Leo and his crew were great. They replaced an A/C compressor. On time and spot on with the work. It has been almost two months and I am so satisfied with Leo's work especially during these past two weeks when the weather has been humid and hot. I have been using Leo's services for almost 2.5 years and he is always professional and courteous.

Excellent customer service!!! I was flabbergasted at Leo’s patience he did such an amazing job with explaining step by step details. He was courteous and very pleasant! My appointment was scheduled for 1 pm and he showed up before 1pm and did not leave until he was sure that the system was operable at 7:20 pm. At one point during the maintenance a part was needed and he called a colleague to deliver the needed part! I would not hesitate to recommend Climate Heating & Cooling LLC 👏🏾👏🏾

Whether it is weekends or nights, he makes himself available and puts in the time to try to truly figure out the cause of the problem. I had a really great experience hiring Climate Shield to reinstall two Navien tankless water heaters which had been installed improperly by the people who sold me my property in the Bronx 3 years ago. From jump, Leo was thoroughly professional and honest about what needed doing, which I really appreciated because other companies and individuals I approached gave me wildly expensive estimates and tried to encourage me to replace the entire system unnecessarily. The boilers were brand new in 2018 and Leo made sure I didn’t go spending money I didn’t need to spend. Leo and his associate Jose did a great job quickly, they cleaned up after their work very thoroughly, and were a pleasure to work with throughout the whole experience. I would absolutely recommend them and work with them again in a heartbeat if I have any further HVAC needs.

This is a great small company, which deserves all the business it gets. Leo is punctual, professional and gets right to the matter at hand. He got my old central air unit running like new(er) and when the fan gave out during a 90 degree-plus day, he was here in an hour and fixed the problem. Amazing service! These guys are my new go-to HVAC provider. I had one of the big name companies come check out my heat pump when I received an alarmingly high energy bill. They tried to sell me a brand new system even though my system is less than a year old. Leo came out on short notice and was able to figure out that there were several mistakes made when the unit was installed and was able to fix it. He even installed a new thermostat for me and was patient in explaining how the system worked. Highly recommend!

Leo was able to come here and quickly determine multiple issues, work with the manufacturer and resolve all of our issues at a very reasonable cost. Great company, he was a second opinion for my work shop heater, less than half the price he is honest the other guy tried to take. 100% transparent about issues with the unit, shop is a lot warmer and workers are happy.
