Kevin RoddI could not be happier with my decision to use Mini King for my mini split system installation. My job was not small, and included 7 head units and 2 condensers. From the beginning the technicians were informative, flexible and listened to every one of my requests. The work once contracted ( which was very reasonable), was neat, expertly and efficiently installed. After installation, I was contacted a few times to make sure the system was working properly. Every level of their work left me feeling fantastic about their small company. Someone's a personal touch from a small company is so much better than being a small fish in the pond of the giant HVAC companies who forget about you after they cash your check. Great job! I highly recommend them and would give a reference personally if called. Shout out to Vincent and Addans for making this a company I would proudly recommend to my family and friends
kenya FarnumCouldn’t be happier with my new ductless installation from Mini King. Everyone was very helpful, and the installation was way smoother then I could have ever expected. I can’t believe it took me so long to abandon those old window units and switch to a mini split system. Love the added bonuses of heating and dehumidifier mode.
inctomi1I had a fantastic experience with MiniKing. My mini-split was shorted out during the heat wave 2 weeks ago and from the moment I contacted Vinny, it was a quick and seamless process. He quickly scheduled a home visit to assess the damage and provide options. I initially wanted to buy my own Mitsubishi M series or Daikin LV unit and use them for installation which he was completely fine with and gave me a very reasonable estimate. However, he came back with a very competitive alternative with his own Fujitsu unit with a 10 yr warranty and everything installed within 4 day's time. The technician Addens was also very punctual and the installation was one of the easiest process I encountered. Everything was done prompt and neat. I definitely recommend Mini King for any HVAC jobs. I have had a few HVAC companies come out for a quote but Mini King beat them all and Vinny was super quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It was so easy to work with Mini King that even a cave man get his AC installed for a very competitive price in Westchester. I will only use Mini King going forward for any HVAC work.
skye sI want to share what an excellent experience I had working with Vinny and Addans. I had a complex install, which had to happen around an extensive renovation project. In order to accomodate this, the MiniKings went above and beyond in a couple of ways. Because of other work and permits that I had to wrap up before the system could be fully installed, these guys stuck with me for about 7 months from initial visit to final commission. In the current inflation climate for building projects, you could easily imagine the price of the project going up as the time ticked by. Nope- not only did they arrange to buy all of the hardware for my system super early on in the process before the prices rose, they even stored some of it in their own warehouse space for many months. And, while we were waiting to get going (because of hold ups on my end) they got certified by Con Ed to be a part of their rebate system, so they were able to upgrade and enlarge my system from our original design while SAVING ME $1K! The system is fully up and running with 3 ceiling cassettes and 2 wall mount heads. It keeps my whole house perfectly comfortable, and is amazingly efficient. One of the projects we had to wait on was my solar installation, and with solar and the mini splits, my air condoning bill will be basically $0 and I can't wait to see how much I save on oil this winter! Do business with these hard working young guys with amazingly good attitudes- you won't regret it.
Derek JonesMy experience with Miniking was great! The owner of the company, Vinny, reached out to me quickly after requesting a quote for a new condenser (to replace a broken one). We quickly scheduled a home visit for a review of the space and to take measurements. A day or two after the home visit I had a quote. The quote was perfect for me, especially when compared with quotes received by two other companies. Vinny found a way to get way more for what I was able to spend. Vinny and his installer, Addans communicated well, and made themselves available to answer any questions or concerns. The actual installation of a condenser and two additional head units in my home took two quick days. Addans and his colleague (whose name I don't have) did a great job with the installation. Addans walked me through the work after it was done and provided necessary documentation, for my future reference. The resulting work was perfect. I'm very happy with the work that was done.
