Michael DSaved the day today. Called Jorge and was told I’d get a call back within 20 minutes as he was with a Customer. 10 minutes later I got a callback And he showed up to my house a few minutes later. Extremely responsive. When he showed up Jorge did a great job explaining the issue With my AC unit, showing me what work he was doing step by step. I all appreciated him explaining the economics of when it would be worth it to replace my unit vs repair. He finished the job in a few minutes and I was able to quickly pay with Venmo. He was less than half the price of competitors i quoted and an all around nice guy. I’d much rather support this business than to pay for overhead for a bigger company. I’ve now got an AC guy and couldn’t be happier. Thank you for your help today, fair pricing, responsiveness and great attitude. Thumbs up. 👍
