He spent about 10 min looking around and gave us a quick run down on repairs needed and estimate and then had us back up and running in less than 30 min. I hired them to clean out my dryer vent. I was used to having the exterior vent and actual dryer vent cleaned out, which they did not do. I called and asked about the dryer, they apologized they missed it and they set up a time for the next day to come and do the dryer. I was very pleased with their quick response. Technicians were very polite and courteous. I would definitely use them again. Call them!!
