County Comfort insulated our attic. They removed the old insulation and cleaned it thoroughly first, and then sealed every little hole. After that they insulated it with new Celluloid insulation, top of the line. They didn’t rush the work and answered all my questions and really took their time to do the job right. Jay came by first and surveyed everything and sat down with me and explained the option and the work. Then he came with the crew the day they start the work and made sure the crew knew exactly what needed to be done. Simon and the crew were very nice, respectful, clean and very talented. Simon is extremely knowledgeable. We are so pleased with the work AND the cost (I got estimates from other companies 4 times higher and they wouldn’t have done the same, but ONLY covered my old (dirty) insulation). We now have a “new” attic, CLEAN and insulated and I will save much energy.

My install team anthony , Justin and Jordan were very professional, courteous and neat . They answered all of my questions that I asked about my new HVAC system. The install manager Rich checked in every day to insure that his work crew had everything needed and that we were happy with the work as it proceeded. We contracted County Comfort to understand how energy efficient our home was. In working with Paul and Jay we learned a lot about how our home was built, and how it had settled. After a thorough evaluation, we decided to re-insulate our attic. The Sales process was quick, fair and well laid out. They even chased down rebates on our behalf. We were able to solidify a timeline for installation that was reasonable for both parties. Simon led the installation team with Diego. The team was respectful of our home, pets and family members, clearly explained what to expect, and the timelines. The team was clean, and organized. The work itself was done with precision and care. The team carefully removed all the old insulation, sealed the gaps, rebuilt the subfloor, blew in new insulation, reexamined for air leaks. Within days we could feel the difference. I am excited to see our energy bill next month. We will be working with County Comfort again in the future to insulate our basement and garage.

We hired County Comfort Home Solutions to remove and replace our aged attic insulation. We met with Jay on Thursday. He explained the process to us in a clear and concise manner, patiently answered all of our questions and made us feel completely comfortable going forward. Also, Craig was extremely helpful and informative in answering a few additional questions as the job progressed. Simon's team was on the job Monday. The team was punctual and very professional. They did an outstanding job each of the three days they worked at our house. Simon gave us progress reports during the job and checked to see if we had any questions or concerns. Simon and his team wore shoe covers, installed plastic sheeting and drop cloths and vacuumed the work area and more at the day's end. They showed an abundance of care for our home. It was obvious that he and his team (Alex, Diego and Carlos) take great pride in their work. Our attic now looks great and our house feels much more comfortable and quiet. We found that County Comfort Home Solutions was an excellent choice and would choose them again for any of the many services they offer.

Attic Insulation - Paul, Jay, and the Team did an excellent job from beginning to end with the installation of cellulose in our attic. They were very easy to work with not to mention professional, courteous and efficient. Had an all-around great experience and would recommend. Excellent customer service, work, and clean-up for attic insulation replacement. Jay and his team offered a thorough analysis. We had a lot of air gaps around recessed lights, pipes, etc. that the team properly sealed before adding cellulose. And I'm so happy that the pink fiberglass (that attracts rodents) is gone! Our home is much more comfortable, and we've had a significant reduction in energy usage. Highly recommend.

We moved into our house last year and knew that the attic insulation needed upgrading. It was original insulation from 1968! I shopped around a lot and had different companies take a look at it so I got lots of quotes and met with a lot of people. I hope this review saves people time, as you should just start with this company. Jay came to my home initially and was professional, friendly and polite. He understood exactly what I wanted and gave us an immediate quote, which I was happy to accept. This included a $1000 rebate. He called a few days later and advised that another $1000 rebate was obtained so I was very happy with the final price. Fausto and his team did a great job in the attic and were finished in 2 days. They removed the old insulation, cleaned up the attic, air-sealed everything and blew in cellulose insulation. The immediate impact of the insulation on the warmth of the home is incredible. So happy with the job and for choosing County Comfort. I will use them for any insulation work moving forward.

Matt Minett was an amazing project manager and also took care of the sales side of things for my new heating install which was a navien combi unit replacing an older boiler from 1979 and a water heater from 1991 (current year is 2023). It looks beautiful, works great and got a good price compared to my other quotes. Dave Conklin did the install and was an expert. At the end of the second day the team was still working and rather than having me go a night without heat and hot water, he stayed late an extra 3 hours past hours to finish. Today was the second time I've called on this company to do work on my furnace. The last time was a year ago. I called them at 9:00 am and they arrived at 1:00pm. Their courteous receptionist kept me informed about the technicians arrival time. Their technician Will (who had done the work last year) was quick to diagnose the problem and fixed the issue in less than a half hour. The cost was more than reasonable and worth every penny. I have engaged them to do yearly maintenance on the furnace to avoid future problems. I have every confidence that they will keep the unit running in excellent condition until such time as it needs to be replaced. When that happens, of course I will have them do the job. Great workmanship and first rate customer service.

I highly recommend County Comfort Home Solutions. On February 8,2023 they completed a complete removal of my 20 year old oil heat and hot water system and installed DAIKIN heat pump and heat pump hot water system for my entire home to be compatible with my existing solar panels. The equipment installed is top quality and performed perfectly during the brutal cold front in January 2023. Never had to use my oil heat at all and we were warm at -15*!,! Installation quality was top shelf and the combination of veteran techs mentoring younger techs was excellent to include heat pump installers to plumbers to electricians. All the crew were personable and took the time to address all my questions/concerns. They were extremely careful in the removing 4 cast iron radiators and left no trace that they were ever here. Crew supervision from the main office to onsite supervisors was fantastic and the sales rep, though a young guy, was super knowledgeable and professional and ALWAYS returned my calls, texts and emails and stopped by the job regularly. If you are considering solar and heat pump heaters and water heaters COUNTY COMFORT can accommodate all your requests. 5 Stars for my rating.

Gave me several options to chose from. Once I made my decision and accepted the estimate, it only took a couple weeks to have the crew come and install my system. He made suggestions for the work we could do to make our home more comfortable, and after getting a few more quotes, we decided to work with County Comfort. The team, led by Fausto, was courteous and professional. By the time they finished we could already feel the results, particularly in the room by the garage my partner and I had come to call the "meat locker." I'm very much looking forward to my next energy bill to see the difference it makes. A word of advice to the less wise like me--insulation installation necessarily involves taking out the existing insulation. And with a multi day project, that will leave you a bit chilly if you accidentally schedule it for the weekend a polar vortex hits!

CC installed insulation in my attic. I knew I had an issue because there was a funky smell in the upstairs closets. Turns out, the standard builders insulation is not enough to create a barrier between the attic and the high humidity bathroom and mold was forming. CC sealed every little nook and cranny, removed old moldy attic floorboards and insulation, and installed new blown in cellouse insulation. They did a pristine job, cleaned up everyday and paid attention to details. They were very professional, listen to my problems, walked down the job with me and provided the solution. They even processed the rebates for me! I'm not easy to please but I'm so glad I had this done. It's really improved our environment.

In the design/planning phases, Arthur and the team took the time to thoroughly discuss our options and explain the proposed approach. They were always willing to consider our priorities and modify the job where possible. They were thorough and took their time to plan the correct system for our home. Paul on the attic insulation side was also great and worked to achieve our goals while staying in our budget. Our job was complex and involved a lengthy (multi-week) installation. Anthony and his crew were timely, courteous, and professional throughout their time here. The attention to detail and desire to ensure we were happy with the progress throughout was really phenomenal. They ensured that the area was clean after each day, which we appreciated. The job called for replacement ductwork in our basement and I could not be happier with the way it turned out. Post-install, we did encounter some issues but Mike and his repair crew addressed these in a timely manner. We had no issues getting in contact with Mike or Lenore to set these appointments up. Mike said that he would stand by their work and in my experience, they have delivered on that promise. It seems like County Comfort is a small outfit which is growing quickly. I am pleased we used them for this job and would recommend them to anyone looking for a heat pump installer in Westchester.

I have been dealing with this company for perhaps a year for minor work and have been, but now especially, very impressed with this company who did major work on my home central A/C. While no one is cheap they were competitive in pricing. They showed up on time and stayed over 12 hours to trouble shoot a problem. Carlos & Omar, after working 12 hours, and they were hot, and tired even took the time to correct a minor problem that was there before they came and was not the reason for the call. Bottom line: They wanted it to be done right all the way around and as I said no one is cheap these days - but for what they did and the total effort - their pricing proved cheaper and better in the long run. He is a great asset to this company - they need to take good care of him and make sure he is compensated well. If I had met Demitri at that time, I would have tried to hire him after his work today. What an incredible work ethic this man has.

When my furnace blew, they were out there same day to diagnose. Turned out to not be worth it to repair (30yr+ old system), they ordered new system same day and began install a few days later. Big project, but they got it done in 5 days total. I have an older house which had radiators and no cooling. The team installed a pair of heat pump systems and a ton of duct work. First and foremost, I am very happy with the outcome. My house is nice and toasty, and the system works well even on super cold days. Arthur managed the project, and from start to finish he was a pleasure to work with and was always willing to jump on a call with me and discuss/answer questions. Strongly recommend! We used County Heat & AC when we replaced our ancient through-wall AC units with a ductless system (3 minisplits + 1 air handling unit) in summer 2020. Their bid was significantly lower than other quotes we received, and Joe was super helpful in walking us through ductless systems and potential configurations. Mike and his crew were professional, efficient, clean, and very responsive, and the system is keeping the house much cooler at lower utility costs. Big plus is that County is a family-owned, local business and we can trust their integrity and count on prompt responses - in fact, when our new AC system was fried (along with our freezer, TVs, washer, etc.) due to a ConEd power surge, Mike came out right away on a Sat to diagnose and fix the problem at no charge.

I can not recommend County Heat & AC enough. Twice these guys have bailed me out of bad situations. Last year, the day before New Year's Eve, our heat went out. Mike came out, diagnosed the situation, got parts and on New Year's Eve restored heat to our home — all the while patiently teaching me all about our boiler in the process and offering me reassurance. And this year, when our heat went out again, John was incredibly communicative. Losing heat in the middle of winter is scary, and the team at County Comfort could not be more compassionate and responsive.

Great experience with County Heat & AC. From the first phone call through installation, they were very professional and worked with me to find the best solution to replace my 15 year old system that was not running properly. Have a 7-zone complicated system with a mix of radiant heat, forced air and Modine blowers. Had to replace two existing 4-ton condensers and air handlers that were on their way out. After receiving several quotes found County Heat and AC online. Due to their google reviews I had them look at the job. Arthur came out and went through the system with me and provided options for an upgrade. County’s quote (which included higher end equipment) was less expensive than the two other quotes I received. I cannot recommend this company enough for both simple and complex systems. Not only did you, Mike, and the team do a great job with the physical install, I really appreciate the time you took to make sure I selected the right equipment. While everyone else was trying to push me into 5-ton units you held fast at 4-ton which not only saved me money but was more than enough for my space. The AC and Heat supply is incredible and exactly what we needed here. I can’t recommend you and your company enough to those looking for HVAC work. My central air conditioner stopped working. Another company came to service my air conditioner, and told me I need a whole new unit for at least $3500 and I should probably change both the compressor and the air handler for approximately $7000. I asked Anthony, to please come by and give me an estimate. Knowing that I had no central AC he was able to squeeze me in the day that I called him. After checking the system and giving me an estimate for replacement, he took a quick look into my compressor. Within two seconds, and I’m not kidding, he told me I don’t need a new air conditioner and that the capacitor was burned out. He changed the capacitor, and I immediately had air again. Anthony was a godsend!! He was honest and efficient. I was ready to sign on to have them change the whole system the following week, when he gave me the good news! I will use this company for all my servicing and needs in the future.

Joe and his team were a pleasure to do business with, they are all very friendly, professional, competent and well versed in their respective skill sets and willing to share their knowledge, They did a splendid job for us. Joe presented us with many options and spent the time to go over them explaining the pros and cons of each one. We changed our direction and Joe had s new set of proposals for us within less than 12 hours, giving us a new set of proposals. The team showed up on install day with lots of people to do the installs and they went right to work, if not for an occasional hammering sound, it was like they were not here at all. When we had to make a change in plans due to a technical hardware limitation they went over with us, the whys and gave us 3 or 4 options to resolve the little issue, working with us to determine the best solution. When they left for the day, the work areas were cleaner than when they started, each additional day was the same. I'd certainly recommend County Heat and AC to anyone if you want a really outstanding team of people doing a first-class job for you.

I can honestly say Anthony went above and beyond years ago when my furnace died. We were in the crawl space together and he hit emergency start button and next thing we know this huge flame blast shoots out and I thought we were dead. He says we can't bandaid it any more. Because of a potential blizzard Tuesday he went out of his way to go to jersey to pick up my furmace while one of his men started taking my old one out.
