Molly VelazquezTotally enjoyed John's visit to my house especially after not having any heat for two days. John was highly professional and a excellent teacher. He showed me what the problem with my furnace and how to perform relatively easy maintenance to make sure it doesn't happen again. He also made suggestions on what filters I should be using and how to know when the battery in my thermostat needs to be changed. Overall, I was extremely pleased with his visit and would like to have John placed on my permanent file as my preferred technician.

I think the company needs to focus more on being competitive when pricing equipment however rather than your insurance policies.
