I am very happy with the service that was provided by Rite Temp HVAC. The staff were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and experienced. My A/C broke out of nowhere in the middle of a hot summer day. Thankfully I found Rite Temp and they fixed the issue the same day. Thank you so much. Highly recommended to all others.

I own a bar in Pellham Parkways/Morris Park, and used Juan to fix my gas heater. Even though there was a little confusion in communication, he still came through. He not only fixed my antique fan, but didnt change the price when he found out it would cost him more. Both times I called him; he arrived timely ...the same night (and fixed the problem quickly). My heater is very old, and was inherited with the space. Juan did everything he could to help me replace the fan (which had no information due to age). I highly recommend him for emergency needs, both commercial and residential. -Owner

Called Rite Temp because our AC broke and needed it repair AC. I called in the middle of the night and they were able to come in the next day to take a look. Thank god for them because they were able to find out lots of things going on with our unit. Carlos was informative and would highly recommend them.

They were not only helpful in getting to the point of interest in timely manner (during their busiest time in the midst of heatwave!!!), but also was able to diagnose with honesty and empathetic to the dire needs of the affected. It is truly rare to see anyone in this line of business to be honest and caring. I am truly happy with their service and extremely grateful. We had an emergency gas furnace issue last night. We had the pleasure of working with the owner Carlos. Right off the bat he was straight forward with his prices for an emergency night check or tomorrow during the day. We waited till the morning. Carlos gave us a time frame and he came within that time frame. He told us that it was a quick fix and gave us some friendly advice. He fixed our issue in less than an hour. Prices are reasonable and service was great. He will be back for more work very soon. Thanks Carlos!!!!

Having the right combination of skill, knowledge, drive to excel and desire to provide excellent customer service are not easy in HVAC contracting business. I was lucky to encounter all above from Carlos of Rite Temp HVAC. I needed to replace my boiler urgently in the middle of the winter. After having some unfortunate experiences with other HVAC contractors, I’ve found and called Carlos after an online search. He replied right way, came the same day to see what was needed. He explained what previous contractors should have done to fix the problem without criticizing them personally. Carlos gave me an estimate, we went over it and agreed on an affordable price for both. Within two days he installed a new boiler with excellent efficiency. Next day, he called me to check if all are working properly. He also assured me that he stands by his work and he offers free boiler maintenance service on the first anniversary of the work. One week after installation, I had a small water leakage issue. Called Carlos. He managed to stop by asap to solve the problem even though he was on tight schedule. I was impressed by his personality, honesty, skill, professionalism and above all, his desire to provide five star service to his customers. I highly recommend him and his company for HVAC related work. Very polite, very accommodating and very reliable. Carlos is on my speed dial, whenever needed for HVAC work.

My subway restaurant shop ac broke down finding an honest hvac company is almost non exist. But not with Carlos, his team came within an hour for emergency service, upon diagnose found the unit needs to be rewire due to poor workmanship from previous technician from another company. He even told me there is a temp quick fix but he wasn't going to do it because he needs to protect his company reputation. Needless to say, i told carlos to do what he thought was needed and after 3 hours of hard work at night time in the dark, my ac is back on running. I would highly recommend carlos and his team if you want fair price, quick and reputable service. If you want a quick sub you can goto my shop at 120-80 queens blvd, j/k
