After getting a few estimates on adding a second central AC zone to our house, we knew we’d be in great hands with a top of the line product selecting Prestige. The process from start to finish was seamless. The owner Shadi came out to give us an estimate. He is an honest man and speaking with him is like talking to someone we have known for years - he is amazing! He truly values doing excellent work and building a relationship with his customers. The ladies in the office are all a pleasure to speak with and are incredibly responsive. The team (who was extremely friendly, especially to our two young toddlers) came out to install our unit and they did impeccable work. This company cares about their work and making sure everything is perfect. We are so happy with the job Prestige did and will recommend then to anyone we know that needs work done.

Prestige was great to work with and would definitely recommend them to anyone. They redid the ductwork in our downstairs and installed a new furnace and AC unit on short notice. When the equipment was delayed, they went out of their way to find a new supplier to get the job done so we had AC in the summer. While they weren't the cheapest option, they were definitely the best combination of quality and price by a wide margin. Super professional, great service as well.

Our A/C died in between heat waves and I had to scramble to find someone to replace it. I reached out to five or six companies for quotes. Prestige gave me, by far, the highest level of confidence and a good price. I got a strong sense that the owner, Shadi, genuinely cares about ensuring his customers are satisfied. They showed up when they said they would and got the job done ahead of schedule. A few weeks later when we found we had one room that wasn't getting cool enough, they came and took care of it in a timely manner at no additional charge.

i got the Mitsubishi mini~split. Service was great, although we had a problem with the 1st install date due to the fact i have an older home and the rafters were less than the standard 16 inches in width which we discovered when the ceiling was opened. I got a contractor to cut and reinforce the opening and the install went flawlessly. Installer explained how the system worked and its' features I ended up getting the unit at the tail end of the Summer and only used it a couple of days thus far, but it's a great system and not even noticeable since it's in the ceiling Highly recommended!

Its been wonderful experience using Prestige Air service for Installing New AC unit in the Attic space. It was tight space to take the unit in, but the technician said that we will break the air handler into two parts and then combine into one unit in the attic. Shadi and Fatima were a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced about the mini splits I wanted to have installed. The technician they sent, Ahmad, was also very professional and was able to install a condenser outside and 2 mini splits inside very quickly! (less than a day for my house). He cleaned everything up, took all the boxes and extra materials so I didn't get stuck with having to dispose of anything. Couldn't say more nice thing about this team. Prestige just finished installing our ductless air conditioning system. We couldn’t be more happy. The entire process was a pleasure from the gentleman who did the estimate to Shadi and Fatima and the men who did the install. We felt comfortable from the beginning with no pressure once we were giving an estimate. We had a few other estimates and Prestige had a very competitive price and better equipment. You can call the office with any question or concern and you get a quick response. The work was seamless and looks great and they left no mess. We will recommend them to our friends and family.

We recently worked with Prestige to install a Trane Condenser and new air handler. Paul was great to work with friendly and kept in constant communication with me to make this decision. We quoted several AC companies and was impressed by the warranty and value compared to other brands. The thing that sold me was Prestige sending someone to check our ducting which we were quoted for from another company. No one else did that for us! We were able to schedule our install within two weeks! Also, the office staff was very easy to get a hold off and answered my questions and was able to best accommodate my schedule. Last year I needed to replace our 5ton condenser. I got quotes from a few companies including one big name in the area. Decided to go with the smaller outfit that seemed family-owned and operated. That’s Prestige. My first conversation with Fatima showed me that I wasn’t just a name to process. She was friendly, super-efficient, and very responsive to my questions. The quote was clear and competitive. Fatima took care of the permit paperwork and in order to expedite I swung by the office to pick up the packet. A treat to meet Fatima who was as real in person as on the phone. Day of install, two guys were super professional and got the job done well! For my next ductless mini-split project I trusted Prestige to give me a fair quote and didn’t waste time comparing. The installer took his time ensuring that every step was done well. Months later I had a problem, or so I thought. Fatima sent out the same installer who patiently explained what my user error was causing. No charge for the quick advice/visit well after the sale! When we decided to install mini splitter in our master bedroom I called few AC companies. I chose the Prestige Air&Heat and it was absolutely the best choice I made. Paul, who did the estimate was very professional, and very friendly and explained all my options in details. The ladies in the office Marylyn, Yudy, Fatima were amazing. They were calling and updated me on progress of obtaining the permit almost every day. On the day of installation the technician Ahmad showed up exactly at 8 am. He did outstanding job. Very clean, very professional work. After the job was done he explained me in details on how to operate the AC with remote control. After work was done the ladies from the office called me and asked if I have any questions. All the paperwork including registering my new AC for the factory warranty, scheduling inspection etc… we’re done by the office. Overall I had amazing, care free experience. By the way I forgot to mention that Prestige Air & Heat also provided me with 3 years labor warranty. I really feel that the company take pride on what they are doing . The whole process was excellent from beginning to end. When our inspector identified some issues with the installation (which were solely due to our previous contractor), Shadi and his team made the necessary changes to get us past inspection at no additional cost. Fatima and Yudy are also to be commended for being in constant communication during our project. We were very fortunate to have selected Prestige Air Heating Cooling to install a new Central Air Conditioning system in our home two years ago. Up until July 13, 2022, our air conditioning system worked fine. But on that date the system malfunctioned, and we called Prestige for service and they responded immediately. The senior technician found the problem and had to order certain brand new replacement parts from the manufacturer and, in the meantime, was able to provide a temporary fix to allow us to get cool air until the new parts under warranty arrived. When the new parts arrived they were installed immediately. All is well now and we are very grateful to Prestige for their outstanding service.

Vito and his team were contracted by my GC for a basement remodel. He ended up not only moving some ducts but also replacing the existing HVAC unit and installing a brand new unit in my attic. They had the great idea of using mechanical dampers to create a second zone off the one downstairs HVAC for the basement. This was being done during winter months and he provided portable heaters for the first floor while they were working. Vito was always responsive and helped out with some unforeseen issues along the way.

I had already read many positive reviews, but after he left, I knew I would be using them for our project. Nicole sent me the estimate and scheduled the appointment. All communication was friendly, quick, and timely. Our project had to be pushed back a few days and she communicated that quickly. The gentlemen who came for the installation arrived on time, took all precautions, and explained how the unit worked. There was a small issue with the mini-split unit heating up in the time that it was supposed to. They told me to leave it on and check on it. I received a call from Shadi that afternoon to follow-up and he said he would come by himself to make sure everything was working properly. From start to finish, everyone was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. They use top of the line equipment and are reasonably priced. 11/2022 Hired Prestige Air anew for my HVAC replacement and as was my experience with the furnace replacement two years ago, everything went smoothly from permit request, job schedule, actual work on site, and inspections. They work site was kept organized and everything was clean and disposed without issues. And same with Fatima and Nicole last time, working with Marylyn on payment and schedules and follow-ups are always a pleasant experience. Thank you again. I have referred you on NextDoor and I wish Shadi nothing but the best. 11/2020 Just had my 30+ year old heating furnace replaced by Shadi's team. Everyone in the group was a pleasure to work with. From initial visit by Paul, to installation by Fernando, and follow-up by Ahmad, the experience was above and beyond. The work is completed in a day and work site is cleaned up nicely afterwards. We had an all around great experience with Prestige Air Heating & Cooling! Including Prestige I obtained four estimates on the job all of which were comparable in price. However, Prestige offered better equipment than two of the competitors and went out of their way to lower their price and throw in additional equipment to secure our business over the other company. Their salesman, Paul, answered all of my many questions and helped me to understand the myriad of options in a sincere effort to accommodate our needs (no upsell tactics). The office staff were courteous and professional as they scheduled the work, secured the permits and provided billing invoices. After the work was completed, Shadi, owner, stopped by with Paul to ensure our satisfaction and to thank us for our business with a box of cigars which was very generous and quite unexpected. In my 25 years of home ownership this was the best experience I've ever had with a contractor!

Wow, where do I start. I started my AC journey last summer but decided to push it off. Finally decided to do it this summer. Received 3 quotes last year and every company raised their price by $2K except for Prestige, they honored the same price. The whole process was seamless, Fatima in the office kept me in the loop every step of the way and answered any questions I had promptly. I had the Mitsubishi mini spit system installed today and the installer Ahmad was fantastic. Covered all the work areas, wore coverings over his shoes and even covered by 40 gallon fish tank so no debris or dust would fall in. I had Prestige run new ductwork and install central AC in my existing home. It was an old home and the attic was a little tight but techs Larry and Lee made it happen, they also helped me remove a well rooted shrub to make space for the condenser unit outside. I had a zoning system installed as well, 1st Fl and 2nd Fl but it does result in a louder blowing sound from the vents when the system is running. Shadi, the owner and the people at the office are very respectful, professional and very pleasant to work with. The only constructive criticism I have is that the techs should be more careful to not leave behind the cutouts of sheetrock that get removed for the vents as I found numerous pcs in my attic. Also, their truck should never be parked in front of and block the entrance of a driveway. This can be very inconvenient especially for those who have young kids and infants. Other than the minor town inspection failure, which they addressed right away, they did a nice job and my system seems to be working well. Overall I am satisfied with Prestige and would recommend them.

The pricing and the value of the Mitsubishi 5 head system and compressor I got was great! Very competitive. The installation got off to a slow start and took a little longer than it should but it was done in a week's time. It worked great the first week of a heatwave but then the system conked out two weeks later when another heatwave hit. I contacted them that night and a service person came quickly the next day afternoon. They recharged the refrigerant and it started working again thankfully but not to the same level as I first felt it did. I let them know and they were very responsive and had another serviceman, Ahmad, come and he spent a few hours checking the whole system and did a complete rebalancing of the refrigerant system. Overall, while it wasn't a a flawless experience I think they made up for the setbacks by being very responsive and tried to correct the problems as quickly as they could, thus the 4 out of 5 stars. It was a pleasure dealing with Fatima over the phone in with permit issues or reporting any issues I had. I would definitely recommend Prestige Air.

I recently selected Prestige to install Mitsubishi mini-splits in our brick row home and I'm so happy I did. This was no doubt going to be a challenging job given the home's age (built in 1884!) and layout, but Neil and Jimmy pulled off the impossible. No visible lines inside and they never touched my beautiful crown molding. I had received quotes from three different companies all in a similar ballpark, but it was Prestige's customer service from the start that made me select them. From how I was treated during the initial consultation (it was shocking how other companies spoke down to me as a woman or yet others quoting prices without ever seeing my place). We needed to replace windows in our 92 year old home and didn’t want to ruin new windows with several individual air conditioners. We decided it was time to research the possibility of installing central air instead. After reading rave reviews for Prestige Air we scheduled an appointment to see if it was even possible in our home with plaster walls and limited closets. Shadi arrived having already familiarized himself with the size and layout of our home. He went through our home with us, assured us it could be done, and explained the logistics of it all. He was very thorough and we immediately felt confident that he was someone we could trust and easily work with. He didn’t pressure us to make a decision, but rather encouraged us to get other estimates. He already felt like family, and we had just met. We received a very reasonable estimate within hours. Installation was scheduled with Prestige. Larry and Arbie arrived promptly, prepared the work space, and covered the carpeted steps. They worked so diligently all week and cleaned up every area as they went along. Larry was amazing! He was able to run ductwork into areas we did not think was possible while accessing minimal closet space. The young men were talented, polite and respectful to us and our home, and a joy to have around! We were actually sad when the installation was completed! After the electricity was connected, Shadi returned to turn on and test the entire system. About two weeks later he called to check if all was still fine. Shaadi goes out of the way, I mean, really out of the way to ensure his customers are satisfied. Jimmy and Neal were awesome and very professional. They explained everything they were doing over their two-day installation, making it a comfortable construction presence. There were multiple issues that they had to overcome due to the previous AC tru-unit being 15 years old. They handled these problems extremely well and figured out how to solve them easily and without needing huge repairs. After they had finished, they explained how to use the units and remotes, as well as how to keep up with them in order to extend the lifetime of the units. I was in need of BOTH a new, traditional AC systems (with ducting work) AND also a new mini-split system. This was basically two projects. Shadi personally came to my house, and, was available 24/7 when it came time for final decisions on venting locations, his opinions, and facts on AC systems in older homes. He was always available. We were sweating while working and couldn’t get anything done.Brian the owner of prestige heating and air came in and fixed the air conditioning. It felt so wonderful. He came in and did some maintenance on the AC in our office. He did such a wonderful job. They were reliable and didn’t stop until the job was done.He has been in business for 35 years and knows exactly what he’s doing.

Shadi was a pleasure to do business with. He came to my home checked my central air unit and advised me my unit was too big for my home. Shadi then informed me that I need a smaller unit for my home this way it can run efficiently and my energy bill will be lower. I scheduled an appointment and his employees were punctual, professional, and organized. Shadi called several times during the job to make sure I was happy with the progress and if I had any questions. Once the job was complete his employees cleaned up after themselves and didn't even leave a spec of dust. Prestige Air Heating & Cooling does live up to its name and reputation. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any job big or small!

Recently needed to install a brand new HVAC system on my second floor (new vents and heating/cooling units). Prestige worked with me to get the best price and best financing options around which was one of the main factors in my decision making after overall quality and worksmanship. Shaadi the owner was very polite and respectful in answering all my questions along with his employees. This could not be said for other local companies unfortunately. Prestige/Shaadi addressed all my concerns as they arose, especially given that I was on an extremely tight timeline and budget. Things happen, and when malfunctions did arise with the new unit/install it was addressed and fixed to proper working order. Can be hard to book appointments as they are quite busy and installation did take slightly longer than expected. Important to mention that our house was under major construction and they worked around my schedule as things changed to make it happen. If I could go back would make the same decision in picking them given the quality of the work. Slight temperature variations but as to be expected with a single zone for the whole floor. So far so good.

Really happy with their service. We got a new A/C unit, they were profesional and quick to respond to our questions and even when we had a minor issue they were back the next day to solve it. I would definitely recommend this company. They took care of all the permits which was a big plus for us since other companies that gave us quotes wouldn't deal with getting permits.
