Benny, who analyzed our needs and provided the perfect solution, was extremely knowledgeable and patient in his explanations. Kudos also to supervisor Todd who was available every step of the way to make sure things went smoothly, even came out on Saturday to tweak a few issues. Overall great experience.

Robbert from Empire Heating & Air Conditioning Co showed up at my place and knew exactly what was happening to my old heater. He replaced the worn out parts in my heater with new ones and fixed it quickly. My heater has been working extremely fine since and my house has been really warm. He clearly explained things in simple terms and also gave me a good schooling on some tips to help out rescue such scenarios in the future. Two thumbs up for the great job guys.
