banana foster”. They make the ice cream right in front of you! But I was hesitant by the way it looked but let me explain it was heaven on earth. Kid friendly, plenty of seating inside, cash or debit/credit cards are accepted. Awesome ice cream!

We very much enjoyed the EXPERIENCE of the Frozen Cow Creamery. Watching them make our ice cream by hand was very cool. Pun intended. All our ice cream flavors were very good. They need a little bit bigger space to operate in so the line doesn’t get so long. Overall we had a good family outing and would go back for another special occasion. This was Mother’s Day.

Great liquid nitrogen ice cream shop in Kennesaw. This place is low key, located in a renovated house. Tons of flavors. I got tiramisu, my lovely wife got cotton candy, my daughter lemon with strawberry, and my son got cherry pie ala mode. Everything is creamy and amazing. The cloud from the liquid nitrogen is so cool (get it). We got all smalls and they're very generous sizes. Highly recommended for a family outing!

I’m very picky about my flavors (cookies and cream) or nothing but trying to try new things and decided to check out this spot. I got their mint cookies and cream which looked like plain cookies and cream cause I was curious how it tastes with mint. Thought it was going to be too strong and I’ll probably end up throwing it away but it actually wasn’t. Just a slight taste of mint nothing to ruin the ice cream. I could see myself getting it again.

This is a fun place to get ice cream. The line has been long every time I have been, but no one seems to mind waiting. Easy parking. Places to sit inside and outside. Clean bathroom. Not easy to choose a flavor :).

This is by far the best ice cream EVER! I love taking my family to a place that I know exactly what is going into the food we eat! And my kids get a science lesson while watching their ice cream be made fresh right before their eyes. Literally they take pure cream, milk, and sugar (and the toppings of your choice) add the nitrogen and you can watch those ingredients turn to ice cream! Thank you Frozen Cow!

I hate ice cream. I don't like cold stuff, I don't like sweet stuff. Came here yesterday to get my son cotton candy ice-cream before his first day back to school, and I decided I'd try my luck with a plain vanilla ice cream. Well damn, this place sold me. I realllly liked it. I even tried the cotton candy and it was "on-fleek" as the youngins would say. The line was long and that wasn't an issue, but I did have to pee really bad and I didn't trust anyone to keep my place in line.

This is a really cute place! Decorated very nicely for the Christmas season. Inside, is a little cramped. It was our first time there and it was a little confusing how everything worked. The menus are in a very inconvenient place. People coming in the door are in the way of people putting their menus away after ordering. The menu is not really easy to follow for prices or flavors or sizes. Really it just needs some more explaining it to be clearer. The non dairy option is not clear either. Many things cost extra but it's not very clear without asking specifically. The girls working were helpful and patient. But then they seemed to get a little impatient with us after asking so many questions. The ingredients for the non dairy base option are really unhealthy--dyes, chemicals, and other undesirable items. I don't think it was sugar free either and the way it was stated in the menu made it seem like it was sugar free. Perhaps there's another solely sugar free option that we were not aware of. Maybe you can't have sugar AND dairy free? The cost was REALLY high, but that's probably because we didn't know there were so many added charges. The sizes are pretty small for the price too. In fact, the ice cream cost more than our dinner did at the restaurant we had just eaten at! Everything was delicious and the presentation was pretty good. It was a very confusing situation though. I think going another time, knowing how things work and cost, would be helpful. I tried to call the place earlier in the day to ask my questions then, so I wouldn't be holding up a line or being inconvenient for the workers or other customers. But, no one answered and I kept getting an answering machine that only started the hours. I left a message for someone to call me back, but still have not received a call back 24 hours later. Not very pleased with the overall service of the place. But if you're just looking for some tasty ice cream that's prepared in a fun way and you don't mind the higher prices, you'll likely enjoy the place.

Awesome place. Found this when my cousin was visiting and he wanted REAL ice cream. Wish there was more outdoor sitting. And be prepared to wait if you go at peak times. Fortunately we got there early enough but while we were there, the lines were ridiculous.

It's an experience for the taste buds. If you are an ice cream snob then this is a must stop. There's a menu full of fun things to try and the seating is very accommodating contrary to what you might think. Parking is limited so you may have to park further away and then walk.

Liquid nitrogen ice cream is the absolute best. The cream freezes extremely quickly, so it doesn't have time to make big crystals of ice. That results in the creamiest texture of any ice cream you'll ever have. The ice cream at Frozen Cow is no exception. It's been great every time we go. I usually have a few kids in tow, and the staff has always been kind and patient while they try to make their choices, and they've been very helpful any time the kids have questions. The Chocolate Cherry Cordial is fantastic. I have a high litmus test for icecream. My favourite of all times in Atlanta for the last 11 years may have just been unseated. Just like that. Funny enough I live in Marietta but don't recall this ever popping up in my search. After an afternoon of cycling near Kennesaw Mountain I saw this on Google maps so decided to check it out. Yes, it's a tiny house and the line is very long because of the popularity,but believe me, the line moves so fast,and besides the point, it really is worth the wait. They have the option of creating your own mixture from scratch or using their pre-made templates. I created my own amaretto base with almonds, strawberries,marshmallows and coconut. And I got the smallest size. So much icecream, good grief!!! But I wasn't complaining 😆😆😆. It tasted so amazing. I've never had my icecream created from scratch in front of my eyes. Check the place out! I'm a loyal customer now for life! PS (for management): The stamp cards tracking # of icecream bought is an awesome rewards program but is there the possibility of adding your business to Five Stars? Digital tracking is alot easier than paper. Thanks!!

The ice cream here is amazing!! It was well worth the wait to get it. Some people didn’t understand why they had to wait but this place makes their ice cream by hand and is made to order. If you want quality it is worth every minute. Every one of the employees were so nice and very welcoming. They were short staffed (like the rest of the world right now) but they handled it like champs! My husband got the pina colada one with rum raisins and loved it! I got the chocolate in my peanut butter and it was to die for! Thank you guys and we will definitely be back for more! Great quality ice cream and great calm atmosphere to enjoy it at all well. So many flavor options too! I had the Pinacolada ice cream mix which was a perfect blend of toasted coconut flakes with pineapple pieces in pineapple ice cream; it was delicious!! The hot chocolate ice cream mix was also really good. They now also have specialty alcoholic ice cream, so lots of goodies for all ages here!

This is first and foremost a fun experience, with the ice cream being made with liquid nitrogen. The flavors are great (and there are a lot of options). The prices are so-so. The wait times are outrageous. We went on an early Monday afternoon, and still had to wait nearly half an hour to get to the counter. (We once tried on a Sunday evening, and decided to leave, rather than wait in line for over an hour.) The historic house also makes it a fun and unique experience. There's plenty of public parking within walking distance. This place is definitely a "once in a while" treat, rather than a go-to ice cream joint.

Stop now! This place is an amazing treat all times of year. I have literally gone in the dead of winter for ice cream. This is hands down the best ice cream place in the Kennesaw area. They have seasonal flavors and their products are always top quality. The amount you get for the money is great. First time ever we have ever visited Frozen Cow Creamery and both my wife and I just loved it. The house the Creamery is located in is quite nice. The staff was very helpful and very nice. I had a lot of questions to ask. I ordered the XL size of the Turtle ice cream and my wife ordered the XL size of the Cow Tracks. The ice cream was awesome!!! You get a huge amount of ice cream and extras in each serving. It was a terrific experience and we would highly recommend Frozen Cow Creamery to anyone looking for some amazing ice cream.

I love the Frozen Cow! They have such a unique style, all of their brownies, cakes, etc. are homemade and it's delicious. Also much less expensive than other places. I'll be returning soon!

We finally got to try out Frozen Cow after hearing many friends rave about it. Wow! Very cool experience! I love unique little shops like this and they lived up to the hype. It's definitely a different type of ice cream - not like what you would get at your normal ice cream place. It's a different texture and loaded with toppings. I had the S'mores flavor, which was delicious! Everyone working there was friendly and they all seemed to be having a good time, which is always refreshing. The shop, being an old house, was fairly roomy and we had no trouble finding a place to sit, though I get see how it could get crowded after a rush. The fact that they take Apple Pay was another plus! Great location downtown near the depot/park area. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely be back! I would take this over a "typical" ice cream place any day.

This is a fun place to grab a dessert with the family. The staff is very friendly and do a great job with the service. The lines can be long some days and seating is minimal when it is packed. The price is a little higher than other ice creameries but the experience is different with the cryo-created dessert to order. The sizing consistency is a little off depending on who makes your medium or large it is usually the same amount of ice cream but the large is a few dollars more. There are a lot of great flavors to try meaning you will need several visits to get try the flavors.

Love the ice cream! They can make me dairy-free ice cream (coconut milk) like nobody else and, of course, my kids love watching them make the ice cream and enjoying it outdoors. My only problems with the place are logistical...the location can be hard getting in and out of, especially with new construction limiting parking. Wish they’d change the layout inside to make a bigger area for ice cream making, it has always been cramped in that room and now social distancing makes it worse.

Lots of fun to see the ice cream made in front of you and the staff is friendly and outgoing which makes the experience more fun. Only reason they aren't 5 stars is the price; we got 3 small bowls and spend $18... it was good but not sure if it was that good.

Watching the staff make your ice cream with liquid nitrogen is amazing! The staff are quite knowledgeable about allergen issues including gluten. All flavors are available in lactose free and sugar free versions! There is even dog friendly ice cream. The 45 minute drive I make to visit the Frozen Cow is absolutely worth it. I went to Frozen Cow for the first time and overall I have a great opinion about it. It's very tasty ice cream and super cool to watch. However, I do have some complaints with the place. First is the price. If you go here you better be ready to pay a pretty price because the small is $6 and only goes up from there. VERY overpriced if you ask me, but the ice cream was very tasty. Next is the location, as it is sits on a corner and has very limited parking, so better get there at a good time or early. The other one, which is the biggest in my opinion, is the only have two icecream stations. With how popular this place is, it can be a super long wait time just to order. With regards to the ice cream, I got birthday cake and it was really good. My consistency was very different then my girlfriends however. Mine was clumpy while her's was more creamy like ice cream usually is, so it kind of made me a little disappoint but I still really enjoyed it. The staff is nice, but once they acknowledged us they had a conversation right in front of us ignoring us from then on. Although, I love how this is in downtown kennesaw, and it is in a cute little house which made eating here fun. Overall, I really liked Frozen Cow and I do plan to return here, but it is a little on the pricey side for ice cream and can be super slow.

the ice cream is good, there’s lovely people working the counter...but my boyfriend and I waited for practically an 1 hour and 30 minutes until we were served last night (it was a Wednesday). You guys need to rethink your system. I feel what is really wrong about this whole thing is that there are parties of people walking out with extra orders for people that aren’t present and that makes it really difficult to gauge the wait time for the line. There should be some kind of rule that you have to be present to order because the wait time is ridiculous. This was not a fun experience for us.

I visited another ice cream spot in New York called 10Below and any flavor you wanted was fresh and authentic . They had all the fruits you wanted to make the flavor you wanted to purchase. This ice cream shop is wonderful. The concept is new to me. They literally make the ice cream to order right in front of you. You place your order for your choice of flavor and add-ins like candy or cookies or many other possibilities. They pour the ice cream base into a bowl and freeze it right in front of you using a nitrogen tank to chill it. The ice cream is literally only minutes old when you eat it. And it is delicious. It is not a place you go to just grab a cone or a milk shake, they make your chosen flavor while you watch and wait The girl making our order was very entertaining, and fun! For 6 of us it was, 33 dollars, not bad, and the serving of ice cream was huge and delicious, the whole experience was worth it!

This was a super fun experience. They make the ice cream in front of you with dry ice dispensers which keeps it super creamy. They had a wide variety of flavors and offered sugar-free options. Everyone was very nice and the service was pretty quick. The porch was nice, even in the rain. Definitely recommend going here if you want a sweet treat.

Their ice cream is delicious and even though we got small cups, they pack it above and beyond with ice cream and toppings so you get your money's worth. Customer service was good. The only negative thing that happened was that one employee (probably manager or supervisor) did something that should have been done in private instead of in front of the customers. She told the other two employees that were making ice cream that they were not allowed to wear bracelets and jewelry because it was said in the morning meeting. Customers didn't need to know that. The two employees had a bit of an attitude after she said that rightfully so.

Love this place. It's pretty pricey, but delicious. Highly recommend getting their strawberry cheesecake. They usual and actual cheesecake slice too. I've never gotten anything else from there because I love the strawberry cheesecake so much. Treat yourself and get a medium, they fill it up above the rim typically too, like a snow cone. For those of you who dont know, they use actual nitrous gas to freeze the ice cream. So it starts off as just cream and they add flavoring and everything to it then mix and stir with the nitrous gas. So it makes the ice cream nice and cold for a long time!! I love it just as much as I love thai rolled ice cream!

If you've never been to the Frozen Cow Creamery, you owe yourself a visit. They make the ice cream right in front of you using liquid nitrogen, so you can see everything you're getting as it is made. The staff is chill, and the whole environment is welcoming. I could easily see bringing a few friends and a UNO deck to wind down an evening. Considering the myriad of flavors they have and the low cost to go, you owe yourself some delicious ice cream.

Ice cream is made right in front of you. There are a ton of flavor and mix ins. I had vanilla with peaches. Next time I'll be more adventurous. The portions are decent the small was about 10 spoon fulls for 5.09, with tax. But where else can you go where the ice cream is made right there. You see them add the cream in a bowl and then use liquid nitrogen to start forming the ice cream. Neat experience to have at least once. Also the customer service is great. Very old time southern feeling.

What more can be about a place that makes your ice cream on the spot using liquid nitrogen... You get to pick a flavor or build your own as you watch one of the people craft your choice, and it's quit appealing as you see the liquid nitrogen spill over and make the whole counter foggy.. And the end results are amazing as the ice cream comes out so creamy; and mind you with some very good size portions . When I go I usually have them put together a dulce de leche with banana - I think its a flavor combination that compliments each other well.

This is a terrific cute ice cream parlor where you can choose from a list of mix-ins that get stirred into the ice cream. They freeze the ice cream as they blend the mix-ins so that when you get it, it's not melting. There's some nice seating both inside and outside. It's usually crowded and parking can be a pain.

The wide front porch and historical converted home make you think its going to be quaint and nostalgic (and the ambiance certainly is), but then you get inside and they are using innovative techniques like using nitrogen to make each order completely from scratch and customized. And the ingredients were SO authentic. I had the brownie treat and it had legit HOMEMADE brownies inside. I swear they tasted right out of the oven. And then I sat on their rocking chair porch...in an actual ROCKING chair and ate ice cream during a cool summer rain. It was perfect! Heaven should take some notes!

Absorbent mix-ins are added after some freezing to maintain texture. It's just frozen enough to make the consistency of ice cream, not to the point of dipping dots. The result is a creamy, delectable treat made to order! The possibilities are limitless when you don't have to stick to premade flavors of ice cream. A must-try if you're anywhere near downtown Kennesaw and in the mood for dessert! My first was the banana pudding, taste just like homemade!

On a Friday at 3:15pm they were rather busy and it took us close to 30 minutes from entering to having our creations in hand. This was my first time visit. The customer service was not very good at all. I ordered the red velvet ice cream and I didn't like it at all (it is just crumbed up red velvet cake in the ice cream) I asked if I could change it for something else and the guy at the cash register said the only way I could get another one is if I pay for it. But this place has put a new spin on ice cream, by ACTUALLY CREATING THE ICE CREAM BEFORE YOU. They freeze the cream with Liquid Nitrogen and add your topping for a fresh new taste to ice cream.
