I first started using Blend Air when I upgraded my boiler over 20 years ago. Randy came in and within minutes of speaking I knew they were the company for me. Since then they’ve been the only company I’ve used for my addition, repairs, upgrades and even my pool heater. I’ve recommended them to my commercial Customer accounts. Their techs are very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and honest. Highly recommend!

Blend Air fixed my forced hot air system when it wouldn't kick on in middle of last winter. It was 45F on ground floor. They came that day and fixed. Thankfully it was a replacement part. Blend has also serviced my AC compressor and very prompt.

After having several Heating & Cooling companies give me estimates, my neighbor told me about how he has used Blend Air for many years and recommended them. The initial estimate went well and I was impressed by the detail in how they were going to install a new furnace and AC unit. I decided to hire them based off the estimate and price. Price wise they fell into the middle somewhere with other estimates so not too bad. The wait time to get them to actually start the work was a bit of a pain since I was trying to give them business and they wouldn’t get back to me but with everything going on COVID wise I understand. Eventually they got back to me and we signed a contract. The installation they said would take about three days. Boy we’re they wrong. It took about 2 weeks to get the furnace and AC done but luckily it wasn’t too hot or too cold during install time and thankful I was available. However, after the installation was completed is when the problems started. I had to have them come back 4 different times to fix issues with the furnace and AC. Out of the 4 times, three were somewhat quick fixes such as a loose connection or electric problem but on the 4th visit one of their mechanics who didn’t do the install originally said a pipe was installed incorrectly and needed to be fixed. Now on the 4th visit with a different mechanic who was supposed to fix the pipe issue, he realized the entire furnace was installed at an incorrect angle and the whole furnace needed to be installed again as water was building up on one side stopping the heat from being released into the ducts. This fix took another two days. Finally after installing the furnace at the correct angle the heat and AC are working but I’m still missing a part that they have to apply to the furnace. This will be the 5th visit from them if they ever decided to finish the job. It’s been almost a month and half now and I’m still getting the run around from them to finish the proper installation and get the part. I have to constantly call to get updates. The thorough estimate, price, and the fact that the mechanics do come out to your house in a timely manner once an appointment is made makes me give the three stars. However,since I had so many issues with the install, it’s now a month and half from the original install and hey still didn’t finish what they need to fix, and I have to constantly check in for updates on the missing part makes me not able to give this business more than three stars unfortunately.

Our water heater broken on a Sunday, we call them and within ONE minute we had reply. Dan, came over within 45 minutes, and fixed the pilot unit within 30 minutes. He was so friendly and professional I would strongly recommend this company to anyone that really needs service right away.

We recently required repairs on our boiler after the black out on Christmas Day. Originally installed by Blend Air. Today, we found that all 3 zones weren’t properly calling for heat. Shane arrived after hours and corrected the issue in technically proficient and professional manner. We appreciate Shane’s effort and correcting the problem.

I have used the services of Blend Air on numerous occasions -- both maintenance and emergency situations. They promptly reply no matter what the issue. They are easily reachable via phone or email messenger. Yesterday I used email and explained my non-urgent situation. They called first thing in the am and made a plumber avail today. They kept in touch with me as to when the service rep would be to my house. When Mike arrived, he was friendly and professional. Took the time to carefully analyze the situation and once determined went into quick action to resolve. THANK YOU BLEND AIR. I use them for HVAC as well as plumbing. Been dealing with blended for over 10 years they fixed my 31 year old central ac numerous times and if it was not for them I’m pretty sure it would have died along time ago...had to get a new one and blended came through in July when it was scorching hot!....they service my heating system as well. from 7500 AC to 200 servicing my heating System they treat you the same as an important client of theirs !....great company!

We had an evening AC shut down at our home and could not find an AC Service provider to visit and repair after hours. My wife found Blend Air 24 Hr. emergency service number through a google search. The Fellow who took the call made sure he had as much detail as possible and said he would dispatch a tech that would arrive within 2 hours. He was spot on!! The technicians name was Shane and he was pleasant for being so late in the evening. He also happened to have exactly what was needed to fix our Condenser Unit on the spot!! Absolute Rock Stars!!!
