Sadeeh was really quick to respond to a request for an estimate to get a new hot water heater. He replaced it within a day of our first contact and at a great price. Throughout the process, his communication was smooth and helpful, including a follow-up to make sure things were going well with the new heater. He and his partner cleaned up the workspace when they were done, leaving it cleaner than it was before they arrived. We'll definitely work with M&S again.

One week ago, my google nest showing RC wire is power off and it can't control AC. I found a electrician to check and after he checked he suggested to find a professional HVAC technician. So I searched online and found M&S Technicians, made a call, and they just had an opening. Arrived in 15 mins and found the issue then replaced the water censor. All of this happened within one hour. I would say very responsive on call, professional on technical service. And made my day~

I consider myself very lucky to have Saadeh as my HVAC guy. I have never met a guy who is always willing to go extra miles to helping people. He installed a new AC system in a very hot day knowing that it was too hot without AC he stayed until very late that evening to finished installation and make sure it’s up and running. I have inherited a messy wiring AC system when I bought the house, he had not only installed the AC and re-wired my system without extra cost. And few occasions when small problems occurred, he came few times, made few adjustments for my heating system issues and didn’t charge me!! Who would do that now a day? I remember the first time I met him, he and his technician stayed until 11pm to make sure the job is done , that’s when I know he is the right guy to go to when I have HVAC issues. He is professional and puncture, a few times when he was running late, he will text me to let me know and he doesn’t leave you hanging and no matter how late, he will show up and make sure I have a worry free night. If you are looking for a professional and reliable as well as decent HVAC technician ,Saadeh is the one!!

Appreciate the professional installation of two new central units on short notice and in hot weather. Pricing is way more reasonable than highly reviewed contractors I found servicing Paramus. I've had a few contractors refuse to provide rough estimates and availability until they walk the entire house, only to come back with a ridiculous price. M&S provided me with detailed estimates for various types of equipment and were very responsive by phone and text. Equipment was delivered quickly after approving the quote and was installed the very next day. The team performed the removal/installation of two zones (total 8 pieces of heavy equipment) in 95 degree weather! They went to work immediately after arriving and completed the installation, testing and cleanup sooner than I expected. I also appreciate the follow-up from the team to make sure the system was running smoothly. It's rare to find honest and hard-working technicians in the current environment.

It’s been almost a year since M&S Technicians installed an AC Unit in conjunction with our central heat system. We had a brand new unit installed near the end of last summer and we wanted to spend more time using it to really get the full effect and our review worthwhile. Saddeh was great – from first contact to helping us find the right one that would help fit our needs and our budget. Communication was key and safety was important, especially during the ongoing pandemic. On the day of the install, Saddeh and his colleague were courteous of the space and quite thorough every step of the way. He explained what he was doing and how things worked, to simple maintenance tips, and suggestions. He even assisted us in installing a wireless thermostat different than what came with the unit and accommodated us with a new standalone breaker for the service panel. Overall they did an excellent job from start to finish, highly recommend for great price, expertise, and service!

It was a january afternoon when i called saheed and he helped me with my water heater whose coil had gone for good. He knew the urgency of the matter at hand and came through. Fixed it right away by replacing coils and water heater and cleaning after themselves. Best company to work with. No bs and no gimmicks. I'm glad to have done business with you. Saadesh did a awesome job. To begin with, I explained the boiler-heating problem over the phone. Also requested for a Nest 3rd gen wifi thermostat over the phone. Saadesh came with Nest thermostat. He fixed the heater instantly. Installed the wifi thermostat. Thanks. We are delighted. we ask Alexa to increase the temp :)

Everyone dreads the day the water heater breaks. Its even worse when its your tenant calling you that it happened. Saadeh the owner of M&S Technicians was a gem. He responded back to my price quote super fast with the best price all around. He let me know that he would take care of everything. Aside from the new boiler, he told me what additional parts to buy from Home Depot. Saadeh picked everything up from HD, installed the new heater and took away the old one. Home Depot even screwed up w the parts I ordered, but Saadeh caught the mistake & went and got what we needed on his own. He made this painless and that is priceless. Its what everyone wants when paying a technician, plumber, electrician or contractor. I would use him again without a second thought. A+ service. M&S in!

I was very satisfied with the service provided by M&S Technicians. When I contacted Saadeh about my leak he was quick to respond and setup an appointment for the next day, as I requested. He arrived within the 2 hour appointment window as promised. He found the problem was a leak in the pressure valve. He left immediately to get a replacement, returned, then installed the new valve. The entire process was done in about an hour. I plan to call M&S again soon to replace my kitchen faucet.

M&S is the best HVAC service I’ve used. I’ve called them on two separate occasions, once for an AC related issue and once for a dryer vent issue. For the AC issue, they took a look and saved me from making a change that would cause a lot of issues during the winter. For the dryer vent they came out and explained to me how the set up I had was fine and not an issue what so ever. I had called several other HVAC services who had ghosted me after the initial call, but M&S came out exactly when they said that they would, and explained things in a way that made sense, and in a way that gave me confidence as a first time home owner.

2nd Review. Love this company! They pulled out all stops to try to help me from having to replace my air conditioning unit last summer. I don’t know how many times they’ve come to my home to look at that busted thing. Saadeh was always patient, available, honest, and professional! We first reached out to Saadeh and team after buying an older home over the summer. We learned quickly that the house was in need a of some repairs, and a new HVAC system. Unfortunately, due to our schedule we weren't able to book with him. After several months we ran into an issue with our hot water heater in a tenant unit. We had the water heater replaced, but the the tenants kitchen faucet kept causing issues. The plumber we were originally working with on the hot water heater was charging $175 per faucet and kept replacing it without our permission and invoicing us. Needless to say, I was very concerned and, so happy I remembered meeting Saadeh over the summer. I called Saadeh and explained the situation and he was very prompt. He came the very next working day. He quickly got up to speed and understood our situation. He looked at the current faucet and fixed this issue in 5 minutes! He also took the time to teach my husband how to fix it, should the problem happen again - and he didn't even charge us for the visit. His customer service and thoughtful approach is amazing. We will definitely be calling him for all of our plumbing and HVAC needs in the future. Thank you again!

Our furnace (steam heat boiler) stopped working in the middle of January this past year…we called first thing the next morning and Saadeh came by as soon as he could to figure out what was going on. It took a few tries cause as it turned out it was an electrical short in the thermostat. But he literally came back and stayed until it was figured out and we had heat!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Got quote from multiple vendor to change my gas boiler and hot water tank. Got a lot of bs from some vendors about pricing and equipment and felt like dealing with used car saleman. Lot of people try to sell high tech, high price equipment which i dont care much about. I found M&S on yelp, saw their good review and decide to give them a call. The owner is very responsive. Check my photos for equipment details. We discussed about equipment and brands i want and he was able to do the job on the next day. Its a long job and he did both in 1 day 11am to 6pm. Moved my wash and dryer and install the unit back when it’s done. Overall it’s quite simple and no bs. I do recommend them.

Arrived within hours of my desperate phonecall (it's hot!!!) and quickly diagnosed the problem. Rather than push me to replace the entire HVAC unit - which arguably I could, as the unit is older - the tech suggested a low-cost solution (a patch for the leak) which may hold indefinitely. I really appreciated *not* getting a high-pressure sales pitch (or any sales pitch). Later that evening, the tech reached out to me to see if everything was working properly.
