Couldn't be happier - we bought a window AC that turned out to be too big to install on our own, sent a request via their website at 11 o'clock that night, by 2pm the next day the unit was installed and we were enjoying the cold air. Very responsive on email, clear service - best $115 I've spent in a while.

These guys are very responsive, efficient and courteous. Booking is easy and you’ll hear from them in no time, with details and flexible timings. Installation is quick. The technician took time to explain things about my window and AC to me and even offered to help me put the old one out on the kerb. Will be getting my 2nd AC installed via them too!

I contacted “keepcoolnyc” to install two new window AC units and remove/dispose of an old AC unit. After my new AC units were delivered by a retailer, Dave scheduled a technician to come to my apartment to do the work. I was flattened by the speed and skill Joel, the technician, exhibited in completing all the work in under one hour. I would recommend “keepcoolnyc” without reservation for any work relating to window air conditioners.

Very fast response and amazing service! They were able to provide me with a an appointment on my requested date and also provide me with a COI within a day of reaching out to them. I was given a window of 12-4pm and at 2:45pm I received a call and was told the installer would be there in about 15 mins. My A/C unit was installed within 30 mins and they did a great job with the custom plexiglass and caulking. The price was very reasonable as compared to the several other companies I also had reached out to. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again with any future A/C needs in NYC!

I had read several reviews of different companies before deciding on Keep Cool NYC. Pricing seemed fair and reviews were promising. With Keep Cool NYC, unlike some other companies, customers can place an order for any AC unit at any retailer, which they will pick up, deliver, and install for a very reasonable price. I had very specific date requirements, and Dave, Joel, and his associates were able to fit me in while offering phenomenal service. Installation took less than 15 minutes, and all of it was hassle free. I will be using their company again in the future!

Super fast response, super friendly technicians. They were in and out in 20 minutes with a complex installation for a Midea U shaped unit, and they even took the time to explain how to use the machine and clean my filter.

I just moved into an apartment yesterday, and realized I couldn't properly install my AC. I reached out to Keep Cool NYC yesterday afternoon and asked if there was any way they could come out same day. Amazingly, they said they could come out same day, and they (Sean) arrived later that afternoon. Sean was highly professional and knowledgeable, and suggested a solution that would be a permanent installation of the AC with plexiglass (which is what I'd asked for), while allowing the window to still open and close, and operate as usual. I didn't know having the window still work with an AC in was an option I could ask for, so his expertise was a huge plus. He did the job perfectly (and quickly), and now I have an AC securely in the window and a window that still works. Worth every penny. As a side note, I had used the AC that Sean installed for months at my prior apartment, and it was extremely noisy and rattled constantly. Having it installed properly completely fixed that problem, and now it runs very quietly, without rattling. Just an added benefit. Highly recommend!!
