PeteGreat experience from start to finish. My pool heater broke and they fit me in the next day. The technician arrived and diagnosed my problem very quickly. They covered the part under warranty and only charged me the labor. Could not be more pleased with my experience.

Two weeks later, I had another issue that was linked to the first, they explained they'll send a tech out to us ASAP and would be covered under the previous service fees. I highly recommend!
Big JCalled Reliance for a Boiler situation. Not only did Reliance fix the problem, They left the area spotless. Reliance tunes up the boiler annually with the correct components. They are a great look Very PROFESSIONAL!!!

Mahindranath MarajProfessional,courteous,punctual and and very informative.Started with Tom giving me an estimate and never haggled me to know if I made a decision.I took my time ,did my research,even contacted him to answer some concerns that I had and he still didn't haggle me to commit,the way it should be.Sal and Joe showed up on time and worked non stop to install my new boiler and water heater.Everything was thoroughly explained to me as they did the install.I got everything as promised in the contract and I am very happy with this company,highly recommended.I received a follow up phone call to find out if everything was okay,so that being said,they didn't fall short anywhere and definitely deserve a five star rating from me,thank you ,Tom,Joe ans Sal.
