They make wonderful paletas. There is a bar with ingredients and toppings so you can make it your own. We tried the chili watermelon and taro with white chocolate. The chili watermelon was tangy, sweet, spicy, fiery, even a little savory. Delicious. So was the taro, especially with the white chocolate drizzled on it perfectly. This is a definite thumbs up.

Very nice staff and a great family environment. The food is awesome. This is a fun local spot to take your friends or family and hang out for some paletas or aguas frescas! We had never been here before and the workers took the time to explain everything to us. There are tons of flavors and unlimited combinations. They do let you sample anything before you buy it. There is a genuine feel to the atmosphere.

My husband and I visited while passing through from out of town and we were blown away! We don’t have anything like this back home, and everything was so fresh and incredibly. They are generous with the toppings, and truly put effort into our order. We will be visiting again next time in Albuquerque!

This place is bomb! Service is great I'm not sure if it's an employee or the owner but the few times I've been there it was the same person and he recognized me. Made me feel comfortable helped me pick out my desired dessert and ask me how I liked his recommendation the last time I went in. So again super friendly great dessert definitely try this place out It's very good and the price is good!

Went to The Paleta Bar a few weeks ago and although I loved the texture of the ice cream and the hardened chocolate drizzled on top, the coffee paleta didn't taste that much like coffee. There were healthy options also in case you want to treat yourself without all the calories. The best part was the service that was very friendly!

F**king amazing. Great prices and even better paletas. My only complaint would be that there's too many options to try them all in one visit because I'm sure they are all amazing. The owner Dipo is such a nice dude. He gave us free samples of everything we asked for and even made us a special agua fresca at no cost. Can't recomend this place enough. Be sure to try Spring Rollin next door as well for an equally great lunch/dinner

Came to this place for their good reviews and didn't disappoint. For $8 we had two ice cream with lots of topping. Definitely recommend this place especially if you are a tourist and want to try good quality ice creams that you won't find in California!

This place was fantastic! Enjoyed every bite of my dessert. Choose a paleta, a chocolate coating, and toppings! This place also has a punch card to earn a free paleta. Very inviting and friendly staff, would absolutely recommend. Very refreshing and different from the usual ice cream scene.

I was heading to DQ but see this bar, i had a today special popsticle purple yam, skeptical about chile spice mix dip for icream, so I dip the fruit, and I was hooked. I'm not a pineapple fan but thier pineapple-orange drink was surprisingly delicious.

Really enjoyed the variety of flavors. The staff were extremely nice and helped us choose since it was our first time. We sampled a couple flavors and ended up getting one of those. I enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake flavor a lot! We bought a half dozen to share with our family. Would love to go back.

Good treats and tropical drinks. A little on the expensive side but it doesn't hurt to treat yourself once in a while. However the employees need to learn how to smile and to stop rolling their eyes. This place is new to most people so have patience

Awesome place but somewhat hard to find. You order from a bar, Chipotle-style. You can choose for a wide range of ice pops—pistachio, coffee, taro root, etc.—then you top it with white, dark, or milk chocolate; after that you get a choice of toppings like M&Ms, pistachios, and sprinkles, as well as the option of fruit on the side. They also sell other stuff, like horchata. I got a pistachio pop with milk chocolate and shaved coconut on top; I also got strawberries drizzled with chocolate on the side. The end product was very delicious. The server was also courteous. Would definitely recommend!

So good! A fun place to let the kids choose a special ice cream popsicle for themselves. Lots of different choices for toppings. The owners of the Spring Rollers place next door also part-owns this place so it was nice to support both and they even have us a small discount for having lunch next door. I highly recommend!

I really like it. Not sure if they should have more toppings but i like only three. But it would be nice to have mini chocolate chips or toffee just other options. Really good though. And the avocado isn't what one might think.

Awesome place for some dessert their choices are great, they have a huge variety to choose from and everything is good. The staff was also super helpful with us since this was our first time. And even the owner dropped by and was super helpful seems like an awesome guy. Would definitely recommend this place.

Very friendly staff, good selection of paletas and toppings. I thought my wife was never going to stop, they kept adding fruit and chocolate and more toppings and more chocolate. A nice place to go for a refreshing treat. They also have a nice selection of aqua fresca.

Overpriced and over hyped, but it's obviously geared/marketed toward a certain clientele. The paletas are not of poor taste but when it comes to paletas I'll stick with the traditional (more real-deal) neighborhood paleterias.

Delicious Mexican style desserts! Dip them and top them and enjoy! These popsicles are decadent and delicious. Choose from plenty of base flavors, dip it in chocolate, and add toppings. They have a bit of everything. Will definitely be back.

It was ok. Not really authentic paletas. I had the chili watermelon and it was a bit flavorless. All I could taste was the chili pepper. If you want a good paleta, go to La Michoacana de Paquime. Much better with more of a variety of flavors and better prices.

I liked the bar, I got strawberry half dip with peanuts. I was really impressed with the fruit drink, I got watermelon and it was great so was the orange pineapple and my daughter enjoyed the horchata.

Good food, good times. Cousin power! The kids love that they can put anything they want on their paletas. Agua frescas are good but a little pricey. The hot Cheetos beef jerky is delicious.

More than a dozen delicious popsicles, three choices of dips, and a dozen toppings make for a delicious dessert. They also have fresh fruit, aquas frescas, chips, etc. Between the quick service, bright colorful decor, friendly staff, and amazing sugar load, what's not to love?

Always have a great time at The Paleta Bar. The paletas always taste amazing and if you're not sure of what flavor you want you can always try a sample of one. They had a new peanut butter chocolate waffle cone paleta and it was tthe best one I've had by far. The chocolate they dip your paleta in is high quality chocolate. The interior is nicely decorated too and the workers are always nice and helpful. I really want to try a paleta con crema or elote. May be a little pricey to some but it's deffo worth it y'all.

Paletas are a bomb tradition! Usually sold by street vendors, The Paleta Bar takes advantage of a clean New Mexican atmosphere and brings paletas up to another level! I tried the Green Tea cream based and kept it simple. Half dipped dark chocolate, almonds, coconut, and strawberries drizzled in chocolate. Added a large Sandia agua to quench my thirst. Both hit the spot. What’s great besides the prices and deliciousness is the ability to add toppings as you choose. I try not to over do it, but if you want to indulge your paleta sweet tooth, you can do so til your heart’s desire! Or you can have simple fruit paleta to hit the spot but not your belly 😉

I was so excited to come here after watching a movie up the street. I told my friend about the place and we googled when it was open until, having gotten out of a movie at 8:45. We rushed over like maniacs because they close at 9 pm on a Friday night but the line was out the door. They might reconsider their hours and stay open until 10. My eyes were treated to a visual treat of all my dreams coming true. Paletas, Auga Frescas, colors, chili, jerky. The amount of happiness my friend and I had couldn't be contained as we over-ordered entirely forgetting that my boyfriend has no idea what to get or what he was staring at. Everything was perfect and I now have a new place to go with friends that isn't just a cart off Tiguex park.
